This hotel us claimed to be 4 starred rate ,we booked superior room , but we received upgrade to more convenient and more luxurious one. It's satisfied for elderly use, toilet bowl with automatic option , like those in Japan. Our Mom stayed very comfortable with inroom facilites as shown in posted pictures. INDOOR POOL is very nice for swimming in shade ,avoiding of strong sunlight. The breakfast buffet option is various of choices to choose , thai, asian, chinese and western styles. Its advantage is kitchenette which is ready for preparing food, with all needed cooking utensils.

Went and had the all you can eat breakfast here at this location here in Chiang Mai enjoyed all the food that I did eat there was a few things I did not like but everybody has their own preferences. That's why I gave it four out of five stars in my opinion.

Watch out for hidden fees and surcharges (was charged over $3500TB/$100USD for less than ½ a load of laundry). Staff was friendly but did nothing to address our concern about the laundry charges. Room was very small compared to others that travelers in our group with EF Tours received. Could not walk around both sides of our bed in the room. Room felt consistently damp but I'm assuming it's due to the local climate or insufficiency of the air conditioning. Pool is not heated. Water temperature was extremely cold and unenjoyable for extended use. The included breakfast buffet was good. Hotel location was good as well.

Very good location in Niman just across the street to Maya shopping center and a little bit walk to One Niman. It's one of the liveliest place in Chiang Mai now. I walked by three live bands just from Maya to the hotel. The rooms are very spacious with with balcony bathtub and Japanese style toilet. Buffet breakfast is itself very exceptional and can be compared to 5 star hotel.

Stayed in room with mountain view Waking up to see mountain is just so refreshing. The room has a bathtub in case you want to play with bath bomb. The location is just excellent with One nimman and Maya in walkable distance. Great if you want to enjoy new place to eat daily.

Easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in my travels lately. Splurge on the mountain view room, you will not regret it. Not only for the views but that side is quieter than the other side and you can watch the planes take off from CNX as it’s in the direct flight path. Speaking of, the noise from the air traffic did not bother us. The last flight was usually around 11:30pm. It was not a problem for us. Excellent staff and service. Everyone is so kind and helpful. The hotel has an app so all communication and requests can be made through that and you can talk to the front desk directly. Fast service for any requests made. Small gym but good equipment. Nice pool. Room service is efficient and food is decent. The location is one of the best parts. Right next to Think Park and walking distance to the heart of Nimman. Many cafes, restaurants, and bars in walking distance. Worth knowing that getting out of Eastin Tan by car leads to a one way street in the opposite direction of where most things are. The lights at the intersection are very long and cause traffic backups so expect longer drive times or walk over to One Nimman and get a tuktuk/Grab from there as it’s more direct out of the area. Will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Chiang Mai!

As a recent and long-term guest at Eastin Tan Chiang Mai, we can confidently say that this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the stunning views of the mountain from our room's window. However, as some other guests have noted, the hotel does seem to be showing its age a bit, especially in the rooms, with older furniture, bedding, and walls that could benefit from a fresh coat of paint. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's pool, which offered views of the city and Maya mall. While the pool is covered, not indoors, there is a clean sauna and steam room nearby to warm up after a cold dip. The fitness center could benefit from some updates and maintenance, but it was still adequate for a very quick workout. In terms of location, Eastin Tan Chiang Mai could not be more convenient. It is located in the heart of Nimmana, just a short walk from some of Chiang Mai's best restaurants, bars, and attractions. While the breakfast buffet had plenty of options, there were limited vegetarian options and no barista for fresh coffee. However, some rooms, including ours, had a kitchenette, which was great for preparing our own breakfast. One thing to note is that some room types, like the 1-bedroom suite, do not have a separate room for the toilet, which can create an odor issue. It's worth noting that the hotel is suitable for long-term stays, with amenities such as a kitchenette and a washer/dryer combo. However, if you're looking for a more luxurious experience, their sister hotel U-Nimman may be a better fit, with more comfortable beds and blackout curtains for a more restful sleep. Overall, we would still highly recommend Eastin Tan Chiang Mai to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in Chiang Mai. The staff, facilities, and location are all top-notch, and for long-term stays, the amenities are especially inviting

Prime location, but however the room is a bit small and we did not expect it. The breakfast is a bit disappointing especially the food is not hot enough (like pad Thai and fried rice).

Easy walking distance to a wide range of fooderies and bars, bit noisy at night music from a local bar. But comfortable and clean

Was upset during check in yesterday as there were no twin bed that we booked although they decorated our room with happy birthday characters. Then the manager Apple promised to change our room today, and after roaming around till 3pm, we cane back to hotel and we got the room. The room is with a plate of fruits. This room is better as we cannot rest on the same bed. Thank you Apple and team.

We stayed 7 days in a sizeable double room with large bathroom overlooking the restaurants below, Maya Shopping Centre from our balcony. Could not fault it for location, modern, great cleaning staff, good gym and pool. Excellent breakfast and restaurant downstairs was excellent value for money with better food than outside. Reception staff were lovely and the Concierge older gentleman was like a friend

The hotel is located near Maya mall and Nimman walking area. It is not fancy but generally nice. I did not like the bathroom where the shower head is low, maybe it is japanease style. The rooms are basic.

Centrally located opposite the Maya mall the hotel offers compact rooms which are comfortable with good bedding. A large buffer breakfast is offered in the morning.

Excellent staff! Beautiful hotel and restaurant, located near Shopping mall Maya and near modern area with shops and restaurants. Good beds, good rooms, good breakfast. Every reason to return!

Great location close to airport, shopping, dining and 20 walk to either old city or Chiangmai University (night market). The standard room is about good size, Mountain View gives me a refreshing moment after business work. I added breakfast for my stay. Good quality, less choice.

