Perfect hotel. Breakfast option is great. Rooms are big and well furnished. Clean spaces. The location is convenient: in between the two main temples (blue and white), and 20 minutes from/to the airport. 10 minutes by foot from the night bazar. Totally recommend.

Very basic rooms, but all you need to spend a night in the north, I would improve the air conditioning in the rooms

Wow. Going that hotel was a teribble mistake. The breakfast was awful. Only 3 choices and all the three were disgusting. In the rooms there is such a small amounts of soap that it wasn't enough for 2 showers. Though, the rooms were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. The dinner was thai style-ish and was nice. That is why i gave this hotel 2 stars and not 1.

Quite a spacious hotel with really friendly service. There's a nice restaurant where they usuallu serve food and smaller meeting rooms. They have a decent swimming pool as well. The restaurant doesn't stay opened all the time and its not possible to get food outside the buffet times, which is challenging especially if you miss the meal time. The rooms are quite spacious, but felt a bit dated (my room especially). It had all the amenities and facilities. The mattress on my bed was definitely uncomfortable and tough, probably good for those with back problems hehe. I enjoyed my overall stay. Its a spacious facility, so appreciate that it didn't feel cramped up.

Very old rooms with a very heavy atmosphere that makes it impossible to sleep, there is no elevator so you have to become the Hulk to carry them. The ugliest hotel on my entire trip to Thailand.

This is a convenient hotel, the service is good, the cafeteria is well designed, too many ants for my liking, the vegetables and fruit were always fresh. The room has all the basics, Japanese style, no storage/cupboards for unpacking. Little extras. There is a kettle and mineral water is provided. Just remember if you drink your coffee with sweet an low bring from home. The location is 10/10 close to the night market

Grimsby and helpful service. They helped me rent a motorbike and handled the communication around it. Good price too 👍 Good varied free breakfast. Coffee so good! Big rooms. Never went to the pool but looked nice. The bathtub was a nice bonus!

Enjoyed my stay here, nice rooms and pool, but quite empty now after Thai Holiday, would imagine not the same if it was full of tour groups.

It's centrally located Resort hotel and very convenient to around the down town Chiang Rai city. The staff are very helpful. This Resort hotel has restaurant, Gym, Swimming pool and information desk. It's very much near by the Chiang Rai Night Bazaar and other tourist attractions. I would recommend it.
