    Very poor service. The lettuce in the MC chicken sandwich was not inside the burger buns but scattered inside the box. Ordered a hot chocolate and a MC latte. They just brought it and left. How am I supposed to know which is what. The service was terrible. I dined in. Hate that I have done it.

    The staff here are really friendly. They almost had to open later and a crew trainer came and told me, then when I told them I was ordering on the app she asked her shift manager and was told that was fine. The staff are really friendly and proffesional and work really hard. As someone who has worked in fast food before, I know how tough the job actually is and literally 5stars to them.

    Lovely McDonalds. For starters, the kiosks are easy to use and you can customise your order. And the service is quite quick (for me it’s not that busy today).

    It's a good McDonald's and was a lot cleaner since I was last here.. the food is as expected for a McD's and at the right temperature. The staff were also polite and friendly. It was quiet when I was there so it was a quick turnaround from putting in the order to receiving the food.

    Me and my daughter Went in around 9:30 pm on a Saturday due to having the order from a delivery arrive completely wrong and missing a whole meal and two drinks. When we arrived they were fairly busy with online orders. I ordered my food at the kiosk then stood there waiting on my order for 15 minutes. While waiting the unprofessional management swearing at colleagues out loud and basically talking down and loudly swearing at the trainees very rudely. I've never been so disgusted with management in a restaurant up until now. Feel sorry for the people that work there and just don't understand why the management team can't control their team without actually swearing at them. Upon getting my number called the bag was placed on the counter and left there, anybody could have taken it as they just went back to working on the online orders. Terrible service terrible atmosphere Such a shame

    I ordered quickly. But waited ages for food. I ordered online a while back and it took over 2 hours. For the food to arrive and then it was wrong. No ice cream, I got a mango smoothie instead. No chips. It was a joke but by then it was cold and couldn't be bothered to wait longer.

    Have rated this based on scores of visiting other McDonalds. Kids decided fairly quickly what they wanted and we ordered at the screens for table service. We was kindly handed some colour in table clothes and crayons for the kids, we had a bit of a wait for food - but to be fair it was noticeably busy. While we was waiting a member of staff had a chat with the kids to see if they had a nice day, and also explained that the table clothes we were given are full table size. Food arrived shortly afterwards, all seemed fine although we realised that the kids happy meals were missing the kids toys. Thankfully a member of staff resolved this for us. Food itself was, as you would expect, pretty much standard for McDonalds food.

    The only way to get your food warm to hot is through the Drive through. MacDonald's was a cheeky place to eat a cheaply. Now with a Max Furry at £1.99 and it has shank in size. It does not warrant the quick I will pop in and be naughty feeling. MacaDees is off limits now. Shame if I have to think about it.

    Very busy store long waiting times and quality of food reflects this dont think the food is worth the prices now days I know the cost of inflation has hit all businesses and also the common people even harder but the burgers served here are not worth 8/10 pound for a meal when they was 4/5 pound each (25/30 for a family of 5) this is an affordable lunch for a family of 5 but now that's costing nearly 40/50 pounds for a BASIC LUNCH out with my partner and kids when we could pay that for a burger each in a higher quality establishment we also find with these types of basic lunches like mac donalds arnt very fulfilling and we are often hungry a few hours later

    The food was always hot and my order was a corrected both times, but was too crowded and found it hard to stand somewhere without getting in someone’s way. But overall a good experience.

    I don't blame the employee's for how bad McDonald's has been in recent years, it's due to the delivery apps that these stores are now a mess, too much work on the staff that's there, McDonald's really should open up some kitchen that are not open to the public and just used for deliverys, the atmosphere in mcdonalds is as bad as ever in the morning, not the companies fault just the types of people who go in there that early really bring the place down. Food is warm unless you have it ordered then it's guaranteed to be cold or luke warm at best but that could be to do with the delivery drivers however they also just leave the meals on the side rather than waiting for the delivery driver to be closer before they make them. Guess it's on both sides. But yeah the sit in experience isnt the best, staff are nice though can't fault them it's just the work effics the company uses now days destroys it

    Good service staff are friendly and helpful with fast service even at a time of high demand. The atmosphere changes after it gets dark. This can vary much because of the area, which is located(high crime), but if you're not put off by that, the unbelievable amount of Uber eats and just eat drivers may put you off this stop added note you can park on the highstreet after 8 to pick up your order 😉

    Ordered online just before 12 o'clock delivery was for 12.30 - 12.45, then it went to 13.00 - 13.20 then at 13.30 I got a call from the driver telling me it will belonger as there busy and can't keep up with the cooking. I did ask to speak to a McDonald's worker so they could tell me what was going on but no one wanted to talk to the customer. The driver finally turned up at 14.15 and the food was cold, I did try to cancel the order but could not find anywhere to cancel it. So I had to wait bet customers walking in got their food on time. So Mcdonald workers talk to the customer their the ones keeping you in a job.

