Cannot believe this doctors surgery can still practice, says it all really!! How come this surgery is still allowed to stay open? Reading all these reviews and still not changing and still NO ONE DOES ANYTHING TO CLOSE THIS PLACE!! Our loved ones lives and our lives obviously don't matter to those that run this shambles!!!! They misdiagnosed my husband's pancreatic cancer and they got away with it of course, they left him in pain, no pallative care and just a carer when the hospital sent him home to die. How is it possible to diagnose someone with cancer over the phone, but they did and continued to ignore him. He tried many times to speak to someone, but they just don't answer the phone and when they do one of the receptionist is so rude and unhelpful, her job obviously is to stop anyone getting an appointment. Why did medway hospital turn him away when they eventually said they had arranged a scan, or did they? Why was he left hanging around when he was so ill for tests that never took place? Why were we tricked at the inquest, told it was not a legal matter, so why were all their lawyers there? NHS needs to change it's attitude as it is not a case of money it is a case of they just don't care and will carry on as no one is listening to us!! He had a very hard time and no one should have to go through this in this day and age, taxed to pay for what?? THIS?! They continue to practice(?) and do the same to others as they do nothing about it, they will trap you and say it is hard to diagnose, but did not even bother trying...pointless if you cannot even see a doctor when you first get symptoms or they do not even know the first symptoms?? If you value your life, keep your distance from this place.

I try not to visit or call the surgery as the reception staff are very belittling and intimidating with their lectures without full facts or knowledge behind them. I had an operation and wanted to make an appointment for dressing to be changed as per Hospital’s direction and just to advise I will need new sick note too. At this point the receptionist goes into lecturing me that I need to self certificate the first 7 days, which completely derails the conversation and the simple booking where I am being accused of shouting at her when I simply just talk (being a foreigner) and giving her the information she clearly has no knowledge of. I am no longer wondering why the calls are never answered if each patient have to go through a 20 minutes ordeal for a simple booking just to get to see the Doctor. Unfortunately this was not the first time where I had to make a complaint - the staff definitely puts the surgery in the wrong light as the doctors practising are always helpful accommodating caring and ready to help it’s just a shame you need to get through the reception first to get the care you need and what you actually pay for!

Been with this surgery since roughly 2014, and the treatment is awful nowadays. I was going to leave but I gave them the benefit of a doubt due to covid and the whole NHS was under stress. After requesting an appointment (I was happy with a telephone one), the GP wanted me to get up and go to the nurses (for a not so serious issue for a checkup). I said I couldn't as I have work commitments and would take time to get there, and cannot just go without a days notice. I was given the option to take it or leave it. Will be looking for a new doctors.

I had an appointment this morning regarding my declining mental health and I have never been so insulted. In so many words the GP I spoke with told me that I'm to blame for the way I am, repeatedly talked down to me and implied that my mental disorders aren't real. Asked if I was addicted to feeling the way I've been feeling after speaking of having suicidal thoughts and when I told her I wasn't and I wanted help she simply told me she thought that I was. I left that clinic feeling worse about myself when I went there to receive help, if you suffer from mental health stay FAR away from this nightmare clinic, I know I won't be returning.

The standard of the reception staff have drastically deteriorated. They seem to be as awkward as they can to book an appointment for you yet the surgery is empty when you eventually get an appointment. This is not all but there are definitely a few who need retraining in what they are reception not Dr's and there are also one or two extremely rude and unprofessional ones who need reminding they are not medically trained.

Made an appointment that should be face to face as conditions must be seen. Was told that it will be over the phone and date and time was provided. No one called, so I called following day to find out what happened. Although the appointment was visible on the system no explanation or apologies was given. I still don't know what's going on.

The absolute worse GP I have ever known! honestly it needs to be closed down as soon as possible. its not possible to see a doctor or nurse, even when you are dying literally. When it comes to kids, no urgency or priority is given to them. I wish i knew how i can make a formal compliant and be taken serious by someone or department. Since covid this GP has gone down the drain, the staff there are useless and getting paid for nothing. They don't deserve 1 star.

Do not bother with this clinic we will be leaving due to many reasons the receptionists are always blunt and rude, it is almost impossible to get an appointment. My mum went today due to mental health reasons after months of us trying to get her to seek medical help this is how she was treated. Reported severe depression and numerous trauma incidents that have happened to her recently… and the doctors uncaring unempathic response was your 20 minutes over a 10 minute appointment… she had waited 40 mins outside and was informed she had a double appointment which the doctor denied… she had been in there 12 minutes… and had reported being severely suicidal… and said “Thankyou for nothing and I’ll just go and kill myself then” To which the doctor replied ok!! and mum walked out… mental health is real and she is really struggling with anxiety and depression and the doctors reaction would cause some to of gone and jumped in the river… she was cold as a fish… her attitude stunk… and I’m going to name and shame her too… she is a liability in todays society… and I’m making official complaints too .. her name is dr carmen badea… we are absolutely disgusted. As her son I am absolutely outraged by the “doctors” unethical attitude to her patients suffering with mental Health!!!

Totally unorganised. Came in for 11am appointment. At 12.15 still sitting in the waiting room on my own. Went to reception on no fewer than 3 occasions asking for update. Each time to be told I was next! Around 12.30 reception all went to lunch leaving me still sitting there. I then decided to knock on a GP consulting room door. Was told that he did not know I was waiting as the computer system was playing up and was told to come in. I could have sat there for hours and hours.

If I could give this surgery 0 stars, I would. I understand fully that the NHS are under huge pressures which is totally appreciated, but it seems as though the Churchill Clinic fall far behind the service of any other GP clinic to the point I have registered somewhere else and am paying privately through everything through pure frustration. Trying to get a doctors appointment for anything is near on impossible - as well as being unable to get an 'emergency' appointment for 3 weeks and to just 'call in the morning'... every single morning. It truly baffles me how some of the staff have kept their jobs as is like pulling teeth for anything. I would avoid signing up to this clinic with the current state it is in. Once you manage to see someone, its never a doctor and is always a nurse... who then cannot help any further and you are back waiting again. Separately, Dr Dunn is fantastic though.

Waited all day for a call, which I'd booked a month ago, to be told Dr had called but number was out of service. Receptionist read out my old number.? Even tho i had changed number and had previously had a text on my new number giving me blood test results. Receptionist even confirmed number when I booked appt. When I rebooked and asked her to confirm my number she read out my new number.?? I don't get it.?? Now I have to wait another week.!!

Actually besides the reviews decided to join this GP practice as it’s close to my house. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences from the staff. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful.

Couldn’t run a bath. Second time have had an appointment in so many weeks and had an excessive wait (over an hour), without any information as to why running late or when I will be seen. Appreciate appointments run over but seriously this is taking the Micky, and it’s clear they have to many patients for staff, but then structure appointments properly, receptionists should maybe come out of their little cupboard and explain to patients estimated time for waiting rather then having continuous chats. Patient care seems to be the last thing on their mind. A demonstration of why and how the NHS is failing, time management and customer care at the start is the last thing isn’t being managed right.

25 minutes trying to get through, cut off three times. This is a normal occurrence, just want to ask for access to my child's blood test results. No email address, no way of contacting anybody at all, and can only use econsult for your child if you are registered at Balmoral...we aren't. Beyond frustrated.

😠 Absolute shambles of a surgery. Have a brutal chest infection that requires antibiotics. Do an e-consult at 7.15am. 👍👍 Had a coil fitted in by Jane with Wendy’s assistance, they were both brilliant. My overall experience at this place was great. Would definitely re...
