Great place to stay! Comfortable, clean, quiet rooms with lovely customer service. Donโ€™t bother with the breakfast, there is a great coffee shop across the road.

Feels like visiting my grand parents' house! Thai-style house. Everything was so good!! Nice room, service and breakfast. Great location (I can walk or bike in a few minutes to tourist attraction and famous coffee shop). Love this resort so much and I plan to visit it again next time! Good choice for living as solo, friends, family or couples who love Thai-style house with quiet atmosphere. There were nature sounds like birds in the morning as well. No car-parking area in the resort, but, no problem, the resort had reserved the parking area for the guests in Tongyu temple (walks around 1-2 minutes)

Lovely hotel in the center of Chiang Mai. Staff is really nice and helpful ! Rooms are well decorated, with typical wooden walls and furniture from Northern Thailand. The bathroom includes a bathtub with hot water. The restaurant serves really nice breakfasts and snacks. I really liked the homemade scones ! I also liked the small messages given with the coffee ๐Ÿ˜‰ The midday food served there is also really good but a little bit more expensive than Thailand standards. I will definitely recommend this hotel !

Lovely place with room for improvement. Due to ongoing construction Iโ€™d currently stay away. Hard to relax at the pool with jackhammer noise in the background. Some rooms are renovated some are not. Villa 4 was really noisy with neighbors upstairs making the ceiling shake. Water pumps outside run often and are very loud too. The AC again very loud and pointed directly at the bed which made it unusable at night. Breakfast was good and service lovely.

Good hotel but we were not so convinced. The location is perfect, right in the centre and next to 7-11! The room is clean but very dark. Even during the bright day, it was still dark inside. Cozy but it is difficult to see/catch the mosquitos then. Breakfast is Western-oriented: cornflakes and meat-heavy egg dishes. We would have preferred something Thai, aside from garlic rice soup.

Very positive experience, even if we stayed here just for one night. Staff speaks english fluently and was very kind in welcoming us and room was very spacious and clean, with a great bathroom and shower. Located right beside the walking street of the old town, on Sunday nights you can get into the market just by exiting the hotel: nevertheless, since rooms are further away from the main street, we were nkt bothered by the noise of the market itself. This hotel also has a nice pool and a very good breakfast (staff will also prepare some hot dishes for you upon request, with no additional cost) Definitely a good choice if you find yourself in Chiang Mai

Great resort to stay at while in Chiang Mai Thailand ๐Ÿ‡น๐Ÿ‡ญ โค the host is lovely, the workers are equally friendly and helpful. During my time there breakfast was included in my stay. I ate both cooked meals and ala cart food, they also offer workshops onsite during your stay and have a pool to help you cool down on hot days. I stayed in a double private room, their room was very spacious, clean, tidy and also offer daily room service.

Me and my partner stayed here for 4 nights, and everything was great, the accomodation is traditional Thai style bungalows. The staff were very friendly and helpful the location of this place was central to Chiang Mai old Town and Wat Pra singh. They had a live singer with the sax one night which was lovely too. Nothing to complain about.

A great, accessible and practical option for anyone who wants to be within walking distance to all the main sites (especially the Old City 'Wats'/temples), night markets and main streets. I stayed in one of the 'villas' and the room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and functional bathroom. There was a nice touch of Lanna (Northern Thai) architectural flair in the room's decor which I appreciated, too. Highlight was front desk service - super friendly and helpful staff who were all switched on. I asked for confirmation of an early morning hiking tour and the front desk staff followed up with me after first attempting to call the tour operator but not managing to get through. Really efficient with airport taxi booking as well and offered a credit card payment alternative for when I ran out of baht notes on the last day. Overall, great value for money!

Great old style hotel in a good location in the middle of the old town. Rooms were large and unique. Breakfast was good. The pool is small but big enough to cool off in and have a splash rather than swim lengths. Sun loungers were available and we used them for a short while to chill out but you wouldn't want to spend all day there.

Every single member of staff was super friendly from the moment we arrived. From the receptionists to the staff at the on site cafe/ restaurant. We had a really good stay in one of the villas. Clean, comfortable and well located in the centre of town and close to many amenities. Would recommend.

Love it here!! Staff is wonderful and breakfast os great with lots of options. Only negative would be that the walls are thin if someone is staying in an adjacent room or room above you.

Stayed here for 2 nights, everything is great. The staff are helpful and polite, room is spacious, clean and nicely decorated. They have free bike for hotel guests, which is great for us to cycle around town. Breakfast is ok, not so many choices. The hotel pool is small but clean. Location is great because it is right in the heart of old town.

