We love their beans (especially the light roast). Some of the best coffee in the city. We usually buy their beans to make coffee at home, but every time I've been to their walk-up window, everyone has been very friendly and brewed a good cup of coffee. Grateful to have you all in the neighborhood!

Love this place. Some of the best coffee in the city, very friendly owner and employees. Take note that they only do brewed coffee, cold brews and donuts (no espressos, lattes, etc). They had limited indoor seating prior to the pandemic but - much like Beans+Bagels - now only have a walk-up window for takeout. Great place to get coffee while taking a walk but not for meeting someone for a coffee.

Coffee was good. The place was nor open for inside dining. I was very disappointed as i drove a long way and posting was difficult. Then to have to get a cup to go back to my cat was a real bummer.

Outdoor walk-up window only! No dine-in or even indoor standing room. That's just to clarify expectations this is not a coffee shop / cafe but roaster and take out window. (I couldn't tell from Google listing and then drove across town hoping to sit and discovered you can't). Brew coffee was very good—he served a medium roast Guatemalan from an airpot. I wouldn't give it mind-blowing reviews like some others here but definitely full top-tier coffee shop quality with medium body and a touch of chocolate.

I don't know how, but these coffee beans are, by far, the most consistently roasted beans that I have ever experienced. Every bag I have ever bought from this company has been spectacularly good. I have bought from Bru since the first time they had a tent at the Northpark Market, and have never been disappointed. I buy in bulk.

The best cold brew in the city, perhaps in most cities. I get my whole bean coffee mostly here as well and I know that they'll be fresh when I get them. Always a great selection of light, medium, or dark roast, you get one of three choices and they won't let you down. If you're in the area make sure to stop by, heck if you're not in the area it's worth the trip.

The most affordable and friendliest little coffee stop! The staff is always so kind, quick, and efficient. The coffee is great and you can't find a better price. Plus non-dairy milk isn't extra! Keep in mind they only have iced and hot coffee, no espresso drinks or flavors.

There’s no way any of these reviews are real. This place serves drip coffee only and resells Dunkin’ Donuts for $3 a piece.

I usually don't drink black coffee but I really enjoy it here. The donuts are great too. I do wish the hours were extended, but it's great place to grab coffee on the go.

I love Bru! The coffee is great and Corey has the nicest employees. Also, don't sleep on the donuts from local Somethin Sweet.

My go to spot to buy ground beans. I like the light roasts a lot. The owner is super friendly and does the most to ethically source the coffee and contribute to the community.

I took the owner's recommendation and bought the l light roast Ethiopia Hambela Goro beans for espresso. Without question, best shot I've ever pulled at home. So bright and fruity without being terribly acidic! I don't live close by, but I'll be making the trip again.

The absolute best of the best in terms of coffee bean quality. Amazing range of single grower sources which change constantly but which remain at the peak of what's available.

Love this little coffee shop. They roast their own beans and their coffee always hits just right! Iced or hot it is always perfect. They also have donuts from somethin sweet on kedzie and the owner and dudes who work there are super nice and lovely.
