Nice modern shop with inside and outside comfortable seating. The staff are really super nice and it's also decorated for Christmas exclamation point

I'm a huge fan of Starbucks and I know it's a pricey business but I did think in Thailand it would be a bit cheaper. It is for Thailand standard expensive and the size of the cheapest cup J's defently small. I wanted to try the new Thailand exclusive drink but it was sold out and nobody from the staff did know when it would be available again. The waiting time was decent staff was very friendly but all over I wouldn't really go back there. Mainly because Thailand has a bunch of other coffee options and bubble tea shops that can outrank Starbucks easily by price and taste. I got a Hibiskus tea while my friend got a white chocolate matcha frappe which didn't taste like white chocolate or matcha, just like coffee which is the main reason for the low stars. If you pay roughly 6.50€ for a medium sized frappe and it tastes worse than the 1€ large sized frappe from the store above then something isn't right. If you are a fan of Starbucks go ahead! But just know there are better places.

I came here 3 times while in Chiang Rai, and each time i ordered the same thing, the first time, it was great. But the last two orders were not good at all. It tasted completely different. Maybe something was lost in translation.

The staff are very friendly they aress you by name. The food is limited and very expensive on Thai Standards. Starbucks have poor choice of food and drink. Have a look in the restaurant before you order.

We ordered the Christmas specials.... because we can. The drinks looked real nice, but tasted watered down. I rather drink my coffee in a Thai coffee house, like Doi Tung or even on the street.
