This is a minimalist accomodation. Mold in Bathrooms. Broken fixtures. Television with unviewable picture. Unfinished concrete walls suitable for inmates or lunatics. And, even then they charge 500 baht deposit for a room that couldn't sustain 500 baht in damage. Floors in lobby and all alcoves if floors dirty with mud, bird feathers laundry strewn in halls.

This is not a real hotel. This place is a dormitory and they just use their vacant room as a hotel. Maintenance are very poor. No hair dryer. Though I did bring my own hair dryer, but they don't have any power outlet close to the mirror. Stain everywhere in the bath room. Filthy bathroom 100 of insects coming up the draining pipe along with smells. There is no U shaped pipe to block the smells so infrastructurewise this place is poorly built. BTW DONT BOTHER TO READ OWNER REPLY. ITS JUST AN ADS SPAMMING EVERY REVIEW.

Needed a replacement room key card, they charged me 300 baht for the replacement (I've been given key cards before at this hotel that were literally taped together, the replacement wasn't in great condition either). I found that quite ridiculous, given I paid 550 for the room, they were charging me 60% of the nightly rate for a plastic card replacement... I could deal with it though, if it weren't for the fact that they didn't ask for ID, my name, etc... They just gave a key based on the room number. What if I got my room number wrong? I guess I would've just ended up with a key to someone else's room at 1AM because there was no verification at all. The hotel is just okay, I've stayed here many times, but this will be my last. There are plenty of nicer hotels in the area, even at the same price.

I only stayed here for a night, but it’s exactly what they advertise. You get a decent room with a decent price. There’s no frills, but I could see the mountains out the large glass window. If you’re on a budget, then I would recommend it.

Good value for money especially if you have long stay. The rooms big, clean, big fridge, free water, minibar is cheap. No safe deposit boxes. The bed and ambeince are comfy. Big windows. Good room house keeping. Bath ropes. Toiletries. The facilities are limited but everything needed is within walking distance. Plenty of restaurants, massage, laundry, coffee shops. Kad Suan Keaw mall is within walking distance. Cabaret show is nearby. The staff are friendly

Really Ok for a budget hotel. Elevated prices because Chinese New Year celebrations, but location good to reach Nimman Rd. and Maya Mall. One or two days max. No breakfast, but trillions of cute coffee shops around.

It's absolutely fine and value for money. Really quiet rooms and within easy walking distance of cafés, restaurants and other services.

The room was “okay”. The beds were SOLID. The Toilet/Shower was a bit dirty with a weak water pressure from the shower. I had a huge cockroach in my room.

Zero Frills, but does have a large fridge. Cons: The bed is very very HARD. The pillows are very high. The toliet paper is so poor quality it sticks to your bits.... bring your own! You can hear other guests if they talk in the next room or hall, and when doors close. Pros: It's a neat modern room and it's clean. The fridge is very large.

2nd time staying at a B2 hotel and I’m satisfied with it. Only minor things like thin walls and old shower fittings but otherwise the important things are satisfactory including staff service.

Good place for a good price!! 560 baht per night Not such a good cleaning but new. Internet, TV and hot water, not including b/f. Provides frozen food if need but you just walk out near by there are many restaurants around there and not far from a market Not that much quiet but for this price it's great!! Small parking area, easy to go around the city by car Have a boing water and microwave service on the second floor The staff are nice and friendly but do not believe their guide and suggestion, if you can find the one that better lol. From my experience, all places and red buses price, they suggest me is cosy place and more expensive than the price itself. Anyway, maybe you won't have much choice lol because you're a traveller, thought

B2 has always been a good choice. Wherever I go I go with B2 is a perfect saying . B2 Green is located in the city walking distance and easy for any kind of transportation. Very near to the mall Central outlet and main hospital of the city. Near Nimman road and near Maya mall which is known as center of Chiangmai.

Stayed here before and only had good things to say. This time I was woken up by reception at 08:30 after not much sleep because a foreigner had rented a scooter. The staff at the hotel neglected to make a note of said foreigner's room number so I can only assume every FARANG in the hotel got an early morning call due to this. Then the reception called me at 11:25am to remind me that checkout was at mid-day. I stayed in room 518. The view from this room is the only factor preventing me from giving a lower score on this occasion. B2 Green is a good hotel however their team on reception let the hotel down this time.
