Absolutely Disgusting! Ordered this meal this morning! Looks like the don't bother cleaning anymore. Service is always ridiculously slow. Will NEVER use again. Update: After a strong 5months of not using McDonald's I finally gave into my Daughter's demands. We arrived at Baynards Green McDonald's and were first in line at the Drive through.. Then we were sent to the dredded third window! 17minutes later our food arrived. NOT EVEN HOT! it was like it was left on a table the whole time we were waiting. Another meal ruined because of their incompetence. Absolute joke of a place.

Very slow service. Took 15 mins to get a chicken wrap and 89p hamburger. I was on a 30 mins break. I’m a lorry driver. I asked for a refund but was refused and given a voucher that’s invalid unless filled in by the manager

Slow service, no cutlery, serviettes etc with our good. No pots available for Sauces and when we asked someone bu the time they had found them out meal was finished,!! This was our second visit, the first one being sometime ago that was abysmal, so we have it another try. Definitely off our list now,!!

The food is what it is. Except. At this time there had been an issue with supplies and pretty much everything we chose wasn't available. The staff were magnificent and sorted us out with alternatives quickly, and with out fuss. In the end we weren't eating what we wanted, but we had hot, freshly cooked food.

Popped in on the way to Oxford, waited 30 minutes for two double cheese burgers so not a large order, I ended up getting my money back and asking the guy on the till who happened to be the manager said there was a problem (could have announced it) walking out of the door there was a senior member of staff on the door holding it open. As I walked out I said to my partner "unbelievable" the lady piped up and said can't be helped I'm afraid so I simply said it would have been better if they had said something so she said that's why she is at the door telling people on their way in so I said but we were already inside and at that point she boldly said behind her face mask "oh go away" I might be old school but customer service matters regardless of how big your business is. Seems most outlets are badly run

Super friendly drive through staff, speedy breakfast service. I don't know how they manage to be so genuinely cheerful at such a god-forsaken hour of the morning, but they do, and it is appreciated!

Burger was great. That’s the end of the good news. Had to ask for a receipt (as the machine had failed, not that anybody seemed bothered) from a grubby looking shift manger with “fu#k” tattooed on his arm who seemed preoccupied with talking with friend while countless people waited for food. Without an apology for my wait, I received a half empty box of “large” with my meal. I could face the additional wait to ask for a complete meal. Shame i was looking forward to my meal…

chicken and bacon wrap I like my food fresh, this was ultra fresh! The pig was that fresh it went oink oink when i bit into it! Who could ask for anything more... Apart from the poor pig 🐷 His name was percy. I cant believe this, rip percy. 2023 ☠️

The worse McDonalds I've ever been to. The place was absolutely disgusting, and clearly not been cleaned in hours. All of the tables were filthy. The bathroom was filthy. My order was messed up. They put cheese on it when I am allergic to dairy. It's a good job I checked Parts of the food redhot parts of the food were freezing cold. Avoid this place, unless you like regular trips to the toilet.

On the door and in the big sign said 24h opening times and actually open from 7 until who knows because no any sign for opening times! Many people turned in there for nothing, not very efficient in fuel wise to get in there plus time wasting. VERY NOT OKE! No breakfast for me very disappointed ☹️

The two mature ladies on drive thru tills were most pleasant and very polite. Every single visit to this particular drive thru over the years has been consistently pleasurable.

Best maccies I’ve had in a while. Burger and fries both nice and hot and burgers were fresh and juicy, almost like the old days when they’d be dripping in grease 🤤 Coke was also nicely fizzy for a dispenser one. Props to the Baynards Green team!

Visited enroute from Bournemouth up north. One of the best McDonald's I have been too. Really friendly service everyone was so polite and well mannered. Food was fresh and tasty.

Drive through Maccas Double BBQ quarter pound It was possibly the best of Maccas offering today Car park is always full so obviously popular. Service was pretty good for a Sunday with MotoGP on just down the road

Good quick service and hot foot. Friendly staff. Marked down for the awful toilets. Three cubicles - 2 out of order and one over-flowing with rubbish. No soap in the ladies. The men's were fine though.

Clean, quiet, comfortable environment. Food was good, as ordered, it was hot too. They ran out of chocolate milkshake, so I had a hot chocolate drink, very good it was too. Plenty of parking. Clean toilets. Good experience overall.

One of the better McDonald's around we use this one over the Bicester McDonald's because it's not usually as busy. They have only messed up the order once and the food is usually hot and fresh car park is a bit bigger than some we normally use the drive through now check the order then eat our food in the services up the road.

Was waiting for order ,on screen was given but I was waiting. When asked what's going on cos 6 orders after me was done and gived. Person working said it was error and apologies, recived order with much less sauce (should be 3 ,recived 1)Mcdonald is not recommended by me.

