    They never answer the pro desk phone. I’ve been calling all day. The last time I ordered they said it would be ready. I arrived for pick up and they told me it would take 4 days, why? When the flooring was well over stocked. I ordered again, called and told them I absolutely needed the order the same day. They assured me it would be ready. Two hours later they updated my order and said it wouldn’t be ready until 9 pm the next day. I’m done with them! I’m going back to Home Depot!

    Attempted to return deck lights I purchased at Mission Valley location. Initially they said it wasn't thiers, then told me to go to Mission Valley. Extremely unprofessional and aloof. No Brainer not to ever shop here, tons if other options.

    Went out to buy a barbecue grill and a patio table with my wife and a young man by the name of Ramon was very helpful very professional and had such great energy . This is the type of customer service that really stands out and makes the store look good . This Lowe’s is located in Eastlake Chula Vista California , thanks again Ramon.

    I called to speak to someone in appliances as I am purchasing a refrigerator (several thousand dollars). The person who answered told me incorrect information and said they couldn’t deliver to my area. When I corrected them and said I was already told by another sales associate that they do, the associate said they’d check with their manager and call me back. 24 hours later, no call back! I decided to call back again the following day (3x!) and have tried getting ahold of someone in appliances and the first time no one answered, it just rang and rang for 6 minutes!. The other 2 times someone picked up and then hung up immediately. I guess Lowes Eastlake isn’t interested in making a sale and a few thousand dollars…. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! I will be purchasing elsewhere

    I've been loyal to lowes for more years than I can count. But if you are going to call a department that is no longer at work and not relay that to a customer is unsatisfactory. Do better it wasn't even 7pm. The one thing you never get back n life is time. Please don't waste it.

    Made an order for several items to be delivered. They sent the wrong sized item. The driver when he arrived asked for help unloading his own truck. He said I needed to call Lowe's to set up a return and arrange for the item to be refunded and replaced with the correct one. Then when I call they tell me they have a glitch and the item I wantis actually 3x the cost. They refuse to Honor their price online. When I call to complain to a manager they don't answer. I called 7 times. Never again will I use another Lowe's.

    I could find items for my home that I couldn't in other places. They have a high variety of merchandise for every need and budget. The associated in the garden items was very helpful and kind. Visit them, you will be very happy to find what you need.

    This is a great Lowe’s. Employees were helpful, everyone I passed greeted me, and you could tell the employees cared about their customers and your shopping experience. I found everything I was looking for, and the store was clean and well laid-out. I felt more welcome and respected here, too, as a female shopper. When I’m at HD, I have my guard up and have had to deal with disrespectful and condescending employees there. Lowe’s will be my go-to store, from now on, for all our home needs.

    Not only did they not have what I needed, but only had self service lanes open. I definitely will never go there if I have a large quantity of items to purchase! It's not my job to check myself out! Lowes is the epitome of the demise of Customer Service.

    I bought a Bosch dishwasher & was to be delivered to my house. Lowe's lost my order, needless to say never delivered. I called & waited for 45min to receive a refund. Went to THE BIG BOX STORE ( HD) ordered my Bosch dishwasher, it was delivered, and installed with no problems.

    There was a mistake in an item price. A young lady with long hair who spoke spanish at the self checkout area asked my husband to take a picture of the item instead of sending someone to check the price. We couldnt reach the item and i asked her for a ladder at least to be able to take a closer picture of the item and the lable. She told me that even if the label was wrong, they would charge for the right price. The supervisor helped us an they overrated the price. Both were very very rude, and not happy to help us. Very poor customer service. i will go to home depot instead.

    Was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. Found what I needed right away and at a good price. Self checkout is straightforward and easy to use. However, if you have issues with it, someone is there to help.

    I purchased a refrigerator 4 days ago and seller told me they are going to deliver it on next day, I paid for recycling fee to pick up the old one. They went but too lazy to pick up the other even I was told they did it. They re- scheduled but again after 4 days they came back and my new refrigerator was not delivered. I was calling a lot of numbers and they we’re taking a lot of time to respond. I canceled my order to request my refund and definitely going other store. I will never come back lowes, bad and horrible experience.

    Had a very pleasant visit today. The associate in the paint department found an item for me that I couldn't locate. He was very polite. Another associate asked me if I needed assistance in the lighting department and was very nice. Cassie at the self checkout was very nice and patient as I kept double scanning items.

    Best store to shop although little far from Spring Valley it worth it. Very helpful customer service: Rick Rodriguez was an awesome and Stephanie on the cash register. Bought Epoxy for garage floor.. Rust-Oleum…see pictures for two more different coating kits… I have purchased the $199 and it worked great..

    I like coming to this store. The employees are very helpful finding the products that I need. They are courteous, polite, accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. Ramon Mercado helped carry the 10 rubber bender boards and 2 weed shields (they were heavy stuff!) to my car. Raul helped carry the boxes of tiles, bullnose and mortar cement. Vincent (cashier) was customer friendly and professional. If you need any DIY home improvement products and have some questions, visit Lowes at Eastlake for the best customer service.

    We love our local Eastlake Lowes! We order moving boxes often for our clients who are buying and selling and getting ready for their big move! Our clients love and appreciate getting the boxes and we love how easy and convenient it is. Order online and do curb pick up within minutes. It's great!     The "in-store" customer experience at this Lowes is typically excellent, and today was no different. Everyone is friendly and willing to help when needed. Can't say the same for my custom ordered products (garage door). Quoted 90 day leadtime, in August 2021, it's now 6 months and after numerous calls and store visits...being told it will be another 3 months.

    Chris did an absolutely stellar job helping me out. I came in to return a tool cabinet I had purchased online that ended up having an incorrect description. The online customer service couldn't help much, but Chris exchanged my tool cabinet for one that actually matched the description of the one I bought. Went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and was treated fairly. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had at any home improvement store, which aren't always known for great experiences. This is now my go-to store (the Otay Lakes location) for anything home and gardening related. I'm only disappointed I hadn't found this location sooner.
