It's a good park. The only thing I would recommend is to have the trash cans emptied on a much more regular basis. (At times it's overflowing) Overall though, its a nice park to spend the evening with my kids.

This gym is such a sleeper. I didn't think that it would have so much space in the area that it's in and I play volleyball here every Tuesday and there is so much space. The staff is great and they have some great programs for kids.

This place is very spacious. The only bad thing about it is that there's nothing to cover when it's too sunny outside. My kids had lots of fun with the slides there. Good place for hangout also. Highly recommend!!!

Personally, a great place for me to work out. Two blocks from my house. Also, very inexpensive. Although you do get what you pay for. Most of the cardio equipment is dated and at times not working properly. The weight room has definitely better than it has been in previous years. Many new machines. Overall staff is excellent

It's a nice enough place with a lot of programs. Movies in the park in the summer and a decent gym, not state of the art but everything you need to get the job done. Free street parking, if you can find a spot. Rear lot use to be free but is now metered. City bike station right next to the place.

Caring people, Caring environment, this is a not for profit faith based facility with staff who remain for years. An administration and Board of Directors all very involved, dedicated to ensure Self Help provides up to date and attentive care to residents and patients. My mother, who had dementia, was a resident the last years of her life and Self Help made those years good and enjoyable for her.
