Stayed at crown many times and the service is great, but my recent trip put me in hospital after i caught a staph infection from their room / pool area which was confirmed from hospital staff. I'm a fit and healthy 30 yr old. Still location and service of the hotel is 5 star.

I loved staying here. The housekeeping staff looked after me so beautifully. I felt like royalty!! I slept like a queen in the comfortable bed. All the staff are great. Amazing view. Amazing place. I loved every minute ✨️ My room overlooked the river and it was beautiful seeing the city lights.

This place will make you feel like royalty! The rooms are amazing. They have everything you could possibly need even a safe! My favourite parts are the window ledge seat (mid to higher floors), the layout of the bathroom & the tv in the bathtub. I always watch my favourite show Frasier in the bath whenever I can.

Like most venues in Melbourne, Crown Towers relies on extensive marketing to cover up just how extremely lackluster it truly is. While the luxurious lobby, nice rooms and amenities (namely the pool and gym) certainly may support its status as a 5-star hotel, the service is akin to that of a 1-star hotel. From snobby attitudes and condescending tones to downright incompetence, the majority of staff we interacted with seemed to wish they were somewhere else, and for future patrons of the Crown Towers that mistakenly make a booking here, I sincerely hope those staff members follow that wish. The free upgrade we received from Deluxe to Premier on arrival was a nice touch, however having to call up multiple times to have our room serviced on two nights was very disappointing. The defensive nature of the guests services staff and suggestion that our "Do Not Disturb" light was on while we were exploring the city was also not welcome. I do have to give credit to the staff though for going truly above and beyond by incorrectly charging us a parking fee after we checked out. After calling up to inquire the incorrect charges and speaking briefly with a disinterested "Cassandra", the much more helpful "Kit" was able to sort it out for us. However, the explanation that the parking fee was likely charged due to the cardholder on our booking having the same surname as another guest that utilised the parking services is absolutely unacceptable. To be told "Because the surname is Li, another person with the surname Li would have used the parking and so you were charged" is preposterous and potentially discriminatory. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Mohammeds and Kevin Nguyens that stay at Crown Towers. For a hotel run by a casino, it seems that falsely charging its patrons is likely not "human error" but "human nature". I would not recommend anyone stay at Crown Towers until the price is reduced to match the quality of the service or it becomes a completely contactless experience. Even the homeless man with the speaker has better interpersonal skills than the staff here. For the free upgrade and owning up to the mistake of the incorrect charge, I give Crown Towers 1 star. For everything else, there's Mr Li's MasterCard.

In two words "Absolute Luxury" the Crown Towers Melbourne is a must visit, add to your bucket list. The luxurious rooms will not disappoint, spectacular views of the city and river. The swimming pool is magnificent, cabanas, loungers, refreshments infinity pool, magnificent gym. The staff pamper to all your needs. The luxury shops and casino encompassed within the hotel only adds to the Luxury. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Visit/book for the experience.

Lowered its colours as Melbourne’s top venue after my visit last night! Rahini the car park Marshall dressed like a sheriff was awful and obnoxious to me when I was purely collecting and delivering some items of importance for the Taylor Swift management. I was initially helped with unloading my vehicle and when I was waiting for other items to take was admonished by this storm trooper in disguise. She needs to be trained in how to treat guests that’s for sure as was not nearly the quality a venue touting itself to be number one should be. The rooms may be great but the service at front is awful.

Underwhelming room and views. The room is clearly very old and used many times, carpet has been stained and ripped up at parts. View from the studio room was of a dirty rooftop, certainly not the 5 star river view they advertise as, especially when you're paying over $500 for a night in such a room. Service and staff was good.

I stayed at Crown from the 1st to the 3rd October 23. Great stay and terrific facility however I was charged for $100 of mini bar charges that weren’t mine. I called twice requesting a refund and was told it would be sorted - two weeks later still not refunded.

It was a very beautiful and excellent place, it was at a high level in terms of cleanliness, it was very easy to access the amenities, and the service was very good and excellent. My family and I were there for two nights and we had a great time and we hope to be able to visit again. let's go there!

