On Thursday April 15, 2021 around 12:50 pm I went to get gas. I needed $10 on pump 1, I gave Dora the cashier a $20 dollar bill. Due to me rushing to make my appointment on time I accidentally forgot my change. Dora never even bother to stop me and tell me, so once I noticed I called up there she told me the manager wasn’t going to be in until Monday. So I called this morning a lady Linda answered the phone and told me the manager was going to be in today (which was also a lie). Now both ladies were rude and disrespectful when all I’m trying to do is talk to a manager so I can get my money. Not going back n forth anymore with the lies from these disrespectful cashiers. I will be contacting their HR first thing in the morning to complain about the unprofessional business here at Circle K.

Went in to buy a bag of chips and was treated horrible. Gave the employee a two dollar bill and was told she couldn’t take it because it felt different. This was after she followed me around like we going to steal something

I come here all the time at first i didn't like this place as much but i changed my mind the only thing is the high prices and the people who hang around here but inside is very nice they have lots of different items even though they can run out quick and they have nice soda varieties.

I went to get a couple sodas and a few other things. The soda cooler was literally almost empty. I asked when they would be getting more soda and the clerk asked 'what do you mean'? I said it's empty and she said oh we haven't had anyone to stock the cooler. There was another employee outside sweeping the parking lot. Why couldnt that employee stock the cooler? There weren't any customers in store maybe one of the employees could have offered to go check if the soda i wanted was back there. The coolers didn't get empty overnight there had to be someone last night that could have stocked it even a little. It may seem petty but its not good for business. I could have got my other things but I didn't. May not go back to the store again.

Never really write reviews BUT.. I felt it was very important for me to write this one. So around 6:00pm or so my friend went into the store to buy a couple items at this gas station....Jennifer (Made sure her name was Jennifer) was really rude to the customer in front of my friend and then she also continued to be rude to my friend. We forgot one item and I decided to go in since it was already uncomfortable for my friend. Right when I walked in she had a very unwelcoming tone and attitude in general based off of the conversations I heard with other customers. Maybe it was a bad day for her. A customers asked her a few questions on where a specific beverage was and she told him “ I don’t know look for it”, instead of helping to explain where the item was. She didn’t look like she was enjoying her job or even knew her way around the around the store. I don’t know maybe she’s new. I’ve actually trained employees on customer service and it was really unfortunate I had to experience that and to see others experience her nonchalant and negative behavior.

If you don’t use the car wash code the same day, it won’t work even if the receipt says your code expires 2 months later. When you walk up to the window and let them know, they say you need to come when the manager is there... so you end up driving to the gas station multiple times just to see if the manager is there.. NEVER BUY A CAR WASH THERE. Buyers be ware!

I am shocked at how disgusting the soda machines were. They have made a big deal about masks and the safety of other but when I go in, during the day, to get a soda, the soda machine area is riddled with trash, soda spray everywhere, mold on the handles, sticky syrup on the dispenser (both of those are not from a momentary lapse in cleaning, that's day long neglect), the floor is sticky and dirty from the people walking around on spilled soda. When you go in during the evening it is better, yet less staff. I would expect more from the day staff since the manager is there but she stays in back and doesn't attend to the front.

Diesel gas pumps are slow, takes me 10 minutes to pump gas.

Always on break, hates serving customers, best to get there before night shift shows up or you won't be served.

Good service and clean store. I recommended!!!!

If I could give 0 stars based on customer service I would. I usually ignore the rude staff because Im only there in and out to grab a few things. Got followed to my car today being told my card didn't go through which I know it did because I get purchase notifications on my phone. Lady there lied to me saying sometimes it charges the bank but doesn't go thru on the store end?! Wrong!!! Then proceeded to condescendingly tell me Im wrong. I asked her to look up the receipt before the one she showed me and what do you know I was charged and purchase was completed!!! Of course me being correct was not what the store clerk wanted to admit!!! What happened to the good ol days of the customer is always right?! Been coming here since I was a teenager but luckily they are surrounded by 3 other stores that offer same things. Will never come back here again!!!
