    Great investment and one of the best decisions I ever made. The facility itself is always clean, has lots of great equipment that emphasizes more on functional strength, and great trainers that are legit and knowledgable. Look no further this is the best gym in SD. Highly recommend.

    This place is awesome, I came here December of 2019 to begin rehab for an injury I had, I also had goals of gaining healthy weight and getting my strength up and sure enough this place has helped me achieved everything I’ve wanted to reach. Ben Landry is a well educated person on the body and his expertise helped me reach my goals. As well as Coach Nate, he really put me on a great program that has accelerated my overall strength. The whole staff there is great and they keep the place SUPER CLEAN. I really love this place and appreciate how much they care about their clients.

    Great facilities, great staff, wonderful environment, and all around awesome gym to train at for all your needs and all ages. Whether it is elite performance, body maintenance, or specifically targeted fitness goals, SD Strength and Wellness has it all. Benjamin Landry, has done a wonderful job with the place and all those who train out of it. Definitely recommend!

    Hello beautiful people! Today, I want to share with you an amazing experience. I came to San Diego Strength and Wellness at a dire time in my life. I had received the news that I might need knee surgery due to a tear on my ACL and Meniscus. That evening I spoke to my dear friend Ben and he asked me the following " do you want to wait and see what the doctors say? Or do you want to give your knee a fighting chance at recovery through proper physical training? The thought of getting in better shape, not going under the knife and giving my body a chance to heal was too tempting to pass. I said "YES". I then asked " what do I need to do?" and he just said "just trust me Sal". We immediately set up our workout schedule and he asked me to send him photos of everything I was eating throughout my day. Twice a week I did 60 minute personal training sessions and sent him daily photos of my meals until I refined my eating habits. I can honestly say I am not dieting. I eat what I want, when I want. I just crave healthy stuff and that is what I had been chasing for a long time; sustainable healthy eating habits. With this said I want to thank you Ben! First of all, your work ethic is contagious and the foundation to your success. Your gym is clean, not crowded, it has great energy and the team you have created is 2nd to none. Your whole team has eagerness to help and develop the talent that goes in seeking help/guidance on improving both mentally and physically. I can now say that after 3 months of hardwork in and outside the gym, that I am stronger body and mind, healthier, and the fittest I've ever been. Oh and did I mention, NO SURGERY NEEDED!! Started 2022 at 173lbs, got to San Diego Strength and Wellness at 163lbs and after 3 months got down to 148lbs. Slowly losing fat and gaining muscle. Being healthy is not easy and/or quick; it takes time, dedication, persistence, and above all, resilience to adhere to your objective. Thank you all for the support in this journey and for your continued support in my next journey!

    everyone there is very friendly and always positive. they help you, teach you. every time am there i feel good about my self and be around positive people and i like how they help and motivate you. The trainers are very nice super friendly and flexible schedule. as part of my routine there i can see a lot of my results ans i like when people tell me the same.

    Definitely my favorite gym to come workout at in San Diego. Very clean. Very Responsible. Good Vibes. Most importantly they have all the equipment you need. Definitely would recommend to go workout there.

    Ive been going to San Diego Strength and Wellness for more than a year now, and it has only been good vibes and hard-work. Working with Benjamin Landry and Nathan Mosier has helped me grow physically and mentally as I was always pushed to reach max effort. I was able to gain muscle weight coming here and truly shaving my body out. I was seeing results as I was gaining muscle weight progressively after every week. At SDSW they were always able to work with your schedule which was always well appreciated. In result, SDSW has helped me gain a work ethic to always keep pushing for what you want. Very professional!

    This gym is amazing! The trainers are really invested in your personal fitness goals and they motivate you every single session! I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in getting healthy in a goal oriented, safe and fun environment.
