Terrible, terrible, terrible!!! We went in almost an hour after they opened and the workers had to go buy ingredients to make the food we ordered. Which means they took forever! When we tried to use the bathroom it also was not working, I had to run to my hotel back. Once the food came it was bland and tasteless. I never had a pizza that was so lacking in flavor. When I asked to pay it took them almost 20 mins to charge my card and I had to go for a departing flight. I don’t understand how this place has 4.5 in reviews, I really don’t see it. Workers and or managers were unprofessional.

Found this restaurant online, it's 10 mins walk from our hotel. Arrived at 7 pm on a Tuesday night, we were the only table. Food served reasonably fast. Smoke salmon starter is good, our pizza & lasagna are delicious too. Crowd started coming in after 8.

Perfect Italian food I was blown away by the food here, better than any Italian food I've had in USA, but I've never been to Italy... I learned that Billy worked in an Italian restaurant for 14 years, and lived in Italy for 2 years. He's a Thai man, but not to be under estimated. Also has that classic Italian vibe and atmosphere, and prices...I wouldn't say it's expensive but, not appropriate for penny pinching backpackers. The house red wine was also impressive.

We went there for dinner and it was amazing! A delicious spaghetti puttanesca, fettuccine with prosciutto and fungi,the bruschetta was really nice. Service was the best.

Went for dinner with visiting Oz sister and Thai family. Forgot there was no Thai food on the menu. Had cold beers and drinks instead. Would love to have stayed because the pizzas looked great when they were being delivered to other tables - Next time.

Ordered delivery from here because of the good reviews, but it was very disappointing. The spaghetti bolognese was pretty much all spaghetti with almost no meat sauce. It didn't taste nice either and the pasta was way over cooked and very soft and soggy. The pizza was completely cold when it arrived, the base was rubbery and chewy and the taste was pretty bland.

The staff are very lovely and nice, but the food is not quit Italian, and also pricy for the area. Red wine was served ice cold, spinach lasagna tasted as if seaweed was added. Overall a nice experience, but not quit as good as expected.

Also the staff is a little lost sometimes, maybe need to review and organize to avoid some mistakes. Another point is the cleaning, because the tablecloth was very humid and not really clean. The mains were 2 pesto gnocchi, tuna penne, vegetable lasagna(meat was sold out) and chicken scallopini which were rated highly by all. I tried the salmon with mushroom sauce, the salmon was perfectly cooked and the sauce had a nice flavor. If any of your group has a gluten intolerance or allergy, you have limited choices but the staff do try to assist. Recommend for a nice Italian meal. Group of 4, went for dinner. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. There is indoor and outdoor seating, welcoming and nice atmosphere. For the food - calamari starter was really nice, light batter and perfectly cooked. The salad Nezardda was bland and not worth it. Spinach and cheese bake, excellent. 3 people had pasta main, 1 Puttanesca, 1 pesto and 1 Tonno, all 3 were rated delicious. I tried salmon ala griglia and it was okay. The salmon fillet bordered on being overcooked and dry, which was okay for me, but tastes differ. They were out of most desserts but shared a pannacotta, unfortunately it was smothered in sweet syrup, and also gelato. Wasn't my night for food, nothing was inedible, but 3/4 really enjoyed so will go back and try again.

This place is the definition of a hidden gem. It’s not located on a busy street but it is absolutely worth the short walk to find it. The service was excellent, the food was perfect, and they have a decent wine selection for Thailand. I have been eating street food for days so it was nice to sit and have a wonderful meal in the air conditioned dining room. Top marks all around. I will definitely come back the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Beware if you prefer to eat without the stench of cigarette smoke! I had a delicious meal, super friendly staff, but spoiled by some inconsiderate people who started smoking at the next table.
