Very unhelpful and honestly quite unaccommodating front desk. Apparently no luggage storage so tough luck - don’t come here any time before the (seemingly very) strict check-in time (2). 500thb deposit for some reason while checking in, so make sure you have it to hand Room itself was fine, we just booked to bridge a gap in stays but be careful as the bathroom is a wet room and the floor is extremely slippy - toilet/sink/shower are on top of each other so if you slip you’ve no hope. Wifi has a log-in Un/Pw which wasn’t shared - tried calling reception and the phone in the room doesn’t work either

For the price, perfect. Great location and accommodated our needs. My only comment is that the lighting in the rooms is way too bright. It would be nice to have the option of softer lighting at night, especially for someone with migraines. Also we saw mold on the ceiling… beds are rock hard too, it’s true. Service wasn’t great either but they provided water and towels daily so I appreciated that.

Decent clean hotel about a 10 min walk to the night market with daily cleaning, kettle and fridge. We were assigned room 304 and let me tell ya if you are into pigeons this is room for you! There are a few of the little guys living in the roof above the window! Didn't bother us but if that's something that would affect your stay here is the heads up!

The place is real old and the room is cramped. It's a nice place if you have tight budget and want to stay around here. Otherwise, I'd try another place around. Might be better.

All the whole way up to the room is dusty, the cabinets are dirty , inside the bathroom the exhaust fan is not working, the air con remote is not working well, the cleaners start to clean other rooms very early morning (7 o’clock) that wake me up , hate to put deposit money for the keycard (cash only) and have to keep the deposit paper until check out to show the keycard and that stupid paper otherwise you can’t get your money back.

November, 2023 Wi-fi: Weak/disconnections Fresh water available in the backyard next to the reception. Just ask. Stay: 3 Nights The hotel is a bit dated. The lobby lacks charm, and room 415 is very small. Heat and humidity build up significantly despite the AC. Considering the price, you can probably find alternatives in the area. *we travel the world! A very nice and affordable hotel in the middle of Chiang Rai. Everything is so accessible and for a price like this the room is really good. The only thing was that there's no elevator and if you have some luggage is it be so difficult. As for me nobody even help me to bring my luggage upstairs, so I had to do it myself, and it was a bit of a letdown. But other than that this hotel is very nice.

Tiny room, but clean and modern enough. Because of the limited space I didn't unpack my luggage, but the room felt very packed nonetheless. Only 2 outlets that were on the other side of the bed. They require you to pay a deposit and also sign some agreement for processing your personal data. If you are on a tight budget and get a good deal, this might be the hotel for you.

Small clean room, not in city centre. About 20 minutes walks to night braza. Staff needs to have more training of customer service. Everything you requested they not seem to want to give to you, not even tried! Not greeting customers when they walks pass. Important notice No Lift in this hotel!!

Cheap 2 star hotel but with good value hostel prices. This is one of 3 B2 hotels in Chiang Rai and not a great one. The location is not the best unless you arrive by bus. The rooms at $13 USD are small and very pokey for 2 people. You do get fairly good value as it's got a comfy big bed, shower and TV, fridge, however room only had 2 outlets for power. No power near bed. Had to ask for an extension lead to have bedside power. No elevator unlike the other 2 B2 hotels, and they offer better rooms at the same price and have more power outlets, elevators and locations. So so.

This hotel was renovated from old apartment. pillow, sheet and towels are clean but air condition need to be cleaned. It has an odor during running. BUT, not quite near the night bazaar. It’s take almost 10 minutes to walk there.

I keep coming back to this hotel because of cheap cost, helpful personnel and a good room

Found blood dirt on the bed sheet. First solution is to apologise as the maid had gone home already and they got no key to open the storage room and there was nothing to fix this problem instead of saying sorry... Second solution is that i had to call and ask them to get me a new room which it was available, staff should be smart enough to offer a new room before guess requests. Room is quite small and the cleanliness was like as i mentioned.

Cheap price and the rooms look news. Near the center. The room is not good soundproof, you can be wake up in the early morninv by many noises outside. But it is ok if you only stay one night for this price

The Hotel could not do a TM30 registration that I needed for immigration, so I had to get a different hotel. The b2 would not refund me or allow me to stay a different day even though they were the ones at fault. The staff are nice but don’t speak a word of English and can’t solve any problems. Definitely a hotel to avoid by all means possible.

Im not sure if the google reviews are genuine! I know it is a budget hotel but you can definitely get a better place for this price! The bed was rock solid, the pillows as well. The room is super dark and to be honest it didn’t look like the pictures, it also seems like the staff on reception are not properly trained. Overall the place was a little bit below average, but it has a weird vibe to it, I’m glad I stayed just 1 night! 🤔 make sure you read the trip advisor reviews before you book!!

Horrific. Dirty headboard and bathroom with awful AC. Room feels like a prison cell and the hotel has generic horror movie vibes. The masses of 5* Google reviews must be false. Picture of headboard is after we bought disinfectant wipes and wiped it down. Meant to stay two nights but left after one.

It’s definitely very affordable price. The building is little old. The room are small and little old. But it’s ok for the price. It’s ok for a short stay. But definitely not my favourite B2 hotel.
