Raj has done a fabulous job on a much-loved ring - the mend is invisible and he has cleaned it up to look like new. I am delighted and can certainly recommend this business.

I had some detailed alteration work done on a gold chain. The jeweller was very accommodating, taking the time to understand my requirements. The results was just perfect. Exceptional craftsmanship, exquisitely designed to my specifications with great care and detail. The customer service was also exceptional and overall very professional. I can’t recommend enough.

I didn't want to write this review, but after going to urgent care for my embedded nose stud, I changed my mind. Looking back at my piercing experience, I didn't realise how poorly executed and thought out the process was due to being completely new to the experience. Firstly, one of the ladies didn't give me time to pick out my jewellery and had a generally unfriendly and unwelcoming attitude. The piercer didn't try to make me comfortable at all. He pierced my nose with a gun behind the counter while I was standing, and the process was rushed. At the time, I assumed most people stand to get their piercings done, but I've heard from others that that's not their experience. I don't know why I specifically got this poor treatment and service. It's awful you treat a customer with a pleasant attitude poorly for a service they are paying for. It was upsetting at the time, but I didn’t write anything because I thought the piercing was done well.

This jeweler is a one stop shop for all north stones and lucky gems . They made me a bespoke ring with my own personalized birthstone. I am pleased to say ever since then I have had positive results in my day to day life . I 100 percent recommend them to everyone !

I only mention rhe names because of how popular both brands are with teenage girls and how easy the chains snap so you might be inthe same position.Raj has fixed both while I waited today and the mend is invisible.