Always amazing. Something for everyone staying at crown. Loads of entertainment and food options. Pools & spa are always great for the kids. Especially so at Christmas time with Santa on the hour meaning low queues for the family pics. Suites at Crystal Club make things even more special with stunning high tea, great range of items during afternoon tea, forgivable even if service was a little slow on the cocktails & their breakfast being made fresh to order. Never disappoints.

We paid $1058 for two nights stay, while out for dinner the cleaners came and made the bed, they also decided to change the thermostat in the room to ridiculously hot, we tried to turn it to cooler air but it would cool down, we suffered all night till 4am, at this point we called the front desk and she advised how to cook the room down and that it will take 25 minutes, still didn’t cool down so suffered till 8am, called front desk and asked for the money back for one of the nights stay as we had no sleep and we were exhausted and all of this because for some unknown reason the cleaners interfered with the thermostat. The duty manager then proceeded to tell us that he would cover the valet parking cost of $120 because that the maximum value we would reimburse but offer us an upgrade next time we booked ………. This was not our first time to book with crown and it has become a bit of tradition to book often enough, now that we know our value is only worth $120 to them when we spent so much in that hotel we will never ever book with this hotel again. NEVER. They don’t value their customers so we will spend our money elsewhere.

We recently stayed at Crown Towers for our anniversary and enjoyed the location in accessibility to the city. We had a beautiful suit overlooking the river and city which as gorgeous. Unfortunately when we arrived at our room after checking in our key didn’t work, house keeping tried but we’re unable to open the door also. We tried calling the customer support from their phone at the elevator but it didn’t work so we needed to wait for someone else to come and open the room for us. Thankfully the issue with our room key was resolved and we were given a replacement. We will be back again I’m sure.

I went there for breakfast this morning at the Conservatory. It was great walking around and looking through the stores. Crown Towers is an excellent venue to relax at and enjoy being in Melbourne. I suggest getting the Crown membership rewards card, when you're inside. As all stores and places you make purchases inside gives you points. The Crown is still reasonably central, so easy to walk everywhere. It's a great place to spend time in. I suggest trying the hotel. I've been advised that the rooms are amazing.

There are not enough bands playing in the casino. It used to be fun & a band was always playing in the big room near the lumia bar where there used to be a DJ playing Staff on the gaming tables were very, very polite, fun & helpful when they explained how the game was played Beautiful displays of the Chinese New Year animals in the foyer where the big staircase is The toilets were exceptionally clean New gaming rules, which is good to avoid gambling addictions, with a Max of 3 hours on a machine, and you need to take a 15 min break away from the machine Partner kept forgetting he needed to remove his membership card & lost 2 cards that evening, but luckily, no one can use them as your membership card has a pin # you need to login with The security staff were awesome & friendly, not like the staff they used to have at the casino entrances that were grumpy & grouchy looking, and they couldn't even crack a smile! The security staff that were on when my partner & I were there, were awesome!!

Overall had a great time and made our experience to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary memorable but there were some areas of improvement identified. The highlights were; 1. Nice room in general with great view 2. Crystal Club fantastic! Staff great, food and ambience great, and made the reservation package excellent value for money 3. The Atlantic was also great. Food enjoyable and staff fun! Lowlights; 1. It took over 1.25 hours to collect our luggage after checkout at 11. Was advised at least 4 times (11am, 11:20. 11:40, 12 midday) that would we transferred to the lobby immediately but didn’t eventuate. 2. The complimentary bottle of champagne was later found to be only $10 on the market. Cmon Crown, that’s really poor! 3. Nothing special arranged for our occasion, especially after being told beforehand that “there would be” 4. The stains in the room on the sofa and wall were poor, and the mirror in the main room not cleaned properly. Need to be better especially with money paid and reputation

This was our second stay at crown towers and we had a good time. We stayed premier deluxe twin room on level 26 with beautiful views. Room was decent and the facilities were decent. Our coffee machine in the room wasn't working. Valet parking was good and made it stress free. Highly recommend the place for a special night out.

