Worst
experience.
Booked
online
and
paid
extra
for
bed
through
online.
As
we
reached
there
and
checked
in,
we
booked
classic
room
for
3.
The
receptionist
was
is
dilemma
to
handover
the
keys
n
finally
gave
a
room
key.
When
we
checked
in
our
room,
it
was
so
small
n
very
unclean.
No
space
for
extra
bed,
I
got
confused
and
went
back
to
the
reception
n
confirmed
once
again
whether
they
gave
us
the
right
keys.
Their
response
was
lethargic.
They
had
various
categories
room
like
standard,
classic
etc
which
was
even
displayed
in
their
reception.
When
I
asked
them
I
was
so
annoyed
to
hear
their
response
“for
online
booking
we
will
give
these
rooms
only”
.
I
even
reconfirmed
whether
by
mistake
they
handed
over
basic
room
key
but
the
responses
were
very
bad
and
not
convincing.They
said
you’ve
to
adjust
with
the
given
space
where
there
was
no
space
to
walk
around
even
and
I
don’t
know
where
they’ll
put
extra
bed.
Very
lethargic
answers
.If
you
can’t
handle
“online”
bookings
properly,
take
off
your
hotel
from
online
booking
platforms.
While
booking
it
mentioned
checkin
and
check
out
was
at
12pm.
But
they
were
like
checkout
is
at
10,
11
etc.
They
weren’t
organised
or
precise.
Handle
the
clients
with
good
attitude
and
don’t
misguide
and
stress
them.
Worst
experience
and
wouldn’t
recommend
this
for
“online
customers”
as
per
their
term.
