    Took 5min to actually order the food cause staff are on the phones and retstaurant had NO OTHER CUSTOMERS. Tables full of trash. Floor is dirty. I'd understand if there was actual customers in here but i was the only one here and its dirty. Staff cant be this busy texting on their phones. Atleast if youre using ur phone dont be texting while taking my order...

    Had two chicken rice boxes to find no rice. Phoned to speak to someone and no answer. Left message in the hope that someone would call me back but surprise surprise no one did. If this is the standard then i for one will not be returning. Will also be advising others not to. Would also give negative stars if i could.

    We went to this store last night. I can honestly say the staff in there need sacking the girl who took the order was useless. We finally placed the order after about 10 minutes of trying only to get home to raw chicken strips they were individually rapped and uncooked the food wasn't in a box just thrown in a bag absolutely discussed with this store it should be shut done before someone is seriously ill with salmonella

    Shocking service this evening. The man taking the orders was pleasant, but ‘Will’ whose name badge is affixed to his hat has no customer service skills whatsoever. We were given our drinks, with one missing from what we’d ordered. Will then told us, nope that’s what you ordered after checking the screen. He then huffed & muttered something under his breath, then advised my that I’ll have to pay for it as wasn’t taken on initial payment. I said that was fine & asked for a Large drink, to be given a regular drink. This staff member, clearly not happy in his work, made it out to be ‘our’ problem. Not my fault it was missed on the order. No apology, no sense of care. Perhaps a customer facing role may not be the best fit for ‘Will’.

    It's literally the worst KFC I have ever been to. When I placed the order I said to my partner it will be wrong, and it was. Tried to discuss it but the staff member was just interested in getting the serving window closed and not listening to us. Gave up! Got the 'food' home it was scroney and freezing cold. There is absolutely no way this 'food" met corporate standard. @KFC please listen. this site is damaging your brand. Never again.... highly recommend you do not use this branch.

    We took our little one there, and it was a very disappointing experience. The food was served cold, and the kids' mini fillets we ordered were improperly cooked – truly disgusting. We won't be going back.

    Cannot tell you how important this is and how excited I am to say this. My food was hot. My food hot very hot. Going through the drive-thru has always been the best way to get food from any fast food place. I have been to wetherspoons, Burger King, McDonald's and other takeaway places. The food has always been cold. There was a car park across the way where I noticed that the KFC customers were eating in their cars. So the KFC car park was not big enough. The staff well polite and quick.

    Wow! What a suprise they got my order wrong again. I'm still yet to get my order correct from this place. The staff are poor. The service is poor. More wasted money, your welcome KFC. I'm so fed up with it. Its not hard to read a screen.

    Very busy, as expected on a Friday night, have to say a well done to all the staff though. I went in after a 12 hour shift, just wanting something to eat, and some of the customers were so entitled, and down right rude that I’m honestly so surprised the staff were able to stay so calm. One of the customers was leaning on the gate thing and staff repeatedly asked them to move off of it so that they could get out behind the counter, constantly ignoring them, the staff were trying to help with their order and nothing seemed to be right or good enough for that customer. The staff stayed polite the whole time, apologising for the wait and trying to get things done as quick as possible. Yes there was a wait- what do you expect, it’s a Friday night, they have drive through, deliveries, as well as walk in customers! Give them a break people, they’re trying their hardest. Lastly, I didn’t end up even looking at my food until I got home 30 minutes later, and yet it was still hot, and didn’t look as messed up as I thought it may have getting thrown around the backseats 😂

    We went to KFC Horsted on Tuesday 5th December. We ordered a sharing bucket. The chips are horrible the chicken was the smallest ever and very greasy. The tables were dirty the bin was so full we couldn't put our rubbish in it. The place was empty so the staff had time to clean up. It is just not worth going there and definitely not value for money

    Opened space so it didn’t feel crowded. Food was better than other KFCs but the service was a bit slow. 5 stars still tho because of the staff were polite

    before i had the chance to process what i had ordered, the food was literally ready. took maybe 10 seconds no exaggeration, and all of the food was hot. they also seasoned the chips properly!! cheeky kfc

    Used the drive through. Food was ordered and handed over with ease. The person serving us (Jack) was very helpful in helping us sort out an issue we had with our app when paying. If everyone is trained the way this employee is, then would be the best service we have had in a long long time. Food was also nice and fresh.

    Most visits have been ok but yesterday (14 June) was the worst customer service ever. Order was totally wrong. When I got the food home it was not the bits of the chicken requested and the person confirmed with me so I tramatised an elderly relative for whom I went to the shop is a treat with parts of the chicken they do not like. Tone and attitude of person taking drive through orders was at a low level that I have never experienced at this drive through. Now I will drive to Rochester for a far superior service than have to go through last night's experience again.

    I felt very attentive to the helpfulness of the staff. I just had to buy chicken legs since I couldn't find them on the menu. When I went to the counter and explained that I wanted to buy only chicken legs, the waiter enthusiastically helped me. I’m very grateful for the waiter’s attitude

    If you are ordering to take away be sure to always check your order. I know one should always check anyway but this is just a reminder to anyone like me who forgets. The best they are prepared to do is give you the food They forgot to give you at your next visit. How kind of them.

    The Food is decent. Fresh. Tasting as it should do. Unfortunately the quantity does match the price paid. We bought a Mega Boneless Box. Had Tiny pot of Pop Chicken, 3 Fillets,chips, small pot of beans with dips. This has put us off buying KFC again.

    Actually one of the best KFCs I been to in a while. Not busy or full of teenagers that should be in school. (Felt safe for a family, didn't have to be looking around the hole time). The food was tasty and the bits that were meant to be crispy were crispy.

    It's not often I can get my partner into a fast food restaurant but KFC is one he will go to. Service was quick, the place is clean. Parking is a little difficult at times during the day due to its location but there is a drive through. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