Room was beautiful and clean, great view from our room, pool and spa were busy but was school holidays, clean and easy to access and pool towels provided. Great location easy access to casino gaming floor, restaurants and for court. Friendly staff ready to check in and out

Really great staycation. The twin room was perfect and spacious. Christmas decorations was amazing for the kids to enjoy. So nice to walk around and have so much options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The best part is the pool time

Crown Towers went above and beyond for our stay. I rang at 2am after hitting a kangaroo and getting my car towed, I needed an emergency hotel room and they were fantastic in accommodating us. The manager gave us complimentary late check out so we could get a few extra hours sleep. The room was beautiful with a wonderful breakfast. All service was 5 star, very attentive. Would recommend for a special night out in Melbourne!

Whoa! I had the best time ever here! Got this place for a terrific price at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I enjoyed this hotel and I'm so grateful I stayed here for less than what I generally pay. Beautiful hotel, only reserved for those of us who can afford to stay right on top of the casino.

An amazing room and experience. We had the premier suite which was beautiful with its 180 degree views of the city, luxurious bathroom with a TV in the bath and spacious bedroom. Guest service staff were delightful and made the experience feel top class. There is so much to do in the complex or a short distance. The only negative is that the windows were a bit dirty which dulled the view.

Arrived at our room only to find black mould in our bathroom. We got moved to another room…. Also had black mould in the bathroom but also had a stain on one of the robes and rubbish in the room. Very disappointed as we thought our night at crown towers would be a luxury night (for our anniversary) but instead it was more of a hassle trying to call around to get the problem resolved. All they gave us was a free bottle of champagne. We ended up having to leave at around 9pm and go back home and just got an upgrade for the next time we stay (still have to pay base rate). A few days later we called to speak to them again about more compensation, we had dinner that night so they said they’ll get someone to call back after 8pm. After dinner I had a missed call at 7:15pm and they never tried to call back after that. Extremely poor customer service and experience overall.

Maggots in the oysters 🤮 Room service 🤷🏼‍♀️ For room service, I ordered room service for my daughter and me, the night of my 50th. We got fresh oysters & club sandwich. No joke, there was a worm/maggot in one of the oysters. We alerted room service and they downplayed the incident & credited us for the meal. My daughter now is nauseated by the mention of seafood or the incident. It’s sad that an otherwise great night was tainted by such a traumatic meal experience. Being brushed off after such a serious misstep by the kitchen was a big turnoff.

Fantastic night here, first time staying and really enjoyed our time. We were upgraded by the Crown team which was such a fantastic surprise! The Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. The Valet were great and helpful and it made me feel very fancy! Ha The room was amazing, very spacious, had tech opions for room service, facilities etc The bed was Soooo comfortable, you just sink in like a cloud and with options to choose your pillows! The rain shower was so good too, really relaxing and great pressure. Got to use the pools which were so large, they have a steam room and we got to use one of the cabanas as well. Definitely not something we could do all the time as it is on the pricey end for accommodation options in the city. They really made our first experience pretty darn great, though! Thank you.

I could not say enough good things about my experience at Crown Hotel. The presentation was exquisite, and the service was impeccable. Sure, a weekend there is an expensive venture, but your dollars are not wasted by any means. I look forward to sharing the experience again in the future.

I paid $700 for my room my view was on a dirty roof! I could of stayed at a hotel for half the price with a better view. I left after 6 hours I could not use the spa with my partner this was not advertised! Then crown charged me parking after paying $700 I’m very disappointed not happy and would not recommend at all. The photo is the view you will get for $700

Crown towers was an amazing experience. 5 star service. The room was large and professionally decorated. We had breakfast at the conservatory and the food was top quality. We highly recommend staying at Crown, not overpriced for what you experience.

I can't complain! High class 5 stars hotel for me and my children, superb service and assistants by Crown Towers Hotel. Rooms and bed are huge and indoor swimming pools was totally amazing my kids enjoyed it ❤️❤️❤️. Now that we permanently live in Melbourne, this is our weekends getaway staying in the city, just loving the place so much. Deluxe King/Twin rooms are nice, reasonably comfortable beds and marvellous bathrooms. Staff in the reception area need to find a personality as they were extremely blunt and only said what they had to say. Very overpriced for what you get. I wouldn't pay anymore than $250 - $300 per night. Crown Metropol is a more affordable option for a room of the same size and just as nice.

