The hotel bed cover were not clean and it was not properly washed. Black stain and asked the staff to replace it. The second one also was dirt and then we took it seriously and asked the hotel to replace with a clean sheet. Finally they got a better one. Very bad on a ready to occupy room at shelter. Will never book a room again.

I have stayed for 3days and 2Nights. No water for shower. Very old shower pipes. To be honest I didn't shower for 3 days. Guys I can share videos for attachments. Regarding this I have spoke to manager Mazar. He understand my situation and he gave 2 buckets of water for 3days. No wifi connection. Gym is not working. No hanger at wardrobe. No toiletries like shampoo, moisturizing, oil, in this 3 star hotel. Management is very weak and not responsible for consumers. Initially they took 7000 for 2 days. They just given lame excuses. Manager mazar is not understanding customer feelings and just he is telling you can check out if you're not interested. This is the way they behave. It's my own experienced. So guys dont check in this hotel.

Do not stay here until renovation is complete. All hotel staff's are excellent but run by a pathetic management who wants to suck money from the customers even-though they don,t have all facilities. It should be closed until renovation work is complete. There were no proper rooms- since i had no time and with family, somehow managed to stay 1 day though i had booked for 2 days. They promised for the 1 day refund but almost after 2 weeks - not done. Rooms doesn,t deserve any star rating as still renovation is going on.

Very Pathetic cleanliness, Yes it's haunted place never stay here , laundry items smelly even after complaint , No charging points , dirty water in taps , pipes are rusted , light inadequate in rooms even fused,

The hotel is haunted. My parents experienced multiple paranormal activities and no staff was there other than the guard at the gate. They left the hotel an hour after they checked in. They requested a room change but their issue was not resolved.

The location of the restaurant is in the prime area. But they have checking time only by 11am which is a little bit annoying. You need to pre book 10 days ahead of your stay. One of the hotel rooms has a view of Saibaba temple which is just opposite to the hotel.

The Hotel as described in Google and MMT is far from a three star... It's an average hotel and under development... Once developed it could pass for a three star.. The rooms required to be redone with good ambient lighting and please get rid of the white lights. The staff had to be more professional but they are good people. Stay here if you like old room feel. Hope they get their act together soon. Thank you.

Hotel Shelter is located in good place with easy approach. A lot of renovation work is in progress. Rooms are compact and neat. Bath rooms are fine. Facilities are good. Services are good. Morning complimentary breakfast was delicious with varieties of items. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel for two days.

Have stayed here multiple times for official visit in Chennai. Appearance from outside looks promising however the service is not at all good due to below reasons based on my experience - 1) geyser/hot water is not available. They ask you to have bath in some another room. 2) cockroachs are found commonly in room 3) Since I have stayed here multiple times, I found Bible kept in drawer of each room. not sure why only Bible and not any other spiritual books. 4) laundry service charges are exhibited. Only pressing a pant and a shirt costse 65 rs and washing+ pressing of same cloths costs you 75 bucks 5) DO NOT go by their words. Management/staff may agree to something and later disagree to the same. I had similar argument with the person attending at the counter for checkout time. 6) If you ask to clean the room, they only tidy up your room however do not change the bedsheet, towel etc. 7) we were told that the hotel is full and only 1 room is available so we 3 gents had to occupy 1 room with 3 bedsheet and we stayed there for around 3 dayseand we DID NOT SEE any other people in the entire hotel. They simply fool you. My honest request to everyone is.... enquiry personally before you book room here ..

In the heart of the city. But nothing much !!! Rooms were okayish, AC was malfunctioning, no proper response from reception. Room key cards were not working. Were informed network was down. But wasn't rectified. Good for small receptions and party. Food was decent. They definitely need to improve on their rooms.

Worst behaviour of front office staff Mondal. Rest room Amenities not good. They charged 4500 per day but it shows 2800 in website. Not worth for money. No hot water available. Water in black colour

Poor services, no telephone which is working in the room. No resturant available. No hot water. Over priced for the facility they provided.
