The food was on point and the standards were met. Service was great overall and the atmosphere was normal.

Not my favourite food chain, over the years it's been a consistency of please wait in the bay until your food is ready, or a mess up on the order.

They missed 7 items on my order and replaced them for 2 X half chocolate milkshake. Meat was bone dry on the burgers too. This place stinks of can't be bothered attitude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!

I’d like to say the service/folk on shift at 2:22am on the 19th Nov were very kind and provided a lovely McChicken Sandwich and 9 nuggies for my special one, shout out to you guys!

It’s a McDonald’s. It’s exactly what one would expect from a chain fast food restaurant. Food tends to be good I’d say 90% of the time. Sometimes orders are wrong, or items missing, but is to be expected when it’s busy and staff are kept on their toes. Most staff seem friendly enough and accommodating to requests etc. They do a better job than I could do in such a fast-paced environment. Overall, one of the more down-to-earth McDonald’s I have been to.

Long wait at the drive in. Ordered a vanilla milkshake, at the pay booth was told vanilla was out as they had put it down as banana. Thought never mind, I'll go with the banana. At the next booth, was given a vanilla milkshake. Anyway drank it, didn't eat or drink anything else. 6hrs later extremely 🤢🤢🤢

Visited McDonald’s today with my partner and our daughter and the staff here are really friendly and inviting. And the 2 floor staff were amazing they were really interacting with our daughters d making her feel welcome she not stopped smiling or laughing and the manager I can not say anything bad the service we had today was 100% really great to see the excellent work and service

Felt some of the staff was clueless ?? Of what to do .. saw one girl trying to sort every order . Saw some customers getting disappointed which made a dull atmosphere. " staff need more training , better customer service " . Overall 3/5

I think Yash is what makes this experience great. Quick lunch with my girlfriend, I've seen this man helping out all the customers, little ones as well as big ones. Brilliant, felt better than many restaurants although is fast-food.

This place Is horrible, nothing is vegan and eating animals is the worst thing anyone could do. How dare you eat poor, innocent animals! I demand you to make everything vegan. This isn't the worst thing about this place though: one of the staff working here actually screamed at me for no reason. I was just ordering some food and they screamed at me. Unacceptable. I demand you change this resturant immediately to a friendly vegan place.

If your idea of fast food is waiting 30 mins for your order this is the place for you. We ordered a big Mac meal only and waited 30 mins. They said it was because they are waiting on the kitchen but if you look at all the workers on the front they are bagging up things for the drive thru with no priority on the front. A guy ordered a big Mac 10 mins after we arrived and got it. Never visiting this McDonald's again Clueless staff dirty tables (see pics)

A Mcdonald’s in a pretty good location and one of the better ones, great to grab a quick snack after doing a bit of shopping. The drive-thru is pretty handy, especially after trips to and from Nottingham/Loughborough etc, it's great to just grab a meal.

I struggle with McDonald's, I love the food most of the time and the team who work there are always lovely but its always so disorganised, often missing food, cold food, chips not filled properly which always puts me off returning. If I didn't have kids demanding I wouldn't go back just because the service annoys me.

Ordered a delivery all sauces missing food missing instructions not followed, food was cold by far the worst maccies I have had in a long time. Disappointing
