Train station

👍 Good and tidy station connecting next to Disneyland. This one connects Disneyland to Paris and major nearby cities in multiple train trips throughout the day. There are only few shops for dining here. Relatively small station. People often mention station,

It was a terrible experience with SNCF. I stood in line for an hour at the ticket office because there was only one cash register open. When it was my turn to buy tickets, the cashier was very mean and told us that we must speak to him in French because we are in France. It’s not ok at all because we were at Disneyland, where there are a lot of tourists. Also, there were only 3 chairs there and you had nowhere to sit down. So we had to wait an hour standing in an endless line while the cashier also had to be very very mean. They have no respect for tourists at all.

RER A station has Pickpockets targeting families with grandparents. They operate in pairs and are often European girls in their late twenties dressed like other tourists (e.g. Mickey ears). Be extra careful if you come in late for the Evening shows, we encountered them twice - first when we took escalator up after we arrived at the station. After the show they wait till train doors are about to close to grab your belongings - so you’re left stranded. Be extra careful.

I felt it was necessary to share my recent experience: For those looking for a smooth, hassle-free experience, I'd nudge you towards considering Ozeroute (link for those who need it : https://bit.ly/3swyqle) for your travel needs. After my own experience with them, they seem like a safe bet for a comfortable and reliable trip, especially when the public transport system shows its cracks.

After evening Disney Shows this station is getting really crowded. We couldn't bought a tickets, because of a lack of tickets machine. Some of them doesn't take a paypass card on your mobile phone (only plastic cards), unfortunately we had found out it after standing in a huge queue with small kids. There were no staff at that time on the station who could helped to buy the tickets. I'm totally suggest you buy all metro tickets in advance in the first day!!! And be aware of pickpocketing.

We had a few hours between the trains and wanted to spend some time in the Disney Village. Unfortunately we had a small bottle of champagne (200ml) in our backpack. They did not let us in the village with glass, okay, maybe it makes sense. But when we tried to leave our luggage at the the station lockers, they said said it is now allowed to lock the glass as well. So apparently, if you have ANY glassware you’re stuck at the station and there’s NO options

At the end of a long day at Disneyland there was only one ticket machine working. Then on the platform, it wasn't clear the train much further down one end was the train everyone on the other side of the staircase was waiting for until it pulled away... No announcements no assistance.

Easy to use station, plenty of English speaking staff that were very helpful. Clean. Buses to disney hotels leave from the left of the building(as you are facing out). The station is practically at the parks.