A nice place and a great location. Last month I got a great opportunity to visit Melbourne on my business trip, and it was also my first time in Australia. My friend took me around the city center and catched up with other friends in Crown Towers. It's easy to get lost in the tower, and staffs helped us a lot.

Visited Crown Towers again after a break from staying there and must commend them on the improved cleanliness of their rooms and surrounds in the hotel and responsive service my daughter and I experienced this time around. Will definitely not leave it so long again between stays based on this visit. Highly recommend staying at Crown Towers for their impressive clean rooms, extremely comfortable beds ensuring a good night's sleep and the breakfast at the Conservatory has also raised the bar since our last visit - the food was exceptional, offering a wide choice of delicious, fresh foods for even the fussiest with responsive customer service from attending staff second to none! Thank you for providing vanilla ice cream when it wasn't readily available - my daughter and I had been craving pancakes with strawberries and vanilla ice cream since arriving in Melbourne and the Conservatory's offering rivalled anything a competitor could offer!

Stayed a night for our anniversary thinking we would have a nice quiet romantic night. The staff went above and beyond but our sleep was ruined. There were kids screaming until 3:30am. Then a man was throwing up next door to us at about 4am. Worst sleep ever. We ended up having a very pricey 1 1/2 hours sleep.

We went to Crown Towers for my partner’s 50th birthday. Crown Towers is rated 5 star and is the more expensive of the 3 hotels at Crown Melbourne. Definitely not 5 star. The room was dusty. The carpet was filthy. We couldn’t even walk bare feet in the room. It was so unhygienic. The furniture was old and outdated and has marks and scrapings on them. The service from staff was so poor. I pleaded to change rooms and I was told by the duty manager that there weren’t any availability in any of the 3 hotels at crowns and even if there was, all the rooms are the same. He said he can compensate by giving us a nice bottle of French champagne. I told him that it was my partners 50th and it wasn’t about the champagne. He doesn’t even drink champagne. Yes we did find a bottle of champagne and 2 small blocks of dark chocolate in our room. It was an Australian sparkling wine that one can purchase from Dan Murphy’s for $8. I spoke to 3 duty managers. 2 on that night and 1 two days later. I sent a feedback to Crown Towers regarding our experience with room and services. If I was alone that night, I would have walked out as I didn’t want to stay in that filth. However, I didn’t have the heart to say to my partner to leave. As soon as he saw the room, he said to me, “this isn’t a 5 star. This is more like a 3 star. I agree. Crown Towers failed to provide what they advertise for on their website.

Stayed here as a mini break with my family. Melbourne is a beautiful city and this hotel makes the most of it with great views across the river Yarra. Location is terrific in Southbank with a tram right out front. Room was a good size with two large beds, loads of pillows, turndown service (with chocolate and slippers). Very comfortable. 3 chairs, a desk, small dressing area, the BEST stocked bar, dressing gowns. Bathroom is large with 2 sinks, separate bath with TV (my daughter stayed in the bath forever), great shower etc. Concierge and check in was warm and friendly, everywhere was clean. Pool area was not bad, short on beds though and no atmosphere etc. However it was clean and a good size, gets very busy so be warned. We had a very good stay and would recommend it.

Stayed at Crown Towers Melbourne and was thoroughly impressed with the luxurious accommodations and impeccable service. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Highly recommended for a premium experience in the heart of the city.

Room was great and check in was fast as there wasn’t a queue. Had a room not on the high floor and thus view was passable. Not a gambler and thus just went around the casino for fun! Gym was not crowded but pool is. Everything in the room was great till a want for afternoon coffee and the machine doesn’t work like it’s meant to be in the room. Disappointing not able to get my coffee. Otherwise ample choices for food and the walk along the river was fantastic. Valet parking was busy so waited for a while at check out.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels in Melbourne even we are from Melbourne. But we always love to spend a night or two in CBD for different experiences. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the valet parking staff and they helped us to get our car sorted when we did the check in. We were upgraded to the Premier Room and that was really nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a great evening here, which obviously also added up to the experience and definitely come back again! Thank you! 🙂

