Excellent service from Tambaram to Tirupathi! Car was in good condition and the driver was prompt

We had a truly delightful and memorable trip, filled with a myriad of enjoyable experiences, and a journey that was nothing short of pleasant and comfortable. It was truly a pleasure to embark on this adventure and create such wonderful memories. I am filled with a deep sense of gratitude for the outstanding guidance that Jeyakumar provided to us. His demeanour was truly delightful and made the entire experience much more enjoyable.

We have hired a Car yesterday for Thirumalai trip. All the arrangements and trip designed in a professional manner. Driver behavior is good. But the maintenance of the vehicle is very poor like a dustbin. No maintenance at all. Even you can't touch the door handle, where dust. CNG & tyre occupied the boot space and spoiled my bags badly. I don't know when the cab was washed. I heard driver will clean only the front side glass daily. Very worst trip for us. I have dust allergy and spoiled my health too.

Good tour by Padmavati Travels from Chennai to Tirupati Temple. Comfortable and Enjoyable tour. Car was very clean. Prakash is a good driver

Travelled 10th Jan 2024, family with kids and senior citizens in tempo traveller from chennai to tirupati. Looks padmavati travels tied up with 3rd party named sai baba travels. Worst driver named kanimuthu. Driving very rash, rude etc. Senior citizens and kid fell down due to sudden break. Some accidents missed luckily. We booked for 8 adults and paid but break fast he ordered only for 7 adults and asked to contact padmavati travels in hard voice. He asked us to pay for lunch and will refund later but didn't refund anything instead demanded extra money. Didn't do door pickup and drop stating no time for him even though we paid extra 1500 INR for this. Not considering senior citizens He is scolding padmavati travels and took additional money from us. If you traveling with family and kids. Please avoid.

Excellent services.. smooth driving from Sudhakar.. clean car (Ertiga)… Food arrangement also, I would say, okay. One point I want to add is that driver should be available in the parking lot as decided, since phones are not allowed, it was very difficult to locate, had to ask someone to make a phone call and call the driver.

I'm very unhappy with Padmavathi Travels. I'll tell you why. First of all, I had booked a cab for six members but what we got was a five seater and that too all were adults apart from a four year old kid. Secondly, the driver was very rude and curt and not polite. The driver didn't even guide us properly and because of that we had to miss our lunch. We completed our dharshan at 4:45 pm and then we collected the prasaadham and it was 6pm when we came out. Then to top it all he asked us rudely why we were late. Had he guided us properly this wouldn't have happened. My four year old son suffered a lot because he was hungry. Then, the driver Mr.Ramakrishnan, drove the car very rashly. Apart from being unprofessional and rude he was also driving rashly. We're all terribly upset and disappointed with this journey. When elderly women were trying to get into the vehicle, the driver, didn't even bother to open the door and help them. He was just sitting in his seat and meddling with his mobile. My four year old son was sleeping and the driver, Mr.Ramakrishnan, wasn't bothered about that. He drove rashly and carelessly thereby disturbing my son's sleep. On the whole this trip, which was on the 27th of Feburary was a disaster. We're all very unhappy and upset with the whole thing and we would not opt for Padhmavathi travels again nor will we recommend it to anyone. I advice you all not to even consider Padhmavathi travels. Unprofessional to the core. Please watch out.

Had free darshan in the bramotshavam, I really worried for the waiting time, but Padmavathi Travels gave all hope that darshan will be completed in 1-2 hours and it happened in a same way I did completed my free darshan in 1 hour , they are so experienced to judge the timings too. Very nice trip must visit during bramotshavam, tirumala is decorated for the festival and it is so colourful to see it . Amazing amazing .. Good service

Sivaram Krishnan was our driver driving the car tn 12 ad 8777 innova. He was really good with driving and handling the crowd during our visit to the pilgrimage. Was on time and perfect when it comes to making impromptu plans. Overall a great driver! ✨