Finally I found the massage shop that gave me like I do visit my friend house and get massage. They have a nice place and nice view. Even the shop is difficult to find as it located in village but if you follow their map, you will find the shop. They are nice to welcome me and I receive good massage from them. 5 stars massage in Chiangmai.

The hotel is located in Nimmann area, opposite Maya shopping mall. There are several dining and shopping options at a walking distance. Pros 1. Great location 2. Exceptional breakfast. It consists of multiple Thai and continental delicious options. 3. Fast and consistent WiFi. I got download speed of 50MBPS most times. 4. Big and clean washroom with perfectly warm water. They got an automated toilet with several options including a heated seat. 5. The staff is helpful and accomodating. A girl named Apple help us translate Thai into English, it was a prolonged conversation for about a hour. Thanks really much. 6. The gym had several machines and weights. Considerations 1. The parking entry is a bit narrow. It might he challenging for some drivers. Though parking space is not a problem. They might also allow parking on the ground floor. 2. The bed was facing mountains but TV is in other direction. It was not a comfortable position. 3. There was a narrow space on on the other side of the bed for my mountain view room. It gets tricky for the other person to get into bed. Though it is still manageable. I loved the stay and would surely stay again.

Very nice location and friendly staff. The hotel is right opposite to Maya Shopping Centre and One Ningman. This is a sister hotel with U Ningman, so we used their swimming pool instead of using Eastin Tan’s one due to maintenance. The room has damp smells which probably caused by the condensed water from air con. Sometimes it would drip into the carpet inside the room. Half broken seal for the bathroom. Exhaust fan in the room doesn’t work but shortly got fixed once reported to front desk. Not sure if it is a good idea to renovate the corridor when hotel guests are staying at the same floor. Glad that there was no strong smell of paint. Another good point for the service was that they use an app for guest to apply for supplements such as dental kit, comb, water etc.

We stayed in Eastin Tan hotel for 5 nights, 7th floor, corner room facing the mountains and MAYA mall. Love the room, great breakfast and wonderful view and good service, loved the young vibes. Although disclosed of street noises, it was too much for us to handle the loud airplane noises, and the nights of extremely loud rooftop party from MAYA mall. We found the pool location, all together shade from the sun, disappointing.

This is the best hotel I ever spent more than 2 nights in CNX. Staff helps a lot. Service is perfect ❤️ starting from Front Desk and finishing with the daily duty of maids. I spent a few days in room 804! And it was amazing experience in my life. Cozy, perfect terrace with amazing city view! Food at the restaurant 😀 is also more than just perfect. I highly recommend Eastin Tan hotel as the one of the best option to spend time with the friends in one of the penthouses.

One of the nicest places on Nimman Hemin Road right on the heartbeat of the city. With human touch , wonderful breakfast and around the clock fitness service. Love to be back.

Had a great experience. We were upgraded to a suite on arrival and the facilities were excellent. The pool area including gym, steam room and sauna were really good. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of different options available. If there is one thing that let's it down and it is me being picky there is a lot of noise from outside the front of the hotel which you can hear in your room. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Visited the Eastin Hotel for their Semi Buffet. Choice of Lamb cutlets or Grilled Salmon plus unlimited Salad, Pasta and Desserts buffet. Overall 3.5 out of 5 due to 1 pasta dish was 2/5 and some of the desserts was below average. Service was great and decent variety.

If you are looking for the place that you can hoping around Chiangmai, especially on the Nimman road, here is a good choice to stay for few nights. The place is clean and service is great. Unfortunately, some facility in the hotel room quite old.

Great location. It’s at the intersection of Nimman and Maya mall. Breakfast was really good, a variety of tasty Thai food. My room was big and comfortable for its price. I would recommend you to get a room with a mountain view to avoid noises from a bar at Think Park. Good value for money.

Strategic place for stay. It is located at the main road city attraction, Nimman. Staffs are nice. I got help from the staff outside, the first staff i met before enter the building, good point. Foods are delicious, i like it. Room is clean and cozy.

A really lovely hotel with incredible staff - there's an amazing breakfast buffet that's 250 baht a day, (and very worth it!!) It has a lovely pool and our rooms were cleaned everyday. 10/10 would love to come back!

Ordered the big suit for friendgroup. But window where leaking from places. And making small pools on the floor. Got to change to another suit. But it was just leaking from different places. The hotel is more like a 3 star hotel, not 4 star. Had to change hotels after first night.

Very good place to stay in Chiangmai not near old town, but a shopping mall and a night market on the other side of the road...we had a two bedroom suite which can accommodate up to 6 person...big balcony...good breakfast and they also serve cold Ice coffee etc for breakfast...

I like this hotel very much. Across the street from Maya fashion mall, it is in the heart of the Nimman / Suthep area, and also near Chiang Mai University and the Chiang Mai Zoo. Front office staff is helpful and fluent in English, and all the staff are efficient & considerate.

Excellent location if u are visiting to Chiang Mai. Just a stone drop to MAYA Shopping Mall and many retail shophouses right beside. Foods are never a problem to everybody.

Overall staying here fantastic. The hotel is situated near nimman shopping district, the breakfast overall is good variety to choose from . Easy to travel around the hotel property. If u travel with kids you will find it less stressful because nearby hotels has many attractive places .. staffs are friendly, housekeeping excellent 🥰 However , the only downside I would say is the room that I booked is room 304 ,which this wing will be directly above the bar and restaurants 😅 which means the sound of the night life can be hear invisibly .. however , if u cannot sleep then you can ask for ear plugs. But for me hear plugs doesn’t really suits me . I prefer to sleep without ear plugs ..overall I will like to come again for next vacation 🥰☺️