Excellent choice for a luxury getaway for the anniversary. We spent a couple of nights on one of the higher levels and were very impressed with the quality of the room and amenities. We aren't gamblers but had dinners booked for two nights and then spent some time at the arcade and Kingpin before going home. Great customer service, however we did only take one item out of the minibar on first night (a coke) and upon checkout was nearly charged $85 for a small bottle of champagne we noticed was added to the minibar on our second day (we don't drink it). Good thing we manually checked out or we would have bee charged for something we never had. That kind of thing shouldn't really happen in such a high end hotel to be honest. Perhaps room service need to be a little more attentive with such things, however overall our stay was excellent and we are long life customers of Crown Hotels in general and enjoyed our first experience at the Towers. Great views and lovely artwork throughout the building.

It was on of the best buffet that I have tried in Melbourne. It was a good veriety of seafood and enough options for who doesn’t like seafood. Drink was not inclusive. My husband booked here for our 4th anniversary. I highly recommend if you like seafood.

We've spent two nights at Crown Towers for my husband's 65 birthday. I can't thank enough everyone who was involved. Everything I've asked about was done to the last detail. We stayed in Studio Room on the 26th floor with view of the city which is amazing. Room service is fantastic, food is great, bathroom is magnificent, hotel's location is the best in Melbourne. Check-in and out were a breeze. If you want something special don't think too hard. Crown Towers is the answer.

It started off good and it was downhill from there. Also, don’t make a complaint about house keeping. There is retribution. I was in a predicament one afternoon and the doorbell was rang. I called out very loudly and consistently not to come. As the door started opening, I yelled out even louder not to come in. Didn’t make a difference. Door was opened wide and the way the mirrors are, everything is viewed from the door and hallway. I yelled out again not to come in and shut the door. So, the door closes and I hear talking and surprise surprise, the door opens again and someone walks in to leave a towel and two little chocolates…. Seriously…. So, once I composed myself, I raised this concern with concierge who said they’d pass it on to their manager to which I said fine and advised that I was going to dinner. A couple of hours later, I get a call, which ended up being from the duty manager. In any event, not a discussion I wanted to have over dinner with work colleagues. Next morning, I called the number left and it was a voice to text voicemail and I left my details. 4 hours later, no response, I called again and the same situation. Still till today, no call back. Not great management and follow up if a complaint. Clearly they don’t care or have a process. To top it off, when I got back to the hotel, it was half made up. Towels were missing, amenities not replenished (which had been for the last 3 days) and to add to it, but not of consequence, one of the peanut jars in the mini bar was expired. Lesson learnt. Don’t raise a complaint as it won’t be taken seriously, no matter the predicament they put you in and your room will suffer. Not what I expected from a hotel that says it’s 5 stars. This event really took it out of it. I’ll stick to my Park/Grand Hyatt. They’ve always followed through.

Had the worst experience ever, checked in the executive club suite, the room was disgusting, blood on towels, remaining food crumbs from the previous people, opened water bottle, lighter from the previous people left under the bed. In my opinion one star is too much. We been promised for upgrade for future booking by 3 workers, and we booked 6 months later but unfortunately the upgrade promise was a was a lie, we arrived and we been told we have to pay extra the customer service was absolutely disgusting, they cancelled our booking, ruined our anniversary and plans for the 2 days. On the way home we called the manger and he was even worse when we try to explain what had happened he hang the phone on our face. Never saying there anymore so disappointed.

Our experience here has been great overall. Staff were friendly and were able to fix some mix ups with our 3rd party booking app. Kudos to the staff for handling that well! The rooms were spacious enough for 4 adults and offered amazing views of the city. Don’t forget to avail of their buffet breakfast which is so good. Lots of choices there and of really good quality. Will definitely recommend the hotel. Pricey but worth it.

Your 2 night stay policy is appalling. I tried booking a 1 night stay for the 27.8.22 and was told I need to book 2 nights minimum. Considering I'm a return customer who has stayed many times in the past, this felt like a cash grab rather than customer service. You may have a beautiful hotel however you have just lost a customer. I will spend my money elsewhere on another 5-star accommodation. Poor form Crown

Crown Towers is great when everything works within normal parameters. As soon as you require any staff within the complex to do anything, or provide advice on anything other than their specific job parameters they shut down in fear! I found the staff so restricted by Crown rules that I felt bad for them. Staff are just restricted drones in a huge organization. Never again. Go else ware for quality service at better value!

