Probably one of the best places to capture an image of the Chicago skyline in the city. It's a wide bridge that allows for many people to walk, run, bike and stand say the same time, which is good at crowded times. On any given weekend you will often catch several wedding parties and many families stopping for photos. But there is rarely a time where it isn't worth a quick stop to see the South Pond and the local wildlife.

Bridge provides spectacular view of the Chicago! It's the quintessential tourist thing to do ! The bridge connects to many pools and lookout points over the South Pond. The area is great for a stroll or picnic. The bridge leads to a the Zoo which itself is fantastic.

This is a pedestrian bridge that crosses the South Pond in the centre of Lincoln Park. Perhaps most interesting and memorable about this bridge were the rewarding unobstructed views of the Chicago Skyline to the south. The viewpoint is impressive from this position with the waters of the South Pond between you and the Skyline in the distance.

One of the most impressive views of Chicago Skyline, mainly in sunny days. Don't miss when visiting the city.

An amazing view unfolds like a living canvas, where nature's palette meets architectural marvels. It's a visual symphony, where rolling hills or urban skylines become masterpieces. Whether embraced by lush landscapes or surrounded by towering structures, the awe-inspiring view transcends the ordinary, leaving an indelible mark on the observer. It's a reminder that beauty exists in the artistry of both the natural world and human creations, inviting contemplation and stirring a sense of wonder.

Lincoln Park might just be my favorite urban park in Chicago. The views were incredible, and although it was crowded, it was nowhere as busy as Millennium Park. I’d love to come here some day to picnic with friends or just to read with the sunshine on my shoulders. Perhaps one day that will be a reality for me. Until then, I’ll always think fondly about this precious park.

👍 Great fishing spot. One day, I caught 5 rent-bikes. I cooked up the bikes and fed it to my family. They loved it.

👍👍 You feel like you're stepping back in time here on this early 20th century bridge. At the same time, it gives you views of lots of major architecture from Chicago from the 19th, 20th, 21st century.
