One of the most prestigious and expensive clubs in Lahore. As usual, requires membership to enjoy the perks. But the members can host huge family gatherings for brunch, lunch or dinner. In ramadan sehri and iftari are also organised. The rates are given in the attached photo. Food is hygienic and taste-wise ok. There is a large ground for golf visible from the inside glass walls which adds to the beauty of the halls. These halls are very open, well furnished and decorated with beautiful paintings that depict the beauty of andaroon Lahore. Even the corridors are furnished and well decorated with paintings. The parking area is quite vast, but you have to notify the vehicle number before arrival if you are not the member but invited by one. There is also a garden opposite to main entrance with a very beautiful collection of flowers. Prayers with Jamat are held there. A separate section of Barbecue and coffee is adjacent to the main entrance on right. A very nice place to get yourself relaxed, have a walk around, get some break, enjoy food and company.

i think its been about 30 years since we've been going here now. needless to say the place has transformed completely! once a quiet and unassuming place, now its lively and vibrant. availability of facilities is very good, from sports & leisure, to selection of food.. all very well maintained. beware, however, of service wait times at the coffee shop & lawn service during evening hours or when the weather is particularly nice!

A suitable outlet for a short coffee break or brunch. Well designed n well kept that attracts the community n guests. Interior n staff were welcoming. Overall I found it as a cool m calm coffee spot.

This hotel seriously needs to FULLY renovate from inside. Disgusting and I mean disgusting bathroom. Green scum all over the faucets, smelly stinky towels, water damage on walls. Flees and cloth mites all over the bathroom. Bedding was white but had turned pale and had a strange odor. Closet shelves had a layer of dust. I stayed 4 days room was not serviced at all even upon so much request. Definitely NOT recommand this place to stay.

Excellent service and very pleasant staff . Needs some improvements in cleaning service. Bathrooms especially shower curtains. They needed to be cleaned or replaced asap. Found mold. Food quality and quantity was excellent. Overall good experience. Will certainly recommend people to stay.

Visited after a few years to Defence club. It is very well maintained. Had lunch in morrocan restaurant. The food was great. Mulligatani soup was excellent. Kids enjoyed their burger s. Most of us had steak s which were decent. We were a big group with kids etc and the staff was very helpful and patient with us.

Came here for wedding, place is normal and food is not tastes like wedding dish, they have their own taste.

Club is good. But they really need to work on their cuisine, especially the chefs. Taste of food is not as good as you would expect in a place like that. Coffee, for one, is pathetic. Club sandwiches are a failure. Also, they need insect repellents in open sitting areas. Ambience is good, though.

I visited once and went to the coffee shop. I ordered the cold coffee which was acceptable. It was difficult to differentiate between the ice crunch and the ice cream - the flavours were too fused. The coffee flavour was mild and would often disappear under the notes of the chocolate syrup and milk. The staff didn't seem efficient, we kept calling g waiters' attention to our table, the had not cleaned the table after the previous occupants left - so food crumbs were visible and annoying. The 3 star rating is because of the well maintained lawn, the design of the coffee shop and the overall environment.

The place falls fairly short of expectations. Golf view party hall and banquet are common places. Location and settings are nice. Adequate place for housing 200 plus guests. Parking is highly inadequate and quite messy. Food is however totally substandard. Service standard and staff response is poor.

Who hasn’t heard about this place, everybody has, and yes, it is indeed a spectacular place to visit. The only problem is only DHA residents can avail the membership, but even being a DHA resident, I enjoy here a lot, from food to sports, prayers and much more.

With the introduction and construction of new and more modern clubs. This place has slightly become a bit outdated. People prefer to go to Defence Raya Golf Club instead of here as it’s more modern and has more options and a better location as well. This used to be one of the best places to host a family dinner and wedding but that was about 5-10 years ago. Now this place has more or less lost its charm mainly because of the area becoming too commercial. Regardless, it still has its prestige and history. But not the best club anymore by a long shot.
