It was a slow night so the service was ok; food was good. Decor was good.

Horrible service and to top it off, they include gratuity in the bill. Don't pay it, if you didn't get good service. No where in the restaurant does it say that thy will charge you gratuity. That's steeling!

Large portions, ok but not remarkable food. Lacklustre service.

The food is decent. Don't expect authentic or top quality. That being said, Huehuetenango is also not the place to try foreign food. Stick to the menu of the day. The atmosphere is nice and they do bake fresh bread. Overall not a bad experience and more of an upscale place for a date or event.

Poor service for the price. Poor food for the price. Of course, itnis hard to find good Italian food in small towns like this or even in Guatemala, but for this proce it should have more than yellow velveta style cheese on top od over cooked pasta and local cheap meats. Service bothered me the most, the day before and down the steet a higher end steak house had excellent food and service. Super value there. Of of course the tip was built into the overpriced bill. Excellent decor, layout and atmosphere.

I was not expecting much when I first heard we would be eating at an Italian place in Guatemala, but once the food arrived I understood why we were there. The food was amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Italian.