    Robbie from customer care in McDonald’s was extremely useful and friendly. I think he deserves a promotion. The food was extremely tasty for fast food. There was a small mixup in order otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars.

    You can always rely on McDonald's for a cheap filling meal. Whatever you may think, it's pure value for money. No, it's not healthy but I think we all know that. It's not somewhere you should eat every day but given how expensive it can be to eat out,especially for families you can't go far wrong. The food quality is pretty consistent, they're diligent about cleaning and if you have a problem with your food they don't argue, they just replace it, well,that has always been my experience.

    Food was cold and missed 2 items of our delivery order. Just had Another cold order through just eat, although no missed items this time. Although both times the apple pie should have been discarded by the time it reached me

    I was hoping the burger would be as big as it is in the picture. Quite disappointing size and weight. Otherwise, the atmosphere is good. The staff is polite.

    Used self-service machines, staff on collection were friendly enough but gave me food on tray when I wanted it takeaway. On putting food into a bag she dropped a good 10-12 chips, so I was left with half a portion :(

    Visiting yesterday with a small child in tow, staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Three members of staff offered me assistance at different times during my visit and all the staff were working hard to make the restaurant operate as efficiently as possible and keeping everything clean and pleasant. Thank you.

    The trays stink like stale urine, the food is the standard level cold burgers burnt chips and the to top it off smelly trays that put me off my food. Shocking!!!! There is a level if food hygiene and this place does not have it in the slightest!!!!! Shocked!!! Should be shut down and staff re trained on how to clean stuff

    Food was made as sloppy as ever, from where i sat you could see the kitchen area, lets just say staff were more interested in standing and chatting than working. The place wasnt very busy which makes that worse.

    I would just let just eat take one order at a time, or better yet just don't deal with just eat anymore. Delivery guy took 2 deliveries, gave me someone else and obviously the other people got mine. Sent a photo of the receipt that came with the wrong delivery and a screenshot of the email confirming what I ordered. They told me they won't refund me. Had to throw the food our as was stone cold and I hate sausage and bacon which was the majority of what the other person ordered. Just Eat won't take responsibility and I'm out of pocket.

    The food was as usual and as expected. Chips were hot but barely salted on this occasion. It's always one or the other. It was nice to have been asked by the customer experience leader today on how the food is and how we are doing. I felt like I was in a normal restaurant with customer service and a waiter, not a typical McDonald's experience. I observed an older lady being personally cared for by the staff too. Exceptional service from McDonald's today.

    Milkshakes not available again though that seems to be a thing @ macky d's, the self service machines were on the fritz again, the screen that says when y orders ready wasn't working n it was chaos, but the time the food got to me it wasn't hot, n there was so much confusion they weren't following the order number's so people were getting very annoyed.

    Came in with the kids for a quick bite before watching a show at the theatre.... My god it was savage. Rammed full, alot of teenagers who were getting fiesty, one of which decided to run behind the back of the counter and start swearing. The staff were amazing. So helpful, working hard, they seemed like a really good team. They handled conflicts so well and considering they are so young too I thought they did amazing. The senior on duty took control of the situation whilst also still serving customers. I can't imagine this particular mcdonalds clientèle to be friendly most days. I do feel that the staff should have a bit more protection within this restaurant as I am concerned that things could turn very nasty.

    Waited a long time for breakfast even though there weren't a lot of customers. My meal was meant to be table service but after a long wait I went to collect it myself. The breakfast roll was brown sauce instead of Ketchup so had to go change it again. Mostly delivery orders with delivery drivers waiting. Lots of McDonald's staff all looking confused and without direction. I don't think I'll be going back there again.

    Worst Mac Donald’s I have ever been too, can never get an order right. Didn’t recurve my Big Mac like ordered once again. No organisation and staff and ridiculous childish towards each other even tho they are fully grown adults

    Yesterday, I went to the counter at McDonalds in Chatham High St for Big Mac meal & 1/4lb Cheeseburger meal and was declined service at the counter but told to use electronic order board, when I stated that I had vision issues they just pointed to the boards, would not serve or help I was very polite, they were very rude, I was served just last week at the counter and the week before by great staff, yesterday they really could not be bothered with me and the manager was just staring as if I was nothing! Never had this at McDonalds before in all my life, always great service, there were lots of staff on but no urgency and it was quiet at 2.55. I was appalled they now treat disabled customers like this and went along to the Wimpey, wow what great tasty food and I told them what had happened at McDonald as I have on Twitter & Kent Messenger, I'm a Wimpey fan now, they were shocked by my treatment. McDonalds staff were appalling and the manager just blanked me, you can see by my glasses I have visibility issues and just not interested, why so many staff hanging around the counter doing nothing and refusing to sell me two takeaway meals, terrible way to treat customers.