Hands down, one of the best accommodation options in Melbourne CBD. The staff were friendly and helpful. It seemed they may have been understaffed as we had to call multiple times to request the same service… Nonetheless, the staff were approachable and willing to help. The rooms were modern and clean. The pool and gym facilities was 10/10. Crown Spa was 10/10. The massage packages were definitely worth the time and money. So relaxing and rejuvenating. The valet parking was reliable. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the CBD. A short walking distance to transportation, shopping, hospitality and culinary options, and iconic Melbourne landmarks. Definitely an experience worth having.

I love staying at Crown Towers but they really need to give the rooms an update especially the Villas that are now run down the last 1 i stayed in had a cracked tile they covered with a towel that is not 5 star and the furniture is getting dated. The staff are always fantastic but i won't pay that much again for a villa that is old and run down. The pool needs a hot spa as it's very cold the pool it should be heated and spa should be hot it would be nice if they updated the pool area.

Second time staying at Crown Towers, but this time I took my 4 year old. The room was find but missed the window seat and day lounge from the previous room I had. Beds are super soft, a little soft for me but I'm fussy with mattresses. The pillows are great though! Annoying lighting, we wanted just a few lights on near the desk but couldn't work it out, so ended up with just the lamp on. Which wasn't quite enough light for what we needed. Toiletries were not replaced during our stay, but got some extras when they came to turn the beds down (both times my daughter was fast asleep already so I just grabbed the stuff at the door) Considering we booked for 3 people, only 2 robes, bottles of water, chocolates etc were in the room. Lucky she is 4 and didn't fit in the robe, but if there was another adult someone would have been without. The room service was quick and tasty, although a glass of iced water would have been a nice touch as well. Rooms are looking a little tired, good condition but tired. Only real room issue was the slowness of the bath filling up! The pool is amazing, my daughter spent about 8 hours in it during our stay. It's big so even when it's crowded it doesn't feel it. Lots of beds and towels available. We picked up a few loose tiles and put them on the side which I thought was a little dangerous. Also the ramp to the top level doesn't actually go to the bottom level? So not sure how you're meant to get a pram up there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I'm sure we'll have another city staycation soon!! Something to be aware of is it seemed most of the local restaurants are closed Monday and Tuesdays, which means very limited food options on those days.

We only stayed for 2 nights but boy oh boy were we spoilt rotten! Three of the staff members were particularly exceptional; Cham, Mesky and Arisa! Cham’s smile will fill you with infectious happiness and Mesky was always so keen for a chat and was such a lovely woman! The food and beverages in the Crystal Club were beyond amazing and we will definitely be back!!

I recently stayed at Crown Towers Melbourne, and it was a truly unique experience. The hotel emanates luxury and elegance in every way. My accommodation had stunning views of the lively town. Crown Towers Melbourne is a must-see for an amazing experience.

Had 2 nights at the crown, great room, staff friendly, could not fault anything. View from the room was beautiful and loved the tv in the bathroom. Went for a swim in the pool. It was a bit more than what we usually spend on a motel but it was worth a few nights of luxury. Would love to come back, i will keep an eye on special deals.

This hotel is excellent!!! The rooms are large, lovely, and immaculate. No matter the hour or the nature of the request, the staff was always kind and accommodating. They have provided us with outstanding customer service throughout our stay. The bed was quite comfy, and the room was nicely designed. Breakfast was alright. I appreciate your excellent service. I definitely recommend this beautiful place!❤️❤️

Hard to fault the rooms and facilities, which are great - in line with the price. Great location right next to Southbank and very closer to CBD. Very family friendly nowadays, with occasional great deals. Loses some stars for customer service: check-in and -out were easy and smooth, but breakfast (you need to book your breakfast arrival time because of density limits) wasn't the best - the man who led us to our table didn't bother to all us whether we wanted any coffees, so we waited, but no staff came to ask. I eventually had to ask a staff member who was walking the floor. The people on the table next to us got their coffees only when they were leaving, they said 45 minutes later. The hotel also stung me $7.00 for a bag of chips from the minibar, which we never had. On receiving my folio, I called the front desk eight times to query the charge, but either never got through or was hung up on immediately. I ended up emailing, but haven't got a reply to date. I called a ninth time and finally got it resolved really quickly, if only they'd answered the first time. Check your invoice carefully! Left a slightly disappointing taste in what was otherwise a lovely stay.

