Ashland
location
regularly
because
this
pet
store
is
one
of
the
only
places
in
the
city
that
carries
my
pet's
kibble.
While
I'm
glad
for
some
of
the
selections
and
options
here,
I
am
sad
to
say
that
the
customer
service
at
the
cash
wrap/
register
is
very
unfriendly
and
is
as
if
most,
not
all
of
the
cashiers
can
care
less
if
you
shop
here.
This
is
what
MY
experience
has
been
every
single
time
except
once.
Having
an
extensive
retail
background,
I
can
sympathize
with
"having
a
bad
day"
and
having
to
deal
with
the
public
when
folks
sometimes
may
not
be
pleasant,
but
that
is
not
the
case
for
me
as
a
"customer"
when
I
shop.
I'm
pleasant
and
compassionate
but
I
also
know
the
deep
importance
of
being
personable,
exuding
customer
service
and
at
least
"pretending"
to
care
about
folks
that
patronize
your
store
because
it
fosters
customer
retention
and
LOYALTY...
I
also
every
time
I
shop
have
to
"pry"
any
information
about
any
specials
and
discounts
even
when
there
is
signage
displayed
on
products
on
the
store
shelves
and
if
I
have
a
coupon
I
received
via
mail
or
email.
There
seems
to
be
hesitancy
to
honor
my
coupons
and
inquiry
to
"show"
the
cashiers
that
there
is
signage
promotions
within
the
store.
It
is
a
disservice
to
make
any
customer
"feel"
unwelcomed
while
patronizing
your
store
and
if
it
were
not
for
my
pet's
diet
choice
and
the
location
convenience
I
would
take
my
business
elsewhere.
Pet
Supplies
Plus
can
do
better
than
this.
Such
a
shame....
disappointed...😞
Update-
I
revisited
this
location
Friday,
February
2,2024
and
I
must
say
the
staff
was
available,
greeted
upon
entering,
I
asked
for
assistance
and
was
given
it
professionally
and
politely.
While
shopping,
another
customer
in
another
aisle
sneezed
and
a
sales
associate
in
my
aisle
was
attentive
and
offered
Blessings
to
that
guest.
When
reaching
the
cash
wrap
I
was
greeted
and
serviced
and
thanked
for
coming.
I
had
never
seen
or
was
ever
serviced
by
any
of
these
employees
but
it
was
a
much
better
experience
compared
to
the
many
other
times
I've
shopped
at
this
location.
I
cannot
express
the
importance
of
good
,
welcoming
customer
service
as
it
fosters
customer
retention
and
LOYALTY
and
I
appreciated
the
experience
I
had
on
this
day.
To
the
employees
working
this
evening,
I
thank
you
for
such
personable
customer
service
,
IT
MATTERS.
I
hope
this
continues.
