Went there for late lunch today and really loved everything about the restaurant. We are vegetarians and found quite a few veggie options on the extensive menu, the prices were very reasonable, the staff and owner super friendly and the meals were prepared petty fast! 🤩👍 We ordered a green curry with veggies, rice as a side dish, the pad thai with veggies and a papaya salad with salty egg. All of these dishes were delicious, and it was our bad for not knowing that the papaya salad is prepared with shrimps in Thailand, so actually it's not vegetarian but otherwise everything was perfect!!! We highly recommend this restaurant, in particular for everyone who's on a budget but still wants good quality food! 👌 We'll be back for sure!!

One of my personal favourite Resturant in Ao Nang, lived in ao nang for three weeks and had dinner almost every alternative day, they have best chicken with cashewnuts , they went out of the way and delivered me food on several occasions, owners and staff are super friendly and cooperative. One of rare restaurants with continental soups as well Must try Resturant if you are in ao nang. Pro tip: ( If you are vegetarian you should ask for anything that looks apparently vegetarian in Thailand some of the things like fruit salad and other salads may still have shrimps so ask to be safe or tell them you want vegetarian only).

However, I was somewhat let down by the quality of the dishes we ordered. The Green Curry with Chicken mainly consisted of Asian Eggplants with a sprinkling of bell peppers and some chicken. The curry was disappointingly watery and salty, lacking the thickness characteristic of authentic Thai curry. The Sweet & Sour Fried Chicken was another disappointment, containing mostly cucumbers with a smattering of bell peppers, a single piece of pineapple, and just a few pieces of small chicken. The Stir-Fried Shrimp with Mixed Vegetables has some shrimps, an abundance of broccoli and corn, but no green beans as shown in the menu pictures. It appears the images on the menu don't accurately represent the dishes served. It’s possible the quality varies depending on what you order based on reviews, but our experience was, unfortunately, a letdown.

Taste is subjective but I have to call it out when “internet” photos of a pizza from a wood fired oven are used but the product is a microwave meal (as confirmed by the staff). The Thai food was nice though, and it would have been a 3.5/4 star review if not for the pizza issue.

Almost all of the Iadian is gluten-free, and there is a very large selection of Thai food that is or can be made gluten-free. The owners are exceptionally friendly and take great care in making sure the food is safe for allergies.

This was truly the best thai food we had in Thailand and we were at four different locations; Phuket, Phi Phi, Railay and Ao Nang. The lady in the kitchen was so genuine, kind and professional that we actually ate lunch and dinner here three nights in a row. Food was prepared with the freshest ingredients (as we could see her pick fresh herbs from her plants) and the prices were very cheap compared to other places! I can strongly recommend the Tom Yum Fried Rice with shrimp and the Tom Yun Kung Noodle soup (beware it's spicy but it was just as I wanted it!). In general since my last visit 10 years ago in Thailand I noticed that service has been lacking, but not at Dee kitchen. This is as good as it gets.

Cons: - Kitchen Staff was overstrained with only a few guests sitting there - Drinks was served after we were finished our meals - One person was served wrong food - 2 of the meals we ordered was forgotten by the kitchen The waitress was really nice though and she tried her best! But overall I need to say the overall taste of our meals wasn't that good, the smoothies mostly taste like syrup and also the people next to us didn't finish their meals. Furniture is comfy though.