When looking at a restaurant to eat in, mcdonalds is always the go to for kids. We have taken our family to this branch a few times and unfortunately they seem to only get our order correct around 60% of the time. We have a family of 6, so big orders. We have had missing items, incorrect custom orders on burgers, and one time a whole meal missing, despite being paid for. The machines do not always print receipts, so make sure to remember your order number. The staff however, always seem to be friendly and helpful when an issue has occurred. If you are expecting the ritz, it's not. It's mcdonalds. So no candelabras or table cloths. And if you do expect that. You're an idiot.

Clean & tidy. Parking is good apart from the lorries obstructing the access road. Service is slow for eating in due, I assume, to the number of drive throughs being served. Same for most McDonald's though.

Visited here on our way back from Gloucester to Norfolk. Parked in the busy, tight carpark and ordered through one of the screens. Our food/drinks were served nice and fast, and were all as expected. Plenty of seating space and we didn't rush, before leaving

Ordered garlic wrap received sweet chilly , ordered dips and nothing reveived. Lady is cleaning tables with a disgusting cloth (wiping bins and tables after) ,apple pie was not fresh and no labels on it to show the expiry time. Also you cant ask for your order to be brought to your table..this supposed to be a treat for kids and has been a disaster. I won't comment on waiting time..

Just had a meme er of staff snatch my debit card from my hand and wall off into the restaurant out of my sight, with it. Then come back and told me it had been declined, it hadn't, and follow that by being exceptionally rude. I was ordered to park by the next window and just left there

Ok it's a McDonald's so it is pretty much like them all. Staff were lovely tho and that gets my vote every time. One young girl was sitting outside waiting for a lift home and she was so polite and helpful. She is taken her driving test soon so good luck and stay amazing

Dirty place all around - tables (had to clean myself with my own tissue), toilets. Was waiting for small order for 25 minutes, no apologies, actually nothing - no hello, no welcome… and in the end got different ice cream from ordered one- they run out of toppings and switched it like they wanted.

Always seems relatively quiet when I have been here. A very clean and well laid out Mc d's. Plenty of places to park, outside benches and plenty of room inside. Staff friendly and food in here always seems to be done well.

You can't go wrong with a Macca's. Consistently good, you know what you're going to get and the taste and quality is generally always spot on. My only gripe is that sometimes the chips are filled up, but I'm not shy in (kindly) asking for them to be topped up.

Just terrible. We are near this most evenings When traveling back to my home when I've worked away and think about stopping off for a quick bite to eat. Been told can't take cash. Been told having a reboot so will be off all evening. Fed up of trying this place. The staff are rude and laughed when they closed eapry for the reboot. Fed up of trying here so will not bother from now on.

Quite quiet at the time I was a customer, easy parking as I had a disabled person with me. Burger (big mac) had far too much lettuce in it, it went everywhere very sloppy made burger but the fries were hot and the drinks were decent. Lobby staff when I arrived were no where to be seen and the bin near the entrance was overflowing, but they then appeared about 15 mins in and emptied it.

Website states 6am-11pm, doors says 24/7 Arrived at 6:10am doors locked and staff ignored us, eventually at 6:45am they open the drive through and tell us the store is closed usually for another hour Loads of customers outside waiting and the staff didn't seem the slightest bit interested in fixing the issue. Either get new signage and update the websites or get all new staff willing to actually work their working hours! Pointless only opening a drivethrough when some vans cant get under the height limit

Best damn service I've ever had in any McDonald's I've ever been to in 40 years. And I've been to plenty. Oh, and the food was spot on too. Hot and fresh. Please pass my compliments to the team who were there tonight

Wanted a coffee for me and ice cream for little one, no ice cream available (running theme in most maccies to be fair) coffee was very prompt and the apple pie (compromise for icecream for DD) came out prompt too. Service was great - the little I encountered. Receipts on the machine weren't printing but not busy so I could guess my number! Or pay attention to what was coming out! Overall a good pit stop for a long journey.

Two stars - one for the apologetic guy on the 1st window for a 10 to 15min delay due to a supposed till glitch and one for the very friendly lady on window 2 for cheering me up. The food however was completely disgusting! Whoever is in the kitchen learn to make a decent double sausage and egg muffin. Muffins should have toasted dark peaks and be well buttered. Sausage patties should be well drained, instead I opened the wrapper to a soggy muffin covered in grease. Unfortunately my time is more valuable than taking a 2.50 muffin back. But come on, it's not hard to do a decent job! Management train your kitchen staff properly!

The service was fairly slow. I'm not sure how busy the kitchen was. It didn't seem to be that busy from outside. Can't comment on the foods because every meal at McDonald's is the same. We stopped there because no one other food stores were present in the neighbourhood.

This place gets worse, went on a Sunday morning with doors closed and discovering drive through only (had just plugged the car in to charge)! Went again today, stood at the counter for 10 minutes until the last cleaning said "drive through or app only"! Downloaded app, ordered and then wouldn't accept on the app that we were there. Same lady said we had to go outside and then it would accept us. Finally ordered, 10 minutes later another lady came with our food "just to let you know its done through only" - then why are there no notices? Why are the doors open? Honestly the entire place is comical.... we watched about 20 cars pull up, get out and then have to drive through on the Sunday! Not everyone wants to sit and eat in the car.
