Went
here
on
Friday
for
dinner.
When
my
pizza
arrived
it
had
a
hair
in
it.
The
customer
service
was
dreadful
-
no
care
or
concern
about
the
quality
of
their
pizza
or
impact
on
us,
then
no
offer
to
replacement
pizza
or
to
refund
it.
Such
as
shame
as
the
food
quality
based
on
our
starter
was
good.
Shame
about
the
very
poor
service.

Martin
decides

go
to
Augusto
to
have
a
wonderful
meal
with
his
wife
before
going

the
theatre.

well
you

just
have

read
the
previous
review
and
the
shocking
reply
from
the
Management
Team).
The
scene:
It
was
5:30
and
the
shop
was
not
that
busy
and
so
we
thought
we
would
give
it
a
try.
Background:
Martin
does
not
like
to
complain
/
or
give
reviews
–
hence
there
NEVER
having
been
any
reviews
on
my
google
account.
The
Complaint:
I
did
find
a
long
hair
in
my
pizza,
I
did
tell
the
waiter
about
it.
The
waiter
took
the
hair
away!!
The
waiter
DID
NOT
COME
BACK
and
did
not
say
anything
to
me.
The
reason
for
the
review
was
because:
At
the
end
of
the
meal
the
waiter
did
came
over
and
asked
“if
everything
had
been
okay
with
our
meal”
–
no
appology
or
a
refund!
It
was
this
blatant
disrespect
for
the
customer
was
what
drove
me
to
write
my
first
every
review.
It
was
the
BULLYING,
BELITTLING
and
DISREPECTFUL
customer
experience
in
how
they
replied
to
the
review
(and
not
actually
telling
the
truth)
that
drove
me
to
write
my
second
review!
