ブルスケッタ（65Ｂ）はフランスパンのスライスにガーリックバターを塗り、ハーブシードとオリーブオイルをあえた賽の目切りのトマトをたっぷり。バジルはないけど素晴らしいバランスです。ポークとマッシュルームのポモドーロ（200Ｂ）はアルデンテに近い茹で加減で、トマトソースもいい感じです。若干気になったのはポークの下味がタイ風味だったことでしょうか。
何より驚いたのは、300mlの赤ワインのカラフェが210Ｂで供されていること。産地は南アフリカ。もちろんビールなど他の飲み物からすると高いかもしれませんが、ChiangMaiの赤ワインの平均価格からすると常識破りに安いと言えると思います。
スタッフもよくトレーニングされている感じです。パスタを持ってきてくれるタイミングを気にしてくれて有り難かったです。
