One of the best hostels I've ever been. Clean and spacefull dormitories, nice simple breakfast with homemade jam and cakes, and cozy common area. And, of course, Matt (reception) is such a nice and helpful person!

Great hostel with clean rooms and a fantastic host. Can’t find much better value than this. The bathrooms and beds were very clean. The host gave us great ideas on things to do and helped us book a tour at 10pm the night before. Simple yet tasty breakfast is provided!

Okay, if there would be more stars for service I would because Matt is an absolute STAR! I said I have only one day in Chiang Rai and he suggested great plan, organised motorbike for me and he got up super early to do a check out for me because I had an early flight. Hostel itself is very clean and cozy, they had always some extra things for breakfast except just jam (homemade!) and toast, like eggs and banana bread. Room was very clean, AC working without problems. Had small kitchen counter if you need it, and Netflix. Oh, and next door there is a laundry place if you need it! My one day in Chiang Rai was amazing, I wish I could stay more.

Comfy bunks in dorm with curtain, nice toilets and showers. Matt the owner was very kind and really helpful. He booked the slowboat for us including transport to the border and even put an early breakfast out for those of us leaving for the boat at 6am.

Very good hostel in Chiang Rai. Owner is very nice and always here to help. Accommodations are always clean and everything is operational. Breakfast is complete and you will always have something to eat, even if you wake up late ! Maximum 15 minutes walk from main places of Chiang fait such as night bazaar or Sunday market for example. You can also book tours directly at the office.

An amazing hostel! It has such a wonderful vibe, super easy to meet people and the owners are so helpful and friendly! The room and communal areas are incredibly clean! Breakfast is lovely too, homemade jams (and sometimes cakes) add such a home-y touch!

The best hostel I’ve stayed in Thailand so far. The bunk bed is very comfy, there are curtains, wooden ledges for items and very spacious. The breakfast is amazing with boiled eggs, bread (toast) , homemade banana bread (delicious), tea and coffee. Matt is really friendly and helpful at reception.

Mat and Some are such excellent hosts, very informative, helpful and kind. They really go above and beyond. The hostel itself is clean and cozy, with a nice breakfast.

I planned to stay there three nights, I end up staying 9 before going to Laos. It is amazing hostel handled by Matt and his wife. They care about you and super kind to help you with organizing your day visiting places and giving you recommendations... They clean every morning the hostel and they provide breakfast with toast and eggs and fruit. The bed are good and clean ( towel included ). Common area is very cute, with Netflix and also proving the possibility to watch the World Cup! Thanks a lot for everything! See you again in Chiang Rai

I was excited to stay here but due to an issue by Hostelworld(not by the hostel itself) my room was double booked. The staff were extremely apologetic, took full responsibility and paid for me to stay in the hostel across the road. They even offered for me to come by whenever I'd like for the free breakfast and social aspect of the hostel. These people understand the rewards of taking care of your customers, and deserve everything they have coming to them.

Great place! Clean and comfortable but the real jewel is the owner! He will send you to places that are out of the beaten path and that are stunning! Loved the place

Loved our stay here! Matt is the perfect host and we loved his recommendations! Also nice rooms and perfect blanket, pillow and the most comfortable mattress I have slept on in a while!

It's a great place to stay! The staff is very helpful and makes your stay as comfortable as possible. Every morning there is breakfast with toast, boiled eggs and jam. Overall the hostel is very clean. All points of interest are in a walkable distance.

So friendly and I love the added touch of having a different something home made for breakfast each morning! One morning it was banana cake, the next it was Thai custard

Perfect hostel! The have nice clean beds with curtains. The breakfast is too pretty nice! You can watch Netflix at the common room if you want. They have lockers with locks that will fit small bags! Highly recommend!
