Beautiful park, looks there is fishing available. My one criticism is that I was robbed at gunpoint, so I have to rate 1 star.

Had a few hours to kill before flying out of Midway Airport. Quiet. Few people around. Some areas with litter, clean facilities, well groomed.

Very beautiful grounds and scenic location. Midwest Workers Association held our 25th Anniversary celebration across the bridge and it was a great central location. We are thankful that a blues band also joined in the celebration and a band that included Mexican Cultural music.

Basketball is not the biggest court - but it gets the job done with a good run.

Bring your kids and choose from 3 different playgrounds, tennis court, big field for other activities, 2 basketball courts, just a fun experience.

Wish the neighborhood would take advantage of this park and value it. This park is a diamond in the ruff. Can be a beautiful place and very relaxing. It's usually quiet in the early parts of the day. I use to come to this park as a child often. Now I enjoy the park with my wife, son and dog. We love it.

Went to ride my bicycle here, it's a pretty nice place but definitely needs cleaning, I imagine this place could look much more beautiful and be significantly more inviting if more care was put into it. Plenty of geese around this park

Grew up in this area 54th and Bishop. At that time we were the only Mexicans on the block sadly to see the area is full of Hispanics now. My family made a lot of good friends with the BPSN. AS FAR AS SHERMAN PARK GOES I REMEMBER BEING THERE IN THE EARLY '90S WITH MY FAMILY... Lots of Moe's ... But they were always inviting whenever they barbecue they always invited my father and us over there to eat with them... Not so much now went over there a few Sundays ago All Hispanics and they looked at me as though I was crazy and I'm full fledged Hispanic ! Bring back order to Sherman Park bring back the Moe's bring back Prince wakita they kept that part clean spic and span now all you see is Budweiser boxes and Modelo boxes SMH ...

Very calming place to go relax, eat, etc. Also, during winter, I found a hidden drinking fountain close by the bridge at the center, but it's surrounded by bushes and trees plus the wooden fence. Really hope to know some history on what it used to be like, especially that broken bridge way near the building.
