Always feeling home because they have better customer services

Couldn't find what l wanted, they were very low on stock .imagine a big supermarket like ok there was no water .

Very clean with a reasonable assortment of items. Particularly happy with their green grocer as it had a variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. The deli also had many freshly prepared meals. Downside, there were only 3 tellers working. The shop can also get very busy during peak hour. They also didn't have a wider range of speciality goods.

Fair prices. Very accessible to all persons

Convenient location and a safe place to shop. There are no long queues so service is fast and efficient. I am also pleased with the availability of a wide range of merchandise to make it a one stop shop.

The Service at this place is consistently horrible 😣. From the staff at the deli, the burger service point and the checkout tills. Its as if they actually get trained on disservice because the level of consistency in rudeness and slackness in different areas is soo surprising. I remember one day paying for my groceries successfully and the lady just stared at me and said you need to pay again yet we had both seen that the transaction was approved and money had deducted. Well she said but it failed so you have to pay again, i asked her to explain how I should make 2 transactions buying the same groceries and she rolled her eyes. Whilst I was looking for the senior guy to assist with the issue, The customers standing next to me in the line told the (Sarah/ Susan) till lady that she was being rude and she rolled her eyes at them too…( whilst making the … i dnt have time for this kind of sigh sounds kkk.) I eventually got assistance and left the shop after what seemed like 2 hours. I have also been to the shop several times in the past and it is now a shop i avoid at all cost.

They don't have a dedicated parcels counter unfortunately. You'd have to leave your bags behind the tills which is a risk because the security guards there don't really watch your parcels

Poor service from staff, staying too long in the queue no explanation, for waiting too long, with your us dollars in hand,shame different from Ok of our time.

It has a wide range of products, the shop is well packed and they have created a grp for local customers for easy interaction. People can request anything and they are quick to respond on that watsup platform. They give updates on recent developments they did for their customers, give them daily updates on rates for currency exchange. You can buy using any type of currency they have tills for that.

I like shopping here because most basic items are available. The challenge is with getting parking space. The place can be congested as well.

This Supermarket is in my neighbourhood I visit frequently. Store provides guarded Car park which is always available and very safe too. Quite a wide range of products and products are usually in stock and fresh. However, some products are not priced competitively. Cash back is usually available.

Good lighting, good isle spaces, good variety of products. Parking needs upgrading

Not bad but the need to stock up more... It's no longer as it used to be when it was opened.

Parking from hard to find from 1700 till around 1930 not sure why that if. Also selective products are found not most things. Lastly the time at the till is a bit long than expected
