The food here is beyond amazing. Ate here many times and highly recommend the crab meat in creamy omelet. Also the pork belly with rice is delicious! Besides the food, the best part this place is rarely visited by tourists, I have eaten here 7 times and there were only locals. The location is also off the Main Street in an alley.

I’m worried I’ve had my best meal in Thailand on my first day! I had the braised pork with rice and added the egg - it was melt in your mouth delicious! Also I’m not sure what tomato chilli salsa they put on the table but that with the rice was insane! There was so much on the menu that I’d like to try, lots of people getting the crispy pork, that I think I’ll be back for my next two lunches in chiang rai!

The food is excellent and the prices decent! Ate here twice during our short stay in Chiang Rai. We especially liked the crispy pork. Chinese broccoli was good too.

Oh man!! Such amazing food! The place is very simple and hidden on a small street but the food was fantastic. Simple makes perfection sometimes. We ate so much that we had to cancel our other plans and go back to the hotel to lay down. The food was very inexpensive (around 60 baht). The people were great. They don't speak a lot of English but they speak enough to get you everything the way you want it. We were in northern Thailand for 15 days and this is the place we liked the most. We went to fancy restaurants and many street food vendors, but this one hit different. If you are looking for a nicer place with fancy decor, this is definitely not the place. But if you want local food with home made taste, this is the place to go.

Like others, this was one of the best places we ate on our entire trip to Thailand, I only wish I had another day to try more. We had soft shell crab with papaya salad, pork satay, and tom yum seafood. It was all totally delicious.
