I just needed a basic room for an overnight stay. It was utilitarian but more than adequate. Actually, it was a well-appointed, streaming service, basic kitchenette with coffee machine. The bathroom had a tub and shower, washing machine, and clothes dryer. There are so many wonderful places to eat, shop, and be entertained nearby. Dandenong is the hub of cultural diversity in the southeast. I WILL BE BACK😉

The worst hotel in Dandenong . The beds were extremely uncomfortable which left me and my family members all with back pain . The showers were disgusting and dirty , the water pressure was appalling and it was connected to the toilet and the kitchen tap so if you were taking a shower and someone was to wash dishes you would get burnt badly by the boiling water . One the kids got burnt badly as well so if you have kids take them elsewhere . Staff were rude and most incompetent bunch of workers I have ever seen in my entire life , We would get yelled at on multiple occasions. Rooms were extremely dusty I woke up coughing most mornings due to throat pain caused by the amount of dust in the rooms, just run your finger across a fan blade and you’ll see what I mean . Underneath the beds in the room were filled with rubbish and mess . The public pool was dirty most of the time as none of the staff bothered to do there job and clean it . Honestly the worst experience . Please save your money and don’t do your self and your family the disservice of coming here .

Owner hassled my guests for bond and there id just to enter building. They withheld part of my bond for no reason as there was no damages to property. I do not recommend staying here its like a prison!

Wow, I stayed here because admin at work organised somewhere in Dandenong - I have to thank them for a great pick! The front desk were able to recommend WONDERFUL places for dinner and breakfast the next day (I'm not local to say the least), and I would have made the most of that pool if I was staying any longer!👍 All-in-all, it was a really friendly, relaxed and comfortable stay...a business trip to remember. Thank you so much!

I recently stayed at Quest Dandenong in Melbourne and, honestly, it was way better than I expected. From the get-go, the staff were super friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure my stay was comfortable. My room was pretty spacious and spotlessly clean, which was great to come back to after a day out. I loved how peaceful the place was too – perfect for chilling out. Plus, it's in a great spot, close to some cool places to eat and shop, so everything was super convenient. What really stood out for me was how helpful the staff were. They had some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do around Melbourne. You can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a good time. All in all, my time at Quest Dandenong was awesome. It's a solid choice whether you're in Melbourne for work or just to have fun. Definitely worth checking out!

We had a very pleasant stay here over the weekend, rooms are cosy, quiet and tidy, the apartment got all appliances that we can wash dishes and wash kids’ cloths, and we had great fun at the pool. Location is good too, close to Mt Dandenong for travel, Glen Waverley for shopping and dinning. We will definitely come back!

Normally I don't leave reviews but this place ticked every box on what a hotel should be. It's a family owned business and the owners took that extra step to make me feel as a valued customer. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to stay in the Easter suburbs in Melbourne.

I don't know what I was expecting, but I was certainly blown away. The hotel has a cosy B&B atmosphere, and the room I stayed in (1br) was fully equipped with anything I could possibly need for a long term stay. The bed was super comfy, and everything was almost freshly renovated. I only stayed one night, but I will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

My wife and I checked into the Quest Dandenong hotel last weekend. We were surprised that the rooms in the hotel were very clean and tidy. We are very grateful to the staff at the front,He gave us a lot of advice on restaurants and shopping. The location of the hotel is also very convenient, and they have their own private parking lot, which is really friendly to family travel by car like us. we will definitely come back again.

This hotel is by far the best and explains everything that a Hotel should be. My family and I stayed here for a whole week and we have enjoyed every bit of it! From the lovely people at the front desk to the housekeepers- you guys are the best! If you're ever in Dandenong or needing a hotel- BOOK with these guys, their service are everything and they even have a pool and Bbq 😊 Thank you Quest Dandenong for your amazing service! 😁

