I should have looked at the reviews before buying here. The cinnamon roll was a least a week old I couldn’t chew and it was stale… the sandwich was ok and the cappuccino was ok. I wish I just got McDonalds, at least it would have tasted better and the food was warm. The ladies that worked there were nice however. Poor quality food 👎🏻

I was just passing through Chicago O'Hare, which I try never to do, and stopped here on my way to the gate. The food is very fresh, and the artisan pizzas are hand made while you wait. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, a turkey and bacon sandwich (for later), and a large, iced, dark chocolate mocha. Everything was as advertised. I actually couldn't finish the pizza 🍕 as I was pretty full. I mean, I could have forced the last 2 pieces down, but then I'd be uncomfortable, and I'm too old for that. The dark chocolate mocha was perfect as I don't like my coffee beverages to be too sweet. 👍 The selection of deli sandwiches is really good. If you're hungry, but don't want a burger, stop by and look at the sandwich selection. Seems like they have something for everyone. If I'm ever forced to fly through O'Hare again (which I'm sure will happen), I'm definitely coming back here. Highly recommend.

Face it - you'd come here if you were in a rush and the Starbucks had a long queue. Had a Strawberry Danish and a Dark Chocolate Mocha. It was good enough - not extraordinary. Service was agreeable (guess it depends who you get, going by the other reviews!). FYI, there is additional seating at the back.

Efficient staff working a long line very quickly. Fruit croissants were amazing! Croissant, coffee, sandwich = $16

First time I was here was super early in the morning catching a flight and I don’t know if that’s why the blueberry muffin tasted super fresh, moist and delicious; because yesterday, picked the same muffin and it was a disappointment around 6pm. 😔☹️

Had a quick Ham, egg and cheese croissant. Filled me up for breakfast.

Very bad croissant. Worst I may have ever had as far as just being bread and not a flaky delicious item. Coffee was okay. Service was good and fast, but wish they had warned me off the croissant. I would have gotten something else instead.

The cashier on the far left (from where I stood) yelled at me to move to the other side and wait for my food like she was yelling to a prisoner in Jail! Was my first time trying this place, my regular one had a longer line and thought this could be my new "fave" but not with that attitude, I will avoid them for sure!
