I believe that Pilsen is one if the best place to live because it has a soul. Despite that there is no "internet" cafe that is really worth it in terms of overall... Sip22 takes it all you need in caffetteria (good coffee and food, wi-fi, working space) including a super cool place in terms of furniture and environment. (Ps there is also a nice big screen to follow your favorite events). Too bad I cannot put more than 5 stars.

I stopped in a week ago, I could not believe there was actually a coffee shop nearby where I work. Typically I would have to go to 18th st with limited time to spare during lunch. I wish the owners lots of luck and hope you guys excel in this area. Excited I can’t wait to return to enjoy another cup of joe!

I have high expectations with coffee, and Sip 22 exceeded them! This place has a great atmosphere, the friendliest staff, and most importantly, the best coffee I have ever tasted; it really is "Love at first Sip"! I'm so happy I found this gem, and will make this my new spot for a cup of joe! Highly recommend!

The place was good but too expensive. go to dunkin donuts drinking instead. Pricing has to get better. It's on corner of the boulevard and cermak in little village Chicago. Go to jackalope in bridgeport way better. While I waited for 10 min for my drinks. Way better options in and around this area. Probably will never frequent this place again given other options plus dunkin

Finally a great coffee house at Old Orchard. Now the Orchard is complete! Simply a beautiful cafe with wonderful coffee. The cafe has a generous space for you to sit, enjoy a small bite and sip some caffeine in a quiet cozy space. They have wonderful staff too! Whenever I see cortado, I know the barrister knows his stuff and surely, they do! Super delighted! Mexican Cocoa with a hint of chilli on top, this drink ruined me! Now I am addicted to it and can only find it here! Guess I can only be a regular here, but happily so!

Probably one of the coolest coffee shops I have ever been to. This place is not only a block away from my house (very convenient) but it also serves really good coffee with a wide variety of choices to pick from. I’m a simple person so I typically don’t really order any complicated beverages or add crazy things to my already great cup of coffee, but this place has variety which is great for those who like to experience something new everytime they visit. This place is lowkey and quiet and I love the overall design of the place.

Cold brew was one of the best I have ever had. Not sure if they have Wi-Fi, but if so it is a great place to study and chill.

Love that this is a family run business - and the coffee is up to par. I know my coffee. I'll take a redeye on the daily or a cortado with oatmilk in the afternoon. And I can't visit without eating a chicken pesto savory crepe. reminds me of Greece. Order there Freddo - SOOOO good.

I recently moved in here and I’ve been awaiting this place’s opening for a while now. Being the only coffee shop around me for a good range outside of Dunkin’ Donuts, the convenient location right by where I live plus the nice atmosphere is great to have. I hope the best for this coffee shop, as the prices are right for an “upscale” shop without being too greedy but reasonable enough for the baristas to turn a profit. My first drink here was a “Mexican Mocha” using Mexican cocoa for a base which tasted very nice. I bought 2 16oz drinks and 1 muffin and it topped off at around $10, which is a really good price for the quality I’m getting here. I recommend checking it out if you live around here. I am aware of some of the issues the community may have with this new business, but the truth is that this is the only one like this in this stretch of Cermak. If other coffee shops open up and flood every corner, I can agree there will need to be a line drawn. But this shop is earnestly hoping to bring a new experience to the neighborhood, and I can appreciate the hard work that has gone into this establishment. Better this than a Starbucks! They also use the local Dark Matter Coffee for their brews, and I am very supportive of places that will buy local.

👍👍 Worth the wait (5 min. In the early morning) for a memorable Starbucks experience. Staff members were incredibly polite and nice.