I stayed in a one bedroom executive apartment for a weekend to attend an event. The location was walking distance to the event, which was brilliant as I didn't have to worry about parking and there was a nice restaurant nearby too so 5 stars for the location. The room was dated, had seen better days and looked far from what I expected for an 'executive' apartment. The bathroom in particular was clearly showing it's age. There was a shower over bath, the sink looked like it was missing something and when you put the toilet seat up, it almost hit the old school single flush button on the wall. Having said that, it had a full dishwasher, full sized fridge/freezer, modern microwave, washing machine, dryer, split system heating/cooling and large tvs in both rooms. Although the bedding was a bit weird (flat sheet came off the mattress and the doona had no cover), the bed was quite comfortable and I slept well. Being next to the pool on the ground floor was nice but the noisy screaming kids using the pool definitely wasn't. The staff were all friendly and very helpful, especially since I didn't check in until 2am on the Saturday morning. Just like my stay at Quest Maribyrnong however, the phone signal in my room was very poor, so if I wanted to make a phone call, I had to leave my room. I'm starting to wonder if it has something to do with Quests buildings. Maybe they're insulated and sound proofed so well that they stop phone signals coming through? Who knows. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and recommend Quest Dandenong but next time I won't be booking the executive apartment and I will be asking for a room away from the pool. Hopefully it will make my stay a lot quieter and hopefully the other rooms have access to more updated facilities.

I have stayed here a number of times now as I come down for work and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are all so polite and are more than happy to assist with anything from needing more tea and coffee to suggesting the best places to eat locally. I have stayed at a few places but here is definitely my go to! Thanks heaps Quest Dandenong!

I had a 2 room apartment. It was spacious enough, it had a dining area as well as a lounge area. The apartment had two bathrooms. The smaller one with a shower. The larger one was an ensuite to one of the rooms, it had a shower over bath and a laundry area. The kitchen seemed to be well appointed and to have enough crockery, however I didn't check the cooking utensils. The bed was comfortable enough. The sheets were a little hard, they were brand new sheets, and were very nice and white! Off street parking is open to the public and not secure at all. Pool was a nice touch. They use keys here, instead of electronic cards. I'd stay here again, but it was expensive.

Quest..... My temporary home for the next 4 to 6 weeks, has everything I need in a perfect location. Checking in was quick and easy, very friendly staff, lovely receptionist's, more than accommodating house keepers. Highly recommended. *****

The staff here are very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. The room/apartment was perfect. I stayed for a month working night shifts and so they ensured that the room was serviced to fit in with my work and having to sleep during the day. They went of their way to help me whenever needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Felt extremely uncomfortable due to staff's attitude towards myself, which was a shame, as the actual Studio Apartment was quite beautifully presented. Sadly this book had it's cover judged, meaning that I will not be a returning Guest, nor will I be using the Quest Chain for either myself or my employees frequent work trips in the future.

Wonderful hotel. We had a 2 night escape at the end of the school holidays. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Small bottle of wine on arrival as I’d had a long trip. Honey from a staff member as he is a bee keeper. The kids were so impressed as was I. So much to do close by for entertainment!

I just spent 9 days at Quest Dandenong. The staff were so helpful and friendly. I had a stressful start with flight cancellations from Perth, on arrival on Sat night the heating in my room wasn't working, I contacted the night manager who came down immediately to assist me. The next day, I was upgraded to a room with heating. The rooms were spotless and spacious. The free Wi-Fi was great, the free on site parking was awesome. The location was central yet quiet. Thank you so much Quest Dandenong. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hopefully get the chance to come back. 5 STARS

I stayed here for 3 months while working in Australia! The rooms - clean and tidy and nice and spacious they even had a dishwasher which was great. Bathroom and toilet was nice clean and modern. The room also had aircon and a fan in the bedroom. The hotel - Great location it’s only 20/30 minute drive from all of Melbournes main tourist sites and beaches. It also has its own private parking for guests. The staff - All the staff are extremely friendly and make you feel welcome. The guys at the desk are always happy to help with any problems or just have a chat if you want to speak to someone. The cleaners are friendly and trustworthy always left my room nice and clean and tidy! The pool - The pool is always kept clean and the area nice and tidy! They have tables and chairs for you to chill out in the sun and have a nice can of fosters. They even have a barbecue for all guests to use which is nice to chuck some shrimp on the barbi on a nice day or evening! Overall I had a great time staying here and would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about staying in the area. 10/10 from the new business owners!

Quest Dandenong is such a beautiful hotel. Clean spacious rooms, close to the markets and the staff made us feel so welcome. Our little ones also loved it and we were able to use one of their port a cots so we didn't need to bring one with us. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will certainly be back in the future.

The location of the hotel is perfect for my trip, convenient to access and close to local shops & Dandenong hospital. The amenities provided were more than enough for a weeks stay. Check-in process was simple and amazing staff at reception. Rooms were spotless & this will be our place to stay when travelling as it’s great value.

😐 Tried this place and my experience was not that great. The food quality is not good & taste is below average. Not sure why this place is famous when there are many restaurants that serve great Indian food with quality, quantity & price.
