    This is the fastest Wendy's I've been to and everything is always correct. On top of that, yesterday when I pulled up to the drivethru, I was greeted with "Welcome to Good Burger, home of the Good Burger, can I take your order?" and it made me way happier than it should have. Made my whole day.

    Went here a few weeks ago and sign said "dining room now open" and when I tried to dine-in, they kicked me out. They shouldn't have the sign up if the dining room is really closed...never coming back to the Chicago Heights Wendy's...in fact, I'm done with Wendy's period. Fast-food places are evil, staff gets paid next to nothing, and the food mostly sucks. Monument to corporate greed if I ever saw one...

    I went this morning and got a Baconator Breakfast sandwich with no cheese and a Honey Butter Chicken. My Chicken wasnt cooked thoroughly, I've been calling the location with no answer, so that's why I decided to leave a review. I'm very upset, because now I'm at work with an uncomfortable stomach and loss of appetite!

    Literally took 7 min and I waited in a long line. Like no joke fastest Wendy’s service I have ever received at 12:30 AM LOL. shout out to Javonte on drive thru he was so respectful and fast paced.

    There are not enough people working there. Waited in the inside line for over 10 minutes (I was the first one in line). No orders were taken. There were about 6 people behind the counter. The cook was just standing there waiting for orders, but nothing was happening. Absolutely no reason why this should have happened. I go here fairly regularly, but I think I will not be doing that again.

    Stopped by on my way home from work tonight for the first time and went through the drive thru. The gentlemen that took my order at the menu was excellent. I get up to the window and a young girl opens her window and shouts out my total. Ok, no problem. I say hello and give her my card. Strike 1. She hands me my drink, card, then my food. I say, "thank you". She shuts the window on me and begins talking loudly to her coworkers. Strike 2. I hunk my horn and ask to speak to the manager because clearly she needs more training. The manager comes to the window and I explain to him, that tonight was my first time visiting and how rude I had been treated. Not wanting anything free but to teach a lesson. He apologizes and says he will take care of it. This review is a teaching lesson for whoever is the owner of this franchise. I understand it is hard to find staff these days in the fast food industry but if this sort of behavior continues, no one will visit the location. We have to mentor our young people and this was terrible service.

    THE INSIDE IS ALWAY CLOSE FOR SOME STRANGE REASON. AND I THOUGHT WHEN YOU WORK IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY YOUR SUPPOSE TO WEAR A HAIR NET AND GLOVES. CORPORATE NEED TO PAY THIS PLACE A VISIT. INSIDE ONCE AGAIN IS CLOSE NO MATTER WHAT TIME OF THE DAY IT IS.

    This restaurant is so hit or miss when you order from uber eats. It is either fast preparation and delivery or there's nights like the night I am currently writing this where I ordered almost an hour prior and I had at least 1 to 2 uber drivers cancel because they were waiting at the restaurant to get the food so I had to cancel my order due to how long it was taking.

    Just yesterday, I placed an order through the drive thru. The guy took my order and asked me to wait. Well, I waited while 5 cars behind me gir their orders and drive past me. So I go into the restaurant and tell this nice girl who is working the fries. She PROMPTLY went to the window and told Michael that my order was not placed. In a matter of minutes, my order was ready to go. Here's to the fry girl and those people that understand that customer service matters. That girl is going places!!!!!

    Toddlers have better manners than the employees at this Wendy’s. Like somebody else said, I get that everyone has bad days, but it’s a mess EVERYTIME I come here. It doesn’t matter what day it is, you WILL have to wait 30-40 minutes at the drive-they. No greeting, no “have a good day,” no acknowledgement at all! Somebody please train these teenagers properly!

    I ordered Wendy’s via Uber Eats and had multiple items missing. I tried to call multiple times and the phone just rings with no answer. I have also had a recently negative experience with this restaurant last week, while driving Doordash. I will not return to this location. There is always an issue.

    The drive thru is always packed and super slow. So after you wait no less then 45min to possibly pull up to place your order. You get to the window they are in a hurry for your money. hand you out bags all fast and continue to say ok like you have received all of your order. This time you make sure to get your drinks before pulling off not knowing that you have to open each bag to verify your order. Arrived home and the only thing that was correct was the drink order and they didn't even have the pop we wanted.

