Not much space for the room but still cozy and efficient, clean and neat. The interior design was so unique, playful but still warm. Location was strategic. The staffs were very kind and welcoming, the breakfast was tasty. Would love to stay again for another trip to Bogor :)

Such a polite person and friendly ready to help you. This hotel also has a proper meeting room and we have no complain at all using its meeting room. Idul fitr day 2, I decided to take my famz spend a night together in Bogor. We want to find some interesting points near the centre of the city so, Ibis maybe the best option out here. It's based at the very main street of the town. Near to many touritst attraction like Bogor Botanical Garden, Sempur Field, The Palace of Bogor, excetera. Ideal for us. The room was big enough. One word=adequate. The restaurant and breakfast are just fine. Oh I love the juice. The only minus thing to improve was parking lot. I was a lil bit fed up at fist because the parking officer seems not standby at duty, however that was not big deal though.

Parking is valet only which is great. Quick check in and out. Food was great. Really good breakfast, big range amd plenty. Coffee good. Room service was also good but quicker to eat in the restaurant as its the same menu and the food is hotter. Room was nice with excellent views. Shower water temp kept changing however still hot and plenty. Nothing really poor everything was more than expected and really worth the price.

Highly recommended. New hotel with a modern vibe and great facilities and a superb breakfast buffet. Rooms are small but sufficient for one or two. Beds are very comfortable, the TV is large, the aircon works well and is adjustable, lots of power points. For me a big feature is the large room safe. I could have brought a 21” laptop with me. AT the top of the pack in the three star range and indeed in terms of modernity, cleanliness and facilities which work then would beat the nearby ancient four star hotels. The breakfast buffet has something for everyone and a couple of the warm dishes are rotated every day. Coeliac / gluten free will find a few warm options daily. Staff are super helpful and friendly too. They even have bikes available - the world famous botanical gardens are just across the road. A huge shopping mall is nearby and has a lot of restaurants and a large supermarket. Do yourself a favour, save some money, avoid the old overrated hotels nearby and stay at the Ibis Styles Bogor Pajajaran, a solid three star gem.

A very nice hotel with a very clean room. The room was clean & well maintained with proper size both for the bathroom and bedroom for it's price range. The mattress & pillow was big and soft enough form me which prefer the softer one. I prefer the bed & pillow in this hotel rather than in ibis style bandung central. The location was strategic enough for me to find a place for dinner. There are plenty of fast food restaurants within 1 km area. The food was good and plenty of variety. The staff was efficient to make my check in & check out process seamless. The downside to have a hotel in a prime location or strategic area was their parking space.

I always love to stay at Ibis Styles hotels, and this hotel is already on my list. Already stayed 2 times in Ibis Styles bogor Raya, and this is the third time staying in ibis Styles Hotel in bogor. Located in the city center, only a cross road to the Kebun Raya Bogor and about 5 minutes walking to Mall Botanic Square. The entire hotel is newly built and opened, so you will get a very clean and fresh hotel entirely. The lobby area is not too spacious, but there are a lot of sitting place. The check in process is easy and fast. You get 2 access card after check in. The Superior room is really clean, fancy, and functional, with an iconic sliding devider for bathroom. The bed is soft, clean, fragrant, and thanks for the bolsters. You will get a big TV, good wifi, a lot of power socket, a chiller, and a spot for working table with chair. The room service is great, while I asked a lot of things like sajadah, sarung, cutlery, additional mineral water, and everything delivered very fast. Breakfast in Ibis Styles is one of my favorite thing, since there are plenty of food selection. From the main course, noodles, salads, bakeries, eggs, and many more. The great thing is there is a coffee machine to make a latte or cappuccino and you can make as many as you want. The food is tasty, salad and fruits are fresh and sweet, the cake and bakery are good too. The hotel facility is okay, there's a mini fitness center and you can ask to ride a bicycle outside the lobby. There is no pool in this hotel. For me, there are some complain during my lovely stay in this hotel. Like the towels are a little musty, the water in bathroom get murky sometimes, and the noise from the outside is quite noticeable. Sure I will back to stay again in this hotel in the future, and I hope there is a surprise from the hotel for my next stay. And I will recommend to stay at this hotel easily.