Fantastic stay at crown towers! The service was great and the staff are so friendly and attentive. We loved their pool facilities and there's a lot to do in the hotel precinct. Lots of bar and dining options.

My partner and I always stay here when we come to Melbourne. Honestly one of my favourite hotels ever, so luxurious, so clean. The rooms with the benches in the window are so lovely to sit, look out and have a cup of tea. Service is amazing! Every detail is great like the bathroom amenities (hair ties for girls) love it!

I found they were very covid safe. You had to show your vaccination certificate before you could enter the gaming area. Everything was being cleaned constantly. The food was absolutely delicious. I would happily go back.

This is a great hotel; spacious, beautiful rooms and top-notch cleanliness. Staff were very pleasant and helpful no matter the time or the request. They have sprinkled our stay with some incredible customer service. The room was well decorated, and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was OK. Thank you for the great service!

We arrived at 2.00pm (check in time) the room wasn’t ready for another 1.5 hours. The room was dirty and missing the items from the package we purchased I was told on arrival that the last serving time for breakfast at the Conservatory was 10.30am when we arrived everything was packed away and nothing could be done. The staff member from the Conservatory said they will arrange a refund and let the front desk know. Upon checkout there was no notes in the system and no refund was issued. They did however acknowledge that a staff member from another hotel was filling in and I was given the wrong information about the breakfast times. I basically paid and received nothing in return. Extremely disappointed in the “luxury experience”.

Wonderful hotel and comfortable beds. The room is spacious and has tv in the bathtub. Big walk in showers and nice view of the city out the window. It is in a great location to visit the city. Walking along the river is a must. The hotel and casino alone has tons to offer. This place is huge and a must see in Melbourne! You can walk and jump on the tram to tour the city from here as well. Just cross over the bridge into the city. You can get lost in this casino if you haven't been before. Loved my morning walks around this place because if you look up you can see hot air balloons.

Originally we were planning to visit Singapore but due to flight costs being out of control we decided to stay local and booked a getaway at Crown Towers instead. Wow! Everything was absolutely fantastic from the room, to the room service, the turn down service and koko black chocolates each night it was fantastic. We also added the crystal club to our stay and it was well worth the value.

Amazing 3 night stay in the premier suite with my husband and 8 month old daughter. Only downside was the room wasn’t cleaned til very late in the day which was a bit inconvenient. Lovely room and loved the staff very attentive and accomodating.

There are way better places to stay than Crown. For $550 per night you expect greatness, but the service is average and the room wasn't that tidy. Still never heard back from the management team about any of my complaints. Do yourself a favour and stay at the W!

Originally booked for one night in the studio room but last minute wanted to book 2 nights new years eve, and the day before new years eve being $2000 new years eve and the night before $873 same room .once we got to crown we were so disappointed on room size so we spoke to staff to get bigger room because there were 4 of us plus baby. they couldn't get for us on the first night but on new years eve they could so they told us at 11am the next day they will get someone to go to room and pick up luggage and transfer to premier room, and of course no show so went down to lobby and they had told us we can't change until 3pm I then asked for my money back as we felt that we weren't getting full use of the premier room especially when your paying over $2200 for 1 night .So on the first night 2 of us slept on the floor due to no roll out beds were delivered after asking staff several times and all they could say is sorry and we will give you back the money for the roll out beds .We really thought we were going to have an absolute experience in a life time but were very disappointed 😞 the money this hotel makes and all they could say is sorry shame on you crown you wrecked our night on new years eve

😐 Food tastes great 👍 they sure love their spices and I like the kick of it. Fish and pork tacos were great but chorizo taco wasn't good because of the rubbery texture skin. It was unpleasant to eat.
