Good budget hotel, we found some other people inside our room on first night. I don't know how they entered in our room, but the room was free and allocated to me in their system, really strange !!

Ok for the price. Unfortunately the room was very dark, main light not on the ceiling but on the wall behind the bed. English proficiency of the staff could have been better

Horrible, it's like an abandoned hotel. Front desk staff is nice, only 1 employee!! Sheets clean but yellowish... disappointed really!

Shower was dirty, breakfast was okay (for.the price not really good). Room was clean and beds were good. People were really friendly

Staff really bad at communicating. I called to prolong my booking. They put an extra night on the wrong date. So there was no booking when I arrived. They made me pay 100€ for the extra night, while the price we discussed was 60€. Later they found my booking..... Also, staff communicated that we could check out in the morning and get a bigger/better room. In the morning I packed all my stuff, went to reception desk and the other person said that this was not true because they had no larger rooms available. Room super small and crammy, but oh well... it's Ibis...

My room was really disgusting, the bathroom floor was loose and there was mold everywhere. Lamps are not fixed and hang down and the landlord's booger is still hanging on the wall. I would recommend people with lung disease to give this hotel a wide berth.

Wir hatten 3 Familienzimmer für unsere Zwischenübernachtung gebucht. Der Empfang war freundlich und herzlich. Das Haus und Zimmer sind einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, alles war sauber. Die Familienzimmer bestehen aus einem Doppelbett, 1 Einzelbett und einem Hochbett (über dem Elternbett), auch mit größeren Kindern ausreichend. Das Frühstück sogar besser als erwartet, verschiedene Kaffeevarianten, Säfte, Brot und Croissant, Käse und Marmelade. Es gab auch frisches Obst und Joghurt. Ein typisch IBIS-Budget Hotel ohne Schnickschnack, ideal für eine Nacht und kleines Budget. Durch Rabattaktion mit 98€ für 4 Personen inkl. Frühstück unschlagbar. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Autobahn, in einem Gewerbegebiet. Nach Lyon muss man das Auto nehmen, es gibt kein ÖPNV in der Nähe. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei direkt am Hotel. Nebenan werden am Wochenende Hochzeiten gefeiert, es kann also etwas lauter werden. Mit geschlossenem Fenster und Klimaanlage wird man aber nicht gestört.

Bin vom Zimmer enttäuscht. Auf dem eigenen Internet Auftritt sind die Zimmer sehr ansprechend mit modernen Auftritt und frischen Farben. Tatsächlich sind die Zimmer lieblos bis gar nicht gepflegt. Die Farbe Grün haben wir in unseren Zimmer nicht gesehen, die Wände sind Standart weiß, das LED-Band hängt von der Leiste, an der Klimaanlage sind die Lüftungsgitter abgebrochen und in unserem Zimmer war eine Deckenplatte defekt und zerbrochen. Die Zimmer bräuchten eine Renovierung. Das Personal war sehr nett und das Frühstück OK. Leider gibt es an der Bar am Nachmittag/Abend keine Bewirtschaftung. Auch das Gebäude an sich ist sehr stark mit Photoshop aufgehübscht und in echt unscheinbar und trist. Für die Durchreise OK aber für mehr auch nicht.
