    We absolutely LOVE the gym! Women owned and the vibe/ community is so positive and welcoming. All of the coaches are fun, attentive and do a great job pushing you in your fitness level. They all are so smart and know their sh*t. What is amazing is each coach programs and teaches their own class (as opposed to coaching someone else’s programming) so each class is different, challenging and fun. The classes as a mix of strength, cardio and some Olympic lifting. I cannot say enough positive things about this growing gym that has so much heart.

    Tried my first workout at The Garage yesterday and absolutely loved it! The space is clean, everyone was welcoming, and the workout was tough but rewarding. Our coach Ryan made sure I was using the right weights and had the correct form without judgement or condescension and I never felt singled out as a first timer. Gina has created a really special space and community - we will definitely be back!

    The Garage Chicago Gym is without a doubt one of the all time great gyms in Chicago. Great equipment and tremendous team of trainers. Gina provides the knowledge, skill and ability to inspire you to achieve your best!

    Best personal training and classes around. I needed to get my blood pressure and cholesterol down. With the help of the coaches I achieved those goals and now I'm in the best shape of my life. I recommend The Garage Chicago for anyone looking for a fantastic gym with the best vibe!

    This is such an amazing space run by really amazing group of people. They make getting strong accessible to all fitness levels. I have lived in a lot of anxiety and fear when it comes to working out most of my life - The Garage has been a game changer for me. + Coach Leanna is the BEST personal trainer - no notes. 12//10. Additional shoutout to Gina the owner, her gym dog Griffy and Ryan's Heavy AF class!

    This gym is awesome. Moved to West Town in May of 2021 after living in Uptown for 5 years. We tried a few gyms in the area and ended up taking a trial class at The Garage. So glad we did. We've watched the gym and community grow and are so happy to be able to be a part of it. Really knowledgeable and supportive coaches! Can't recommend enough.

    The Garage is literally the perfect gym. I've been a weightlifter for years and switched over to The Garage about six weeks ago and I've already made strength gains beyond any other workout program I've ever been on. The instructors are all knowledgeable, upbeat, and engaging, and the class structure is well thought out and totally brutal. I'm glad I found this place.

    I did a class with Gina through Class Pass. This was my first class after ankle surgery and she was absolutely incredible. She provided me with what felt like 1:1 attention while still navigating everyone's questions and organizing the group in a seamless flow of circuit training. She emphasized the team element of the gym and I really felt that. I was nervous that I would be behind or feel lost and I felt anything but. I was welcomed, challenged appropriately, and cheered on consistently. Gina showed leadership, expertise, and excellent planning for the workout. I am definitely going back. I really had a great time.

    Hands down THE VERY BEST gym in Chicago! No matter your skill level or athletic ability, this place works! I've been to many gyms here in the city, and this place has THE BEST instructors, best format, and a really great space. It's worth every penny and I've gotten so much from this place - amazing workouts where I set my own weight and goals, a community that is inclusive and meant for everyone, amazing people and better sense of self and confidence to go with it. I can't say enough good things about this place and the people behind it. The Garage is now my second home.

    The trainers, program, and space are all exactly what I was looking for during my travels through Chicago. There’s a great mix of cardio and strength workouts, plus a mix of both in the hybrid and JAQ’D classes. Love y’all, Garage team!

    Ive been coming to the Garage Gym heavy AF classes for 6 weeks now and absolutely love them! I was previously just doing one class a week and purchased the five pack, but I decided to move forward with a membership to start going multiple times a week because of how much I’ve enjoyed the classes! All of the instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and kind, and the people who attend the classes are also great and motivated to work hard. I highly recommend this gym if you’re looking to get stronger and healthier!!

    If you’re looking for more than just fitness, you’ve come to the right place. Been coming here for several months now and easily feel right at home. Never judged, always supported—this gym is all about community and building stronger humans together. Coach Gina, owner and hype woman, and her crew of super solid, intelligent, and amazing coaches are always in your corner. I’ve done Personal Training with Coach Ryan, a top caliber human and trainer, along with (almost) every class format TGC has to offer. Your progress is programmed to meet you where you’re at and build incrementally—no weird moves for just for show, no beat-based workout, no frills. If you’re looking to get strong, have fun, and challenged both physically and mentally, this is your sign. So happy I stumbled upon TGC! Love y’all too much!

    Amazing gym and staff! The environment was very welcoming, and most important a great place to improve your health! I worked with Gina who was very knowledgeable, and has an extensive medical health care background. Highly recommended!

    Personal training with Gina has been so helpful! First time I’ve had a trainer teach me how to release my muscles before working out and it’s made SUCH a difference. My mobility has increased, I can lift heavier and my knee pain has subsided. Gina has really created a community at the garage - it is awesome to see and be a part of!

    I absolutely love The Garage! The community is such a vibe and highly supportive. I love that the coaches promote functional movement, mobility, conditioning, and strength. The approach is so balanced and truly necessary for total body work. I highly recommend the Strong X and the Heavy AF classes. I always feel so challenged and rewarded after each session. The community, the coaches, and the classes are all top tier. The Garage is truly the best gym in Chicago!

    The workouts are awesome. I leave each class feeling like an athlete. Functional strength, cardio, and mobility. The coaches are all great - informative in terms of technique as well as logistically (where you need to be and when) so you can turn your brain off and focus on the workout. No annoying rah-rah sh*t either It’s a community feel that 1.) makes your initial workouts less intimidating (people introduce themselves and will help you out) and 2.) makes it fun / easy to stay consistent First class style gym that I’ve been to that I really love

    Great gym, great coaches, and great classes. I highly recommend Leanna Kiselicka as a personal training coach or for one of her classes. Super knowledgeable, engaging, encouraging, and fierce! You will get a great workout from her!