I stay in 901. found 2 spiders with their long legs..alive, the room was occupied by them...i killed them both. few of hairs on the bed sheet. jet waser heavily leaking..really anoying...wet everywhere..i think it is already broken...need to be replace you need to refill your drinking water at the restaurant, the hotel only provide 2 bottle per 1 night stay, sharp and strict.. unless you put another dollar in. and terrible parking lot. to tired to complaint....no repeat order

Totally new fresh building, just open less than 1 year ago. Location in front of Kebon Raya Bogor, on main street of Jalan Pajajaran, beside PMI Hospital. Minimalist style furnished. Although not spacious huge property, but they have excellent staf n services. Good tasty breakfast. We puts our customers to stay in here and they were very happy for all stuffs, food and services. Location is strategic. Alot of food around, across kebun raya bogor, and 5 minute walking to botani square mall. Room is very clean. Soundproof!!! My room is across the elevator and i don't hear any elevator ding or door sound at all. Receptionists are polite and helpful. Breakfast is just so so. But the ambience at the restaurant is very nice. Nothing to complain from Ibis chain operated by accor. Definitely must try and i will come back again.

I wish i could give it 5-stars but the only thing that annoys me is their bathroom is lil bit smelly and the towel seems unused for a long time thus it smells like a cockroach. The dishes on its restaurant is super delicious and highly recommended.

This quite new hotel is located just across the famous botanical garden, so the location is strategic. Near a mall, and bus stop / station. The room is clean, neat, and comfortable. Food is okay and delicious. It has western style breakfast and local cuisine. It's best value hotel.

There is a serious fault in the room bathroom drain system that allows bad smells into the bedroom. After complaint the staff always tried there best with nice smelling sprays but was temp fix and the smell returned after a short time. Other than that its a beutiful hotel but it spoiled our stay, i hope they can fix the problem.

Good points of the hotel is that, it situated at a very nice place, near to the Botanical garden and botani Square withing short walkable distance. The other things I enjoyed here the food, cycle service. The staff's are very good. Few things need I did not liked the sliding door, which can be opened when someone is still in washroom. No issues for me as I am alone. And hotel room needs maintenance.

There’s a sliding door that allows you to open up the sink area to the bed area. Breakfast is really good for just a small price too up (around 65000 I think), great variety and you can order additional drinks like latte and dragonfruit smoothie. Service is slightly slow for breakfast when ordering but if you’re not in a rush it’s okay. Great hotel to come back to after a tiring day. They didn’t allow showing before we decide to book the hotel but we went ahead anyway because of really good reviews from others. We viewed a hotel few minutes walk away from here but ibis was much more impressive even though it was more affordable. Not sure why the hotel is only 3-stars. It has 24/7 room service and laundry service, excellent customer service, gives me great confidence - only thing it didn’t have is a swimming pool but tbh it doesn’t really bother me. Very good location with lots of food nearby. Just beside the main road so you can easily catch a bus or cab anywhere if you want. It’s across from botanic gardens.

I really had a pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Pajajaran on a Friday night. This hotel is relatively new, having opened in 2021, as per the information received from the staff. The check-in process was quick, taking only 15-20 minutes, with assistance from Mr. Dwi at the reception. While waiting, i tried the buffet lunch priced at 150,000 IDR nett. The food was diverse, including typical Indonesian dishes from Bogor, a variety of desserts, and friendly restaurant staff. Around 2:30 PM, i entered the room on the 12th floor, with a view of the Bogor Botanical Gardens, thanks to Mr. Dwi for assigning me on a high-floor room. The welcome fruit also fresh & good quality. In the evening, i inquired about breakfast and local place like a good restaurant in Bogor, and Mr. Ariestya provided with friendly and helpful information. The next day, me & my wife had breakfast, which was available until 11 AM. Interestingly, they had an Indomie stall for breakfast. I would definitely return for another stay if i go to Bogor.

Three stars seems fitting since it's a three stars hotel. The experience is bare minimum, for a price range that is quite high. I specifically requested two non smoking rooms but both rooms reek of smoke even after the staff bring in the machine to clean the air. Staff and service is adequate. Would not recommend the breakfast, cold and very basic. Since you're in Bogor might as well enjoy the full culinary experience by going to local restaurants/coffee shop. Would not go back again.
