A few issues here that will put a lot of people off. For starters we arrived about two hours after check in started, ready to drop our stuff and have a shower before heading into town. However, we were told the room wasn't ready yet and we would need to wait half an hour. Bad start. When we got there... Room: King bed was two singles pushed together. They only had two small duvets instead of one large one as well, which was awkward. Very few electrical outlets, air con did not have a low setting and the auto function didn't seem to work, so was better to sleep with it off, which got a bit warm! It was also dripping from the vent in the bathroom. Wifi was patchy, would keep kicking you off, and the lights started flickering depending on different combinations of switches turned on. Walls were paper thin. Could hear every word of next door's conversations from the bathroom. Not to mention night time activities... Bins were not emptied every day. Our cards were deactivated before the end of our stay, which could have been sorted quickly if not for... Elevators: only two small ones to service the whole hotel. Just missed one? It'll be a long wait, as it's likely to stop on every floor all the way up and down. May as well go and order a coffee from the hotel bar while you wait, except... Food and drink: The coffee was burnt, both at the bar and for breakfast. To avoid this we tried ordering the hot chocolate in the evening, but it turned out to be cocoa with hot water. We asked for some hot milk, but it was nowhere near enough to smooth it out. The breakfast itself was mostly room temperature items that really need to be hot to be enjoyed, such as the fried noodles and "crispy" potatoes. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast every day. Besides all this, the location is good - right next to the metro - and the pool and gym were quite nice. Wouldn't book again.

    * Overall: a good choice and comfortable one to stay for a vacation, but still there is some stuff need to be improved. ❌️ Cons: - There is only 1 room card, so it's very very inconvenient for your partner if they want to go outside alone to buy stuff but have no key room to open. - Besides, use elevator also require room card. - Air condition of room is hard to use because the control not work as normal, hard to control the room temperature. - Very less power socket, a real problem here. - Some stuff was broken: wall light near bed - No smart TV ✅️ Pros: - Room decoration is very beautiful and warming, looks good - Have bath tub - Views from room is cool, you can sightseeing the city by night very lively - Have free buffet breakfast - Have MRT (subway) station nearby

The hotel has number of problems which other reviews have also mentioned. I wish I'd have checked them before making a reservation. 1. Hotel is highly understaffed be it reception, house keeping or guards. there are long queues for check in and you are forced to wait saying room is not ready. 2. Hotel reception has a problem of not giving a good room in the first place it seems. we booked for a deluxe double room but got a twin room in first place. after 2 hours of struggling with their management, we got out room. 3. The room we got had one clean towel and another soiled towel. 4. They just handover the key and tell you nothing about the hotel like pool rules, breakfast timings, restaurant location and so on. 5. Minor issues with the room: they have almost no electric plugs to charge your phone. we relied on electric kettle plug. Few lights were not working at all. Vanity mirror is located near iron board with no light which is odd. 6. There seems no restriction for smoking as we had strong smell of smoke in the room lobby and other public areas. The only good things are the Gym, pool and the location

Went to the lobby to complain about hot water not working. Maintenance came to the room more than once. Did not resolve issues. No hot water, safe was locked, and could not be use. Was no heat in the room... was disappointed they did not offer another room. BEAUTIFUL HOTEL JUST MY EXPERIENCE SUCKED...

It was below average. The 24h supermarket and 24h room service they advertise with are non-existent. Also more than 50% of the building (the shops and bars) are permanently closed and empty. Its close to the MRT station which is a plus but besides that you really depend on cars to get out of this place. the rooms are big and have a good view through the dirty windows but the standard is really below average - everything looks poorly built (quality of furniture and especially the bathroom). Since we didn‘t pay that much it didnt hurt a lot.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. The second day I checked in my aircon stopped working- I informed reception 3 separate times (as it’s hot!) it took 24 hours before the manager came up to inspect it and turns out the cooling unit had frozen. They moved me to a different room, and immediately I noted it smelt a bit damp. The next day I realised the sink was leaking continuously from the back. With a tonne of mould (which was not hidden and obviously never cleaned!) I informed reception the next morning and asked for it to be fixed as I was out for the day at least to clean the mould up. I returned late that night and it wasn’t done. I checked out the next day so decided to leave it as it was late and I was tired. The only good thing is it’s literally next door to the main subway line and also sky rail line. So convenient to get around. My friends had no issues with their rooms about from cockroaches. I didn’t experience this myself. It’s expensive for what it is and you can probably do better for cheaper.

This hotel advertises itself as a 5-star hotel on facebook. It is only 2-stars at most. Check-in takes ridiculously long because the rooms weren't ready. Room is constructed from cheap materials, filthy towels and floor carpet. To add to previous reviews, yes it is a breeding ground for coackroaches. 2 hours into the room and I've killed 4 small coackroaches already, one on my bedsheet. Don't fall for the cheap cost, it's not worth the discomfort. I believe you can get much better rooms at this price. This property needs immediate renovation and pipe system. Never returning.

Booked online for NYE as my friend is staying here. A week later I received a suspicious email from Agoda asking me to upload my ID and credit card details. Aware of the many phishing emails and scams on Agoda and Booking, I contacted the hotel directly asking if there’s anything I needed to do. They confirmed my reservation and I thought that’s all sorted until 3 days later when my booking was cancelled. I tried to rebook but all rooms were sold out. Contacted the hotel again and received no response. Now my friend and I are staying at different places for NYE which was the very reason I flew to Bangkok in the first place. Very disappointing. They seem to have no control over their booking systems and clueless about what they’re doing as my friend also witnessed another guest’s troubles while checking in as their booking could not be found on their system. Not recommended.
