My favourite place I’ve stayed in the whole year I have been travelling. It’s a little pricey for just two people, but actually, 8 beds, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool and bath tub is amazing if you have enough people. I really loved the big kitchen, friendly staff and the extra lengths the staff went to ensure our stay went well. Thanks again.

Stars explain it all , Rooms were good, service was questionable but the in-charge was able to resolve.

Although it is away from the main tourist area, it is a secure and private location with security 24/7. Private Pool for your villa and the rooms are very clean and spacious. They do provide a driver if needed and have access to many restaurants and services willing to come to you.

It is a very nice place, clean and good looking villas, a fantastic team that provides great service. The location is OK, but to get to the Ao Nang beach you'd need a car/tuk tuk.

7 people, 4 night stay: greeted with brilliant service lead by Nay and a beautiful villa. Pool is a little small for our villa and no air conditioning downstairs but it did not affect our great stay experience. Tuktuk and order-in service was also of great assistance.

Pros - Welcome at the Villa was good with cold towels and drinks. Cleaning of the house is done regularly.!!! Tuktuk service is provided to the market and beach It's peaceful and quiet, yet closer to the aonang beach and market with 5-7 mins drive. Cons - Swimming pool is a bit small I think price can be kept a little low. Out of 3 rooms, 2 rooms are bit smaller and bathrooms are not attached. Only master bedroom has attached bathroom.

Very nice property with lots of trimmings. Spacious well maintained interior and gardens. The staff staff were attentive and friendly. We were unable to use pool during stay as it was very cloudy reported it on arrival but the problem wss not resolved in 2 days despite staffs effirts.