My partner and I stayed in the villa room, and man was this a wee island of paradise in the centre of the old city! Special shout-out to Nice and Earth at reception, who were extremely helpful with any requests, very friendly and just all round great! Minor points for transparency- the bikes are ok for a cycle around the old city, but may need some maintenance if you want to go a little further, and, though this didnโ€™t bother us, the floorboards creak/move cupboards occasionally, so might be a bit noisy if you are on the bottom floor!

This small hotel feels like home away from home. My room was large and comfortable. Enjoyed swimming laps in the pool each day. The free buffet breakfast was perfect for me - I ate granola, homemade yogurt and fresh fruit most days, but there are many options. The location is great - smack in the middle of old town, so its an easy walk to many museums, temples, shops, restaurants, bars, etc. And the service is lovely - everyone who works there is helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights and loved every second of it. The staff are extremely attentive and helped book tours, transfers and answered any questions we had. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was incredible, so much choice! We would definitely love to return.

Great stay, very professional service. Restaurant was great and probably underestimated. Swimming pool very comfortable, option for free bike rental. Compliments to the service we had some issues with a local motorbike rental and they helped us immediately. Other questions or inquiries also very helpful! The dog on the reception seat was the best though

Recently enjoyed a delightful week at Buri House Gallery resort in Chiang Mai. The charming ambiance, coupled with attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable. The tastefully decorated rooms and serene surroundings provided the perfect retreat. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a cozy and culturally enriching experience in the heart of Chiang Mai.

๐Ÿ‘Œ Fabulous location and staff, as well as all the amenities. The rooms are lovely and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, including mosquito repellent. Wecwere absolutely thrilled with our stay here, and would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We loved the Buri Gallery House, totally recommended. We stayed for 3 nights in a double room and it was really nice, cozy and clean. The staff was very helpful and specially Fang is lovely (also their great dog Hanoon!! very cute and good). Fang gave us a map and some advices about where to go and where to eat and she also helped us arrange a tour. The breakfast is good and has many options (toasts, muffins, eggs...), and if we were leaving early one day (before breakfast started at 7am) then they would pack a nice breakfast for us. The swimming pool is totally a plus and they also offer clean towels for free. There is a complimentary bike that we could use for free. The area is very nice and centric, perfect location. They can also arrange a taxi to the airport if needed and they also have washing machine services to wash your clothes.

We had a great stay at Buri Gallery. The host Faang and her dog Hanoon were especially friendly. Lot's of places to eat nearby and the beautiful Wat Phra Sing is right next door. They have art and crafts courses on the weekends, and the fantastic Sunday Night Walking Street is right there. Very quiet and peaceful.

Rooms are cozy and clean. Of course you can't expect a 5 star hotel kind of room. Pool is a little cold but quiet. Staff is super sweet and super friendly! Location is perfect, especially for Sunday night market since it is directly in the street in front of the hotel.

Great location, very friendly staff (Big shout out to Ert for hooking us up with a sweet pick up truck when all other car hires were fully booked!). Relaxed place and a nice pool. Breakfast was the only thing with room for improvement there was quite a lot of flys and uncovered food.

Nice, authentic hotel. The room is spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable. It is perfectly located. Sunday market is right in front of the hotel. Saturday night market is about half a mile. Both night walking markets are fun. Lots of food and things to see and buy. The hotel right next to pharmacy and 7-11. A good restaurant across the street that serves good kao soi. The hotel is a few blocks from Wat Phra Singh, a very interesting Buddhist temple. There are lot of street vendors right outside of the hotel. One of the nights, we were just too lazy and hot to find a restaurant, so we decided to have papaya salad, bao, banana rotini and barbecue from some of the vendors and ate at the hotel. Dinner cost 205 Baht ($5.85) and they all tastes good especially the bao. So, do not dismiss the food from these street vendors :). Hotel breakfast is good. I like the rice porridge and thai style omelette. The breakfast room is nice and airy with the view of the pool. The best thing about this hotel are the staff. Both Earth and Ms. Phang (?) speaks perfect English. They are both very helpful. Ms. Phang helped us choose the attraction depending on what we want. We had fun at the Dream Elephant Project sanctuary and the cooking class. Earth (his easy name) went above and beyond in helping us reserve our bus tickets on our next destination. He helped us book it. Website was in Thai and the English version was not working. He helped filled out the info and make sure all the information are correct. He even accompanied us to 7-11 to pay for the ticket. So, If you are in doubt on how to get things done from securing transportation, getting the appropriate attractions or getting your bus tickets just ask them. Ms. Khaeng, the property manager was also very helpful and responsive. We were not sure what time we will get in town (flight issues). She communicated with us to make sure our check-in goes smoothly. The servers at the restaurant are very polite and are out to serve you as soon as they see you come in. Overall our experience with these hotel is very pleasant and positive. Highly recommended!!!

