The restaurant serves hot food on plastic plate, they couldn't even afford banana leaf. Poor kitchen.. Actually worst.. if you look at their kitchen you will never feel like eating there. No gravy for briyani and they justify that.. Will never come again. Thanks

Very poor service and hygienic is not at all good. Cockroaches everywhere.. there is no proper response from the reception side for any queries and requests. The manager is so rude here and behave so immature. Really had a worst time staying in the hotel. I would say don't book here at all costs. Please avoid

Really pathetic room conditions(cockroaches, stained bathrooms, dirty rooms) Worst response from staffs. Hotel manager behaves very rudely and unprofessional. Only thing that is good here is the food. But for that I suggest to come and just eat in the restaurant and DO NOT WASTE YOIR MONEY STAYING HERE and it is too overpriced for this highly under maintained hotel.

Worst! Please stay away. We had the wedding here for our sister in law from 4/23-4/24, I can easily say I’ve never seen such a poorly maintained hotel. We booked to 12 rooms and all of them were super dirty with stained floors, toilets were horrible and the whole room was stinky. There were blood stains on the blankets. Toilet seats were broken and leaky. Coming to the food, the reception dinner was horrible, we paid around 650+ inr per plate for dinner and the food we got was cheap and tasteless. The breakfast n lunch were equally bad. Very pricy for the quality we get. The whole place is a scam. STAY AWAY and plan your wedding or events elsewhere. Google should seriously consider accommodating zero stars. Hotels like this doesn’t deserve any star. ZERO STARS. STAY AWAY. I see everyone has almost posted similar complaints and looks like the management is not taking it seriously. So pls do yourself a favor by not hosting parties/events/wedding here.

We have booked party hall for wedding and reception. Their service was very pathetic, totally unethical and substandard. 1. Room - Air conditioning system was broken, no cleanliness, leaky faucets and smelly room, even for a executive standard room. 2. Food - Tasteless and quality is even worse. Leftover food/desserts are reheated and served to us. 3. Party hall - Never they've turned on the AC. It was sultry. Only advantage is decoration, it was look good and party hall is spacious. Humble request to everyone, don't fall for their trap. Complete waste of money.

Not recommended at all. Worst hotel and service team. I have booked crown hall for my wedding reception. They have showed me deluxe room said the same kind of rooms will be given for bride and groom. They have given a room with ceiling broken cover with white paper. When I asked why they said this is what available. In which we need to pay the full amount 10 days prior to the event. Not even 3 person stand in that room and the water in that room is worst The GM there initially said the sofa and stage can be used and we can bring outside decorators. On the event time she made the in-house decorator to ask commission of 7000rs else the stage will be removed. Such a cheap behaviour & worst service. Not recommended at all. The complete event got spoiled because of them.

We went to Hotel Barbeque Nation which is in Bhimas building for lunch with family and kids. We were ready to depart and sat on the car and my wife was missing. She stepped on a concrete floor in the parking lot and the concrete broke and fell down into the sump of 10 feet and the water started filling in the sump as soon as she fell. Luckily she was not holding our baby. If we delayed another 5 minutes to find her position, she would have been sunk in that tank. It was very dangerous. They did not have a ladder to lift her. We had tough time pulling her up. Her legs and hands are all hurt very badly. The owner was not talking responsibly or even felt sorry for what happened. It was insane. Never ever visit this hotel or other restaurants within this building. Owners response was like, he is crorepati and has all the influence to escape from anything. So he said to my wife to do whatever police complaint we want.

One week ago we had my sister's reception and marriage function in crown hall... The decorations and arrangements are in classy look.. Services are too good and the rooms are mainted very neatly arranged.. We all are happy.... All credits go to Jaya mam... Well done mam👏👏👏

The rooms are not clean nor well maintained as there were a lot of insects present in the hall way as well as inside the room for which I had to cancel the booking.

1. Rooms are not very clean and have cockroaches and insects. 2. Even after changing me to a new room also, I observed the same. 3. For the service boys, i have to call multiple times. Observed many times customers waiting in the lobby for room boys. 4. No lift, just a general basic room. Rooms quality is not up to the mark as per they charge. 5. Its near to Vadapalani metro and nexus mall. 6. Many of the room boys are from bengal and north, they can understand hindi easily.

The worst service i have ever had.. these people didn't care about the owner of the property and hence they dont care about the customers... These people think that anyone can easily visit this place as if they are located in the hot spot of the city ... But remember people will not turn around if they don't find a good service for the cost you guys charge....

The ambience of the marriage hall was well maintained. Overall had a memorable experience with the marriage function which took place in last week. Especially would like to mention about Jaya from Bhimas, who was polite and provided extraordinary service to our family. Thank you Jaya once again for your efficient service.

Reserved for 60 persons breakfast on 8th September. We were shocked to see there was no food at all while we entered. Kept waited for one hour for little food provided. Not worth for money. Unhappy with the services.

