Customer
service
has
an
issue
with
this
place.
I
used
to
work
at
Wendy's
30
years
ago,
where
we
were
trained
in
customer
service.
The
food
there
is
mostly
good,
but
you
can
tell
by
the
attitude
of
the
employees
that
customer
service
is
not
the
priority.
The
priority
is
to
get
the
food
out,
rather
the
order
is
right
or
not.
The
attitude
of
some
of
the
employees
is
nonchalant
or
downright
unappealing.
They
act
as
if
they're
doing
you
a
favor
by
serving
your
meal.
Don't
ask
for
condiments,
you'd
think
that
you
asked
for
an
organ
or
something.
They
need
to
be
afforded
the
proper
training.
I
understand
that
this
is
not
the
ideal
job,
and
we
all
have
bad
days,
but
it's
almost
every
time
you
visit
the
place.
If
you
don't
like
where
you
are,
find
someplace
else
to
go.
You
shouldn't
have
to
check
to
see
if
your
order
is
right
before
you
leave
a
restaurant,
every
time
you
go
to
the
restaurant.
You
shouldn't
be
afraid
to
ask
for
condiments.
One
time
me,
and
my
wife
went
through
the
drive-through
and
ordered
some
chili,
love
it
by
the
way,
but
we
asked
if
they
had
any
chili
sauce,
the
guy
taking
the
order,
quickly
said
no,
but
when
we
got
to
the
window,
my
wife
asked
the
lady
giving
us
our
food
and
she
said
yes
they
had
chili
sauce,
but
acted
like
it
was
a
crime
when
we
asked
if
she
put
some
in
the
bag.
Lack
of
training.
The
food
is
mostly
decent.