Very sweet and authentic little hotel in a perfect location - right next door to one of Chiang Mai's most beautiful wats and at the start of the Sunday walking street market. Rooms were comfortable if basic, breakfast ditto, and the little pool in the centre of the compound was perfect for washing away the heat of the day. The staff were lovely and went out of their way to be as helpful as possible. Would definitely recommend to singles, couples and families with kids age 8+. Perhaps not for those with mobility issues or people who have issues with geckoes in the shower :))

We loved our stay at Buri Gallery! Itโ€™s in a central location near the temples, with a lot of great food options in the area (and the Walking Market on Sunday). The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating, and will help you organise your trips and activities. A lot of reviews mention the mosquitoes, but the room is equipped with a decent mosquito net, and if you come prepared with some mosquito spray, you wonโ€™t get bit. Would definitely stay here again and we would recommend it to anyone planning on visiting Chiang Mai!

I cannot recommend Buri enough! We stayed for 10 nights. From the second we arrived everyone has been so kind and attentive. Our room was very spacious and had a lovely balcony. The pool is very clean and the included breakfast was very inclusive of dietary requirements. Everyone has worked so hard to make our experience the best at Buri, nothing was too much for anyone! It's very centerally located to lots of restaurants, lots of Temples, massages and a 7-Eleven. I will absolutely be back! Thankyou!

This is a small boutique hotel located fairly conveniently in the old city. The rooms are a good size, would recommend the larger suites on the upper floor. Has a nice pool area and there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Staff are all friendly and can help you arrange activities.

We did not stay at this hotel, but we did visit their restaurant every day of our trip! Their coffee and cocktails are some of the best we had in Chiang Mai. I also got a lot of cool, high quality souvenirs in the shop attached to their restaurant. I'd highly recommend stopping by even if for a coffee or a cocktail. The ambience is great, and at night they have live music!

Everything was perfect in this place! First of all they reply fast to any query you might have by LINE, you have access to wifi and breakfast menu details in their LINE too. Then once you're there the staff is super friendly and helpful. They gave us tips, found a car to rent for us (with no crazy markups), and provided free bicycles to roam around... Then the room was beautiful and comfortable, very clean with a smart TV and a bathtub if you want to relax more. We had a small balcony too. They also have a cafe with a small shop at the entrance, the scones and banofee cakes are lovely and I bought several souvenirs there. Finally the location is perfect, you can walk easily from there to few main temples, one museum, tons of massage and coffee places and it is on the Sunday walking street market lane (literally you come out of the hotel and you are inside the market). There's also a boots and a 7-11 at the entrance. Strongly recommend it!!!!!!!

when i arrived the staff was there to give me a warm welcome. She told me because of Covid there were no other bookings at that time. they gave me an upgrade of my room, iโ€™ve booked for a villa room but got a suite room. the room was just gorgeous, super clean and spacious. the patio was amazing to relax and have a smoke. the hotel is located in the old city near the west gate. i think the location is really perfect, everything in walking distance or with tuk tuk. iโ€™ve booked for 7 days but in the end i was there for 12 days. hotel owner is super kind, and the staff is just amazing. thank you for the wonderful stay, special thanks for Fang and Rose. i highly recommend this charming hotel, i will be back for sure

We had an amazing time here. We stayed in a suite with terrace and it was an excellent choice. The room itself was very spacious, beautifully and tastefully decorated, and the terrace!! Oh it was love at first sight. And it is so peaceful and quiet while located in the heart of the old city. The most fantastic thing was how our child was treated by everyone. We got an extra bed for our kid with no extra charge, we didn't even have to ask. We ordered coffee at the cafe - our kid received a glass oh orange juice and a bowl of crackers, etc etc, it was just so nice and heartwarming, we were so pleasantly surprised. The whole resort is very picturesque, every corner is picture-perfect. Breakfast is delicious. It's not a buffet, but everyone got enough food to start the day, and coffee was really good. Sincerely recommend to anyone. And our family is looking forward to come back sometime.
