You mean a latte to me ☕️ And the local community surrounding this brand new Humboldt Park / Wicker Park coffee shop means a lot to @atmoscoffeeshop. The baristas are all from the neighborhood; they feature other local businesses’ products in house; even their coffee machine was produced nearby; AND they’ve created a barista training program to encourage employment in the area. Did I mention that they are black and Latina owned? Pictured is the delicious (slightly spicy) Abuelita’s latte, a play on a Mexican hot chocolate, and a guava flan from @casayari I got to try for a @grabbdapp collab

My husband and I live nearby and we’ve seen many coffee shops come and go in this space, but we really hope Atmos is here to stay! Our cappuccinos were delicious and the vibe/atmosphere inside was nice.

A great place for coffee and a bite to eat if you’re in the area. The staff is really friendly. The place is clean and decorated really nicely. I was able to meet the owner and he was so kind and easy to talk to. I love the atmosphere 😉 of this shop and will definitely return in the future.

UPDATE: They have reopened for in-person dining as of Feb 20th!! See attached photo for details. Hopefully they update their dine-in status soon so more people know. WOW! I think I've found my new favorite coffee shop on the north side. It's going to be a staple in my routine. Fair prices for the deliciousness you're getting. Fairly simple menu but they can customize drinks to your preference. The barista Yaya was super friendly and helpful. They can make almost anything decaf which is a huge plus. I had "Abuelitas Latte" and I haven't stopped thinking about it. I loved the little blurb they had next to the specials about their inspiration for the environment and it fits it to a t. Plenty of spread out seating options. The space is simple but homey at the same time and it was the perfect place to get some work done this afternoon. A couple of outlets and plenty of free parking on the side streets around.

the vibes are super good: clean and nothing extra. i just got a drip coffee which was a little burnt, but willing to give their expresso a try next time.

Awesome atmosphere with plenty of indoor seating in a chill, well designed store. The coffee is good, but not what I’d consider great, with syrups coming from bottles vs being home made, darker-roast brews, and off-season flavor combinations. Unbelievably friendly spot, will absolutely go again, but misses one star from me for latte flavors that aren’t as inspired as similarly priced other cafes.

Its soo cute! The gurl who attended me was very nice. She recommended the Golden Girl and it was very good. Not too sweet and has a nice flavor. Highly recommend

Some of the best espresso drinks I’ve had- I can’t stop ordering the raspberry besos latte. I’ve actually ordered 2 at a time because I’ll down the first so quickly. The consistency is perfect, it is so good. I’ve also ordered an extra for coworkers or clients just because I want to share how awesome that drink is. It makes my morning when I can grab one. The staff is also super cool and helpful, very personable. This place is a gem.

Great Coffe Shop Had the Abuelita Coffee and it was delicious! I Love going up Atmos to meet with business partners its a great atmosphere for meetings and plenty of parking.

The staff were great, the coffee delicious and the pastry (a cross between a croissant and a cinnamon roll full of raspberry and cream heated to perfection) sublime! And a fun place to enjoy coffee and chat with neughbors--family friendly too. Check it out!

Clean and quiet coffee shop (ideal for working). I ordered a vanilla latte and it was delicious! The plastic cup had a top that didn't require a straw to drink, which is a nice perk! I also appreciate when shops have seating outside when the weather is nice.

This place has an amazing coffee! Trust me I tried coffee around the neighborhood almost everywhere and this place makes it perfectly! The atmosphere and energy is so calming too here.

Good coffee and a nice place to work. But the only barista was outside smoking when I arrived and I had to wait for her to order.

(5-stars are for consistency and this was our 1st time) The vibe was relaxed and natural. Loved the plants and muted tones. The seats and couches were comfy and I could see hanging out with friends or working here. Someone was there on their laptop but I didn't even check out the wifi, which they had. I got the Raspberry Besos. I expected a bit more raspberry flavor but it was tasty and came with it milk. Kiddo got a Hola Ta Matcha. Which also came with oat milk. I will definitely come back!

ok I’m not one for reviews but I just got the iced lumberjack latte iced with oat milk @ the baristas request ! It is easily one of the best lattes I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! Coffee shop also has a very relaxing ambiance ♥️

I had a quick stop here while waiting for a friend to finish therapy and it was just what I needed for a coffee ☕ fix. Good prices and selections. I will make this my go to when I'm back here next month. I can't wait until they open 100% and have more tables.

service was fast. the cashier was nice. i ordered two lattes, a poppy seed muffin, and a breakfast sandwich. taste was amazing, but the muffin was very dry. decor is gorgeous tho.

This is my favorite coffeeshop in Chicago. I get one of the fun specialty drinks every time I go; the Raspberry Besos in particular blew me away. Everyone working here is so nice and they even gave me a couple free cookies with my drink today. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my drip coffee at my first visit at Atmos. The coffee shop offers dairy free alternative milk for people who have dairy allergies. A relaxing coffee shop environment with friendly and knowledgeable baristas. I definitely recommend people to visit this coffee shop for people who live nearby or visit Wicker Park and Humboldt Park neighborhoods. 👍🏼

First of all, this place is a gem. I was really impressed with the coffee and the service. I got iced latte with organic vanilla and I still want some more. It was very spacious and cute little corner too. Highly recommended if you're in the Art District!

I really wanted to love this place because it’s so close to my apartment. I’ve given a few drinks a try and have only really been happy with the black coffee. The lattes are consistently too milky and the specialty drinks are hit or miss. A tad pricey for what it is. Very cute space.

Truly a Magical spot. The espresso was delicious with flavors of tobacco, vanilla, and with a beautiful sweetness. The pastries are from West Town which you can't go wrong with. However it was the Mint Chocolate latte that was incredible; subtle and beautiful. I can't wait to try everything on the Menu.

This coffee shop is the bomb.com, the staff is extremely nice & welcoming. The space is nice & cute, I noticed the owner constantly cleaning & sanitizing. The girls making the coffee also made sure everything was being washed and the coffee was delicious. We all had the abuelita coffee & it was packed with all of my favorite flavors, it took me back to special times with family. If you are ever in the area definitely stop by.

Went for the first time today and I have to say, it was amazing service, a really cool space, and my wife and I both had great specialty coffees. I had the German chocolate latte and it was so good! The flavor was incredible, really chocolatey, and the shredded coconut on top was a fun touch. I’ll definitely be back. Just took my coffee to-go, but the vibe was fantastic and I can’t wait to sit inside and hang out. Feels like a great space for that. Plus it’s so nice to be able to support a black owned business in a rapidly gentrifying neighborhood!

For the first time, it was a great experience for me. Mike was a quiet man who understood exactly what he was doing and did it well. You will not be disappointed if you use their services. The amount of service they provided was outstanding! I couldn't have asked for anything better! I will never, ever forget to tell all of my friends and coworkers about this place.