I had the worst experience with this hotel. I have booked the rooms before a month for the wedding with some advance amount but when my relatives arrived at the hotel on the day before the wedding it turns out they gave away all the rooms to someone else. There was no prior intimation to us about these changes by the hotel management. All the family members, ladies and kids were standing for quite a long time at the entrance while I was arguing with the receptionist. Finally they arranged the rooms in some other hotel with poor hygiene, no heater, no tv. The extra beds provided by them smelled really bad. Request everyone to be more cautious while booking this hotel.

We booked Paradise hall for our wedding and the food was horrible. They did not have the menu ready for serving. Many people who attended our wedding complained that they did not get food served properly. Basic servings like chutney sambar were delayed for serving. The manager gave us big hopes and made our wedding food service a tragedy. If you still wish to book your wedding with Bhimaas, I kindly request you to have someone from your end to strictly over see these things during the function.

Rooms are not clean.I stayed in room number 222 on 26-28 th Jan 2023.I found cockroaches moving around. steps to bathroom is slightly higher than normal height.all water taps need cleaning and proper fitting.Bed spreads need proper washing.Need to use some good scented cleaning liquids for bath room. All staff are very courteous and listening.I appreciate the boys who cleaned the room ,and changed bed spreads.They were sincere. We could not get coffee even at 7.30 am as the kitchen was not operative.

From Kerala, we were making our way to Chennai. A day before, I made the reservation using OTT, namely Goibibo. I informed them I had a reservation for two nights when I arrived at the hotel. I tried to remember the name of the short-haired receptionist, but I couldn't. Sincere apologies. People claimed that they were fully booked, unable to provide me with a room, and unable to accommodate me due to a technical problem. They outright refuted it. Even when I called the manager who was on duty, I have no idea how they are managing this property because there is no good communication. The operations manager was contacted. Who even has no idea how to handle a guest and casually said there is a technical problem, look for something else they can't help. I overheard the front desk staff while I was seated in the lobby asking one his co employees to get the guest's ID. who already have checked in the day before they permitted customer to check in without providing any identification. And they are wont allow who booked and done the payment already casually saying you will get refund so not to worry.

We had a birthday function 10 days before. Everyone enjoyed a lot. Jaya mam and team organized it very well. Food , hall, decorations, parking were excellent. I thank them for making the event successful.

The rooms are very badly maintained and the food is very expensive Qe stayed for 1 night 7-8 June. The service at breakfast on 8th qas pathetic. The approach of the staff 8s very unprofessional I will definitely not come back again.

This hotels is known for its Banquets Hall not for hospitality. I was there in the city to attend the marriage of a friend. It's below average hotel. They charge 3700 for a room. Room was very small no ventialtion, AC was not working, leave it i don't want spread negativity here. Just I would suggest people plz don't prefer this property if you have anyother option.

Earlier it was fantastic. After 4 yrs came but the only decoration was reception and restaurant. Rooms are the same old nothing works properly comod flash, water taps. Towels are very old. Wi-fi and mobile don't work in the room. The location is very good just opposite of Sims hospital.

We had reception and wedding on this week, reception buffet was great and they managed to offer the food for extra plates and marriage breakfast was decent.. overall my experience with them end up in smoth and worth for money.....highly recommended for marriage and reception at budget friendly....

Happy to share this of Hotel Bhima's Vadapalani, chennai. I attend my brother marriage today (4-12-2022)at Regency-1, Me and my family taste the food as so nice and way of handle the family guests is good. Mrs. Jaya catering coordinator -coordinating the guys too good and her way of speaking very good to attract the family guests as well. 🙂

The location was good in vadapazhani near the metro station. It's very easy to go anywhere from this hotel. I feel the rooms are getting old and like vintage. Hope, hotel management was yet to renovate this. so I request for renovation. Food was also prepared great. Overall, nice experience to stay there. ThankYou..😊

Worst experience. Booked online and paid extra for bed through online. As we reached there and checked in, we booked classic room for 3. The receptionist was is dilemma to handover the keys n finally gave a room key. When we checked in our room, it was so small n very unclean. No space for extra bed, I got confused and went back to the reception n confirmed once again whether they gave us the right keys. Their response was lethargic. They had various categories room like standard, classic etc which was even displayed in their reception. When I asked them I was so annoyed to hear their response “for online booking we will give these rooms only” . I even reconfirmed whether by mistake they handed over basic room key but the responses were very bad and not convincing.They said you’ve to adjust with the given space where there was no space to walk around even and I don’t know where they’ll put extra bed. Very lethargic answers .If you can’t handle “online” bookings properly, take off your hotel from online booking platforms. While booking it mentioned checkin and check out was at 12pm. But they were like checkout is at 10, 11 etc. They weren’t organised or precise. Handle the clients with good attitude and don’t misguide and stress them. Worst experience and wouldn’t recommend this for “online customers” as per their term.

The Rooms were compact and clean. The hotel is located in the main area and was easier to find. Food was great and good hospitality.
