I have always wanted to try here for a while so i did via Just Eat! Arrived on time piping hot and superbly packaged! I went for the 5 tapas bundle meal deal wasnt sure what each thing was so i just ordered what sounded nice haha. My least favorite was the Brazilian Fried Chicken although it was juicy, tender and spicy the way i like it tbh it had no flavour, a bit boring tbh. The Brie and Mango Empanadas were nice, savory, tad sweet and cheesy mmm! Next was Albondigas to me was a really nice meatball dish, very homely and hearty flavour, really nice! My next fav was the Chicken Quesadilla, packed full of flavour.. chicken peppers and all sorts, the wrap it came in was soft and slightly charred.. very taaty indeed! My absolute favorite of all was the Fiesta Tapas.. what is that i hear you ask? Basically its a salad lol not just any salad tho this was stunning.. packed full of all sorts of flavours with watermellon and these little red pearls i have never seen before which are actually called Roquito Peppers which are sweet and spicy anyway im not normally a salad person but this i would highly recomend 👍😁👌

Food was so tasty and decent sized portions for what you pay! Arrived quickly and all hot. Lush cocktails and also clean and aesthetically pleasing environment. Staff lovely and friendly, also decent how you can be sat outside, shame there wasn’t more tables as there would be room to add a few more.

I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant, where the waiters were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their attentive service truly added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the excellent dishes they served. Each plate was prepared with care, showcasing a perfect balance of flavors and presentation. Moreover, the timing of the service was impeccable, ensuring that each dish arrived at the table promptly. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful culinary experience, thanks to its friendly staff, exceptional dishes, and timely service.

We had a great time here celebrating a birthday. Service was good and food was excellent. Nachos to begin with followed by a beef burrito. For pudding was banana flavoured sticky toffee pudding with ice cream. Hope to get back here again sooner...

Visited for the bottomless brunch and was not disappointed! For £35 we got a starter, a main and about 8 cocktails each! Super friendly and attentive staff and the cocktails were great too. This is our favourite bottomless brunch spot in Newcastle and we will definitely be returning again.

Beautiful restaurant and lovely food. The food was amazing, I absolutely loved what I ordered (fajita stacks) and the presentation, for it to be make your own. Also the chicken is halal here. The staff were very friendly and the service was great as well as, the whole atmosphere of the restaurant. I have no complaints about this place and will most definitely come back here.

Beautiful food and great service. I signed up to the newsletter (which doesn't bombard you) and got a free portion of nachos because of it. Also used blue light card to get money off which was very handy. Would defiantly come again

Visited with my girlfriend for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. It was my first time here, and I can't wait to come back! We were hosted by Lucy, who was very pleasant and hospitable. Our initial choices for food weren't available (menu issues), but Lucy asked the kitchen just in case something could be done, and we managed to share a hearty portion of albondigas as a starter. We only had 2 courses, but by God were they filling! A few cocktails and a bottle of cachaça later, and our bill was just over £100. Can't fault the price, service and atmosphere

Had a birthday meal with a voucher here mid week relatively early, 5pm. Really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and we both had a great time. We had calamari and fried cheese cubes for starters, I had steak and my partner had a whole chicken. Yes a whole chicken to himself. The steak was perfectly cooked, for me - medium rare but the fat was rendered, the chicken was covered in a delicious sauce. It was the spiciest one on the menu, but it was not that spicy. The heat built over time but it was more like the spice of a aromatic curry. Either way, it was absolutely delicious and he ate the whole thing leaving a tiny collection of clean bones like the carrion bird that he is. It was also 2 for 1 on cocktails at that time so we ordered caipirinhas and of course they were delicious. We had a lovely evening, the staff were great, friendly and on top of things and helped make the experience feel non-pandemicy. Hand sanitiser was available in various places and I chose to still wear a mask as I moved around. Thanks for a great evening out. 😀

We went to Las iguanas in hopes of some amazing food however I was left slightly disappointed. The sweetcorn side was extremely dry and the ribs I had were too fatty. Which was a shame. The nachos were nice though and the staff were extremly friendly.

We did a bottomless brunch here to celebrate finishing our masters degree. Aimee looked after us and we were never waiting for a drink or had to request anything - she was so on it. Thanks so much for making our time so enjoyable xx

Absolutely fantastic value for money! So much selection of drinks to choose from and the waiters are very attentive. This is the fifth time I have been and have received first class service everytime. Disappointed in the selection of food. No longer have the chicken burger available on brunch menu but you can upgrade to any meal off the menu. Definitely the place to come for bottomless brunch in Newcastle.

First visit to Las iguanas, the food was exceptional as was the service. Had Bahian chicken while my friend had pescado blc bobo , only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere was that we visited at 4oclock on a Tuesday so it was very quiet. Must mention our 2 servers Ray and Rachel, and the chef Zac excellent value for money would recommend it Total cost Pint corona £6.20 Large glass diet coke £3.85 Food £35.25 Total £45.30(

Came here for bottomless brunch, there was 10 of us. Food came out cold but the lovely waitress replaced it and it was lovely! I got the tacos. Drinks service was a bit slow, the lady said there was only 1 bartender on on a busy Saturday afternoon which I found bizzare! Jugs were watered down with lots of ice. Overall I probably wouldn’t come back here but the lady we had serve us was absolutely lovely!!

I met with some business partners here the other week and had a pleasant meal, however despite the restaurant being quiet that night, the music was incredibly loud. I had the blazing bird with BBQ sauce and fries and it was a very reasonable size and very tasty, I would recommend it. However, I ordered the chocolate brownie and ice cream for £7.50 for desert and was shocked at how small it was, I would absolutely steer clear of the desert. Staff were great and accommodating of our allergies.

Had the bottomless brunch today and what an amazing day we had. It's well worth the money £29 pp. For starter and main and as much prosecco as we could drink, we had 3/4bottles and many cocktails. The added bonus was the service provided by the wonderful Lydia, nothing was too much effort. She was attentive and our glasses were never empty. Will definitely be returning and hopefully we get Lydia again !

I went at night for drink with small amount of tapas. 2 4 1 cocktails are always great and I highly recommend Espresso martini!! I waited for 20min for enchiladas, manager gave us 20% off. There’s lovely and friendly staffs:)

Las Iguanas offers a diverse menu that features Mexican, Brazilian, Argentine, and Cuban cuisine. The food is delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting. With a variety of tasty options, the restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

Was lucky to get in over the Christmas break for lunch. Service was top-notch, and the food was good and would certainly go back. The refried beans are super yummy as i had a quesadilla as a main - there was lots of onions but not loads of chicken. Husband had the half chicken and said the spice was amazing.

A bit disappointed. We ordered via the QR code on the table but we did not see anywhere to apply for the 25% student discount. The refried beans were not nice and my burrito wasn't very tasty. I won't be returning.

    Went for a bottomless brunch in Newcastle grey street. Service for amazing (they took the next drink order before we finished the first, meaning we had constant drinks!). Food was amazing also. Our server was called Katie as she was very kind;

Went for bottomless brunch for 2 (I've been twice prior) and service was impeccable, fast and friendly, our waitress Anneisha was lovely and very attentive. Cocktails were lovely and strong, and food was infaultable. Also we got 2 hours and a good selection of cocktails, which is hard to find in Newcastle bottomless brunches!
