A small little bed and breakfast. Good value for money. Cute little room. They also have a coffee shop with mini garden. Very peaceful. However, the rooms are right by the road, so expect to hear cars during the night.

The beautiful hotel with the warm welcome from nice staffs. The price is reasonable with the hotel and service quality. Located in the Chiang Rai city which we could travel around easily. Appreciated the vibes and delicious breakfast so much! Really recommended!!

Beautiful cosy hotel with a French heart and a British style garden. The owner is friendly and helpful to foreigners. Free WiFi, big breakfast is served in the morning. The rooms are clean, big and bright. My experience there is very positive

This place is a gem. The beds are the most comfortable I've slept in since moving to Thailand! Rain showers have loads of hot water! Breakfast was tasty, filling, and more than adequate. Great location. Honestly I would return just for the comfy beds! Wonderful stay.

This is a quaint little B&B with a sort of colonial style. Our room was large, the bed was comfortable, the shower/bathroom was good and the staff are super friendly. Overall it was a pleasure to stay here. We had breakfast included in our room rate; as with many places in Thailand, there's a small set menu for breakfasts consisting of eggs prepared in one of several different ways, plus a side of rice and some chicken sausages. Wasn't totally blown away by the set breakfast but it fulfilled a need. The breakfast bar also contains croissants, bread and cereal too. Their homemade yoghurt is excellent! The B&B is located just outside of the main centre area, about a 20 min walk from where the night market area is. It's about a 50 min walk from the blue temple. We're big walkers, but if you're less keen then a taxi to the main areas should be about 80-90 baht on the Grab app. Our stay cost about £35/€40 per night (about 1400bht at the current gbp exchange rate). If you're not on a budget and fancy somewhere cute and quiet then this place is a great option.

Family connecting room is perfect for a family of 4. Comfy bed. There is warm water for shaving at wash basin. Staffs are all nice. Good breakfast with nice coffee. Only con is the wall/door is not soundproof. But all guests are quiet people so it's not a problem.

A very friendly service from antique place, will make you feel like visiting your rich grandma’s house for a long weekend. I mean, in a really good way. ^^

Very cute place. A little hidden on the road but you'll find it. The rooms were super cute and well kept. This place is family owned. I spoke to the grandpa (super cute) who said he named each room after where he's visited. You can ask them plenty of things as they're very helpful and knowledgeable. Nice little getaway.

Very good place to stay. Cozy atmosphere. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. But it's a bit hard to turn into the main street since it's located right at the corner.

Love our experience staying here, the staff are so friendly, the place are super nice, comfortable and clean. The down side is just elevator are not available here but otherwise it was e pleasant stay. I will definitely back here again. Oh don’t forget to eat the breakfast, the option aren’t many but all super delicious i recommend to eat the porridge

When I go there on Feb 5, i think the shop keeper just got sick, he kept sneezing and coughing when he preparing our drinks, that's made us feel really terrible. However to be honest, the drinks are good and the atmosphere are great, just wanna suggest that if he got sick again, please wear mask before preparing food

The room was large with necessary amenities though no bathrobes. Shampoo and shower gels were in the dispensers attached to a wall in the bathroom. Breakfast was just alright, guests could choose one main dish. The rest could be picked up at the buffet table. Limited selections, I would say. One cereal, one type of fruits, one type of bread, a croissant, milk. Guests could have one cup of coffee, second cup would be extra. The bed are aged as it is sinking badly giving one a backache. Bathroom, mold is creeping around the edges. Room Acoustic wasn't that good, one could hear furniture moving about often. Service staff were quite attentive.

Beautiful, cute and cozy place to stay while exploring the area. Have several types of rooms. Highly recommend.
