👍👍 Loved the vibes stayed for the coffee! The blood orange matcha smash was the delight of my morning and I washed it down with a tasty bagel. Also the wifi was great and plenty of seating in case you need to get a little work done. People often mention coffee, sandwich, staff, great, atmosphere, good, friendly, seating,

Such a lovely cafe! I walked over on a sunny Saturday and it was the perfect meal for my day. The veggie sandwich was one of the best I've ever had. Fresh veggies, phenomenal hummus, and perfect bread. The side of fruit was fresh and delicious. I also got an iced coffee that was super flavorful and refreshing. The staff here were also very sweet and friendly. The server who brought my meal out noticed I didn't have a napkin and ran back in to get me one. I will definitely visit again!

Rogers Park best breakfast and coffee spot. Plenty of food options, indoor seating and large seating area outside in the sunshine. Dog friendly. I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwich, Fancy. Made with fresh, flavorful Ingredients. Eggs, queso fresco, spinach, tomato, chives on a ciabatta bread. Great coffee and tea. Staff are knowledgeable and patient, just a little slow on service because of short staff. Love this spot!

Lovely spot with great coffee, “charming” atmosphere and good food that’s prepared to order. The lox and bagel was very good and fresh. The swing seats in the window aren’t for me, but very fun. And, weather permitting, there’s great outdoor seating.

We have been wanting to try this place for a while and honestly it was a bit disappointing. We ordered the cheese and egg sandwich and the classic bowl. The bowl was a decent size serving, but the sandwich was pretty plain. I only have two stars for the atmosphere as their bathroom was really dirty.

This place is so cute that it makes me want to move just to be closer to it! The ambiance is somewhat quiet but absolutely chill, no people shouting about mergers or PTA meetings on their phone. I had a peanut butter smoothie that was amazing (though the compostable straw had a hard time dealing) and I got my spouse a lemon and strawberry cream cookie sandwich type dessert; they LOVED it. I’ll definitely be making the trip back whenever the opportunity arises.

I stumble upon it and entered as it looked quaint and cute. I enjoyed their coffee and their Cubanish sandwich. Honestly, great pickles!

The people here were very kind. I had the lavender lemonade and the chicken tinga sandwich. The lemonade was perfectly delicious, good amount of sweet and the touch of sour. The tinga sandwich was overall good, only wish the chicken had more flavor to it. The atmosphere is super low-key and adorable.

Kinda sad, as I live on the corner and have gone here for years for morning coffee. This morning i went to the side door to place my everyday order of cold brew for work and was not even acknowledged. I stood there in the rain for only 5 mins or so. It seemed like forever because it was raining. But there was a girl there who made eye contact with me but kept doing her thing. So I thought ok maybe she’ll acknowledge me. But she didn’t. So I ended up just stopping at Starbucks for my cold brew on the way to work. What was sad was that there weren’t any customers. It was not busy. Maybe at least acknowledge your customers and say “I’ll be with you in a minute” as they stand there waiting in the rain.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE the location and atmosphere of this neighborhood cafe. Food and drinks are pretty good and the music choice usually has a chill-hop genre that we can look forward to having added to our playlists. I do appreciate that they have the weekend $5 Dollar Holla, for those of us who want to get out of the house but don't have a lot of coin to dine in, it's kid friendly with 2-swing window seating, and they give free pup-cups without you having to order anything. If you also like larger-than-life window seats, they have that too! If you're going during the weekday to get your work done or have virtual meetings or if you want to have a casual conversation, the music can be a bit loud where it can be distracting, but if you coming for the menu, the atmosphere, the people, or even the community's doggies, it's a real pleasure.

What a lovely experience in there I had this week. Lovely enough for me to leave a review to say thank you. I’m a simple customer who always orders the same thing, a black coffee with some caramel in it. Every single time I go in there the staff are all so friendly and courteous and civil towards me. Even if I’m in a bit of a rush or if they are they always say hello and we have a little chit chat. The staff are amazing especially this young man called Graham. He’s charming and funny and polite, he even answered my questions about how to correctly clean an espresso machine properly, he asks me how my pet cat is doing as he remembers that I’m not a big dog lover. Little things like that truly make for a pleasant respite and Graham and the Charmers baristas are just that. I’m leaving this review primarily because I went in the other day and sadly there was another customer causing a ruckus and being so very rude and borderline belittling to the staff. I was flabbergasted at how she was acting and how she mentioned something about her cup that she brings in. She was truly awful to them about how she wanted her this and how she expects that. It was embarrassing. But the staff dealt with it amazingly and when it was my turn to order it was like the previous irate customer had never happened. Professionalism to the core. Love this place because the whole crew make me feel like a regular. Give them all a raise or buy them all dinner somewhere please, Management!!

This is a great cafe. The aesthetic was welcoming and fun, and the coffee was great. The egg sandwich I had was decent, but the coffee is definitely the highlight. They also had a plant sale happening outside with a nice selection of houseplants. It was a nice touch. All around it's a welcoming place with nice people. I'll be back soon.

Great food and coffee. Staff is friendly and I love relaxing there. Music is on point. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very dog friendly (outdoor) and serves pupcups.

Wow! We were ready to give up on finding a decent and affordable meal here, despite the fact everyone we spoke with raved about the food in Chicago. The breakfast bowl, which was generous enough we split it, my bf and I, and were sated, is DELICIOUS. Highly recommended. Thank you, Charmers, for the excellent nourishment.❤️

It’s a super cute cafe, it’s so convenient and they offer a good selection however it’s a little pricey. The lemonade is amazing!!! I got lemonade, two pastries that were very dry though and two fruit cups. I realize it’s a side of fruit to go but was hoping it would be atleast a cup but it was same you get in a meal so few blueberries and couple pineapple, everything was about $30, wasn’t worth it really but the sandwiches are delicious and the lemonade was so fresh, yummy

A wonderful atmosphere with outside eating. Simple eats but more than willing to combine or exclude options. The Lavender Lemonade stood out as a lite favorite. Simple, fast, fun. Recommended!