    This the worst Wendy’s ever!! They always got a problem! They always handle things the wrong way. Literally anytime i order them on DoorDash, it’s an issue. From them giving food to the wrong driver to extensive waits. Going into the restaurant is even worse. The system is always down. They always have a long line. You get to the window it’s damn near 30 Employees in there but they can’t move the line. Close them and get new management because this is a terrible terrible location.

    The staff spoke very loud to each other the young lady on the register did not greet any of the guest she didnt eaven say thank you no smile and it was not an inviting atmosphere. We had a long wait with no apology.

    Let this be your last place to stop for some food. The staff are rude ghetto and loud as hell. Smart mouthed and straight disrespectful. They will throw your food in the bag any type of way. I was surprised I got napkins in the bag without having to ask! Food is never fresh tasting and poorly prepared. If there was an option below 1 it would be given. Way to make Chicago heights look worse than it does.

    With the influx of app based food orders many restaurants have started to create a space for drivers to quickly pick up orders. The problem is that the employees don’t often monitor who is getting what so food is being stolen. That was my case with my latest order @ Wendy’s and they refused to take responsibility for their negligence resulting in my order being canceled. The driver was the only one who informed me what was happening. This isn’t the only issue I’ve had with this location but it’s definitely one of the most frustrating.

    Stopped in to get something to eat on my way to work, and everything was going good from the greeting when I walked in, to the getting the food quick, no problem. I left, went to my car, started eating my fries, I pulled out, then took a bite of my burger, and it was not fully cooked it was very pink. I turned around and took the burger back told them the burger is not cooked she took the bag with the burger from me, and then it was taking long just for another one. I was in the dining area, which was only 2 person waiting, so I had to tell the cashier I'm on my way to work how long is it going to take and still waited a little bit longer what gets me is the manager didn't even offer me something else for the inconvenience. I'm just glad I made to work on time because the mid day/lunch traffic was pretty congested

    I went there for the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, there's just something about that sandwich that wasn't good. The bun by itself tasted great, the mozzarella by itself tasted great and the chicken by itself tasted great but all together it was not a good experience. I opted to go for the garlic fries as an upgrade and absolutely regret it. Terrible choice. Pepsi was good.

    I bought food today for my kids only to find out that one of the fries had a huge hair in. My daughter refused to eat her food. For some reason this place seems to have problems.

    Apparently this location doesn't allow hard working folks with oversized vehicles to walk into the restaurant and order, They just let selected individuals use the walk up cash register service. burgers hours old. And years of caked on filth covering all the floor and equipment... You cannot even smell the food being cooked coming from the building. A person used to be able to smell the high quality beef cooking, this is no longer available.

    Customer service has an issue with this place. I used to work at Wendy's 30 years ago, where we were trained in customer service. The food there is mostly good, but you can tell by the attitude of the employees that customer service is not the priority. The priority is to get the food out, rather the order is right or not. The attitude of some of the employees is nonchalant or downright unappealing. They act as if they're doing you a favor by serving your meal. Don't ask for condiments, you'd think that you asked for an organ or something. They need to be afforded the proper training. I understand that this is not the ideal job, and we all have bad days, but it's almost every time you visit the place. If you don't like where you are, find someplace else to go. You shouldn't have to check to see if your order is right before you leave a restaurant, every time you go to the restaurant. You shouldn't be afraid to ask for condiments. One time me, and my wife went through the drive-through and ordered some chili, love it by the way, but we asked if they had any chili sauce, the guy taking the order, quickly said no, but when we got to the window, my wife asked the lady giving us our food and she said yes they had chili sauce, but acted like it was a crime when we asked if she put some in the bag. Lack of training. The food is mostly decent.

    Food was cold we ate at the restaurant. The bake potato looked like it was 5 days old chili had no extra cheese or onions that I paid for and requested. Very disappointed with the food.

    Came to grab some dinner w my wife, using the wendy’s app rewards to order a expensive meal that im forces to pay for since the “phone scanner aint been workin” WHO TF runs this location!! plus im pretty sure the workers told a random customer to bring our bag to our car. This is the worst! Never see this in Tinley

    I am in line as I am writing this and I have been in line for 17 minutes. Seven minutes waiting to get my order taken and then 10 minutes waiting to get my food. I suggest if you are not in a rush do not come to this Wendy's expecting fast food because you will be sorely disappointed. On top of that my food was cold and my frosty had melted. The one star is for the guy and the window waiting for them to hand him the food.
