On top of very good rooms for the price, the staff were highly caring and supportive. I was there for a multiday conference. They were very enthusiastic to accommodate my 5.30am coffee needs and beyond. Things were very clean. Food is not the best in the world, but quite good as well.

Went for Dim Sum Buffet good for the price. Menu in Thai only order foid from menu and it was delivered in 10 min. I used google translate to decipher the menu. Staff good

This hotel is nice for the location. The staff are incredibly friendly. The standard room is very basic. The food at the restaurant is very good but a little expensive. The pool is very nice but the fitness room is small for the size of the hotel. The are lots of shops within walking distance to the hotel. It is hard to access public transit to get to the attractions within Bangkok.

Very good. Honest and with everything you need including a gym that is fine for most people. Great breakfast at reasonable price. Restaurants offer good food and there is a coffee shop. I personally would have appreciated a coffee shop there that would open to a later time like 9 pm so workers could enjoy it after getting back from work. Great pool and friendly staff. Recommended and I have actually booked another stay myself.

Very bad experience. Not good hotel. Service very poor. Staff bed behaviour. It's my blunder to choose this hotel. Don't take this hotel.

I was very satisfied with the service. I had a late flight so I needed to leave my luggage with them and it was fine. The breakfast buffet was decent but catered to western tastes as it was pretty bland. I would have like more authentic Thai food and maybe something grilled. They called a taxi for me when I needed one to get to the airport. I got to the hotel early and they got me a hotel right away, even though check in time was 2pm. Overall it was a great experience. The only problem was that the hotel is located right in the middle of Bangkok so factor in 1 additional hour to get any where.

The hotel is really luxurious and clean. The sealing and some walls in the hall are a bit rundown but you don't really notice it without paying attention to it. Breakfast is really good. Bug-free as far as I can tell. There is a swimming pool free to use. The hotel is not in the best location in Bangkok and even though you can see the skyline most of the buildings around there are rundown so that the view isn't to amazing. Service in the hotel is excellent. Overall recommended

Pros: 1. Ok location (12-15mins walking from Kassartsart university BTS). 2. Some dining options and some restaurants nearby also 7 eleven is beside the hotel. 3. Room was very clean but only one charging socket was working in my entire room no. 625. 4. Breakfast was ok nothing special. Cons: 1. Far from the center (Siam) and attractions. 2. Very difficult to charge my phone since only one charging socket was working in my entire room no. 625. Both the socket with the lamp has no power/electricity. I have read some earlier google reviews and it seems like many rooms has the same issue with electricity problem with the power sockets. 3. Lamps beside the bed is not working as no power in the electric socket where the cable is attached that is why very low light in the room also not possible to read anything while in the bed since bedside lamp isn't working also less lights in the room. 4. No trash bin provided in the room. ##Conclusion: price wise ok, if anyone doesn't mind about the distance. I think also in this price point there are better hotels available with better or similar breakfast near the city.

It’s a very average hotel, with good pics online. There are many other better hotels at a cheaper price. It is situated very far from market area and there is no cab that comes to pick up for this location. Although the hotel staff arranged for us. Breakfast options for vegetarian very less. Hotel room is average. Swimming pool was disappointing!

Hotel is conveniently near to town. Wake about 15 minutes to reach the Kasert university BTS station.
