I had two amazing experiences at Target Greensborough with Angela. First time she helped me find a product that I was looking for quite some time and made sure I have everything I need. On the second occasion I was hoping to find her as I needed help to find out the difference between two products and there she was! I don’t often shop at Target but I’m definitely going back if that’s the level of customer service I can get there.

Today I had a disappointing experience at Target that left me with a negative impression of the store, primarily due to the behaviour of the store's manager, Erin. It was disheartening to witness her unprofessional conduct and disrespectful treatment of the staff and customers during my visit. Her negative attitude was palpable as it was disheartening to witness a manager, who should be leading by example, engage in such unprofessional behaviour. I personally observed her interacting with customers in an abrupt and dismissive manner, failing to provide the level of service one would expect from a manager. Her condescending tone and lack of genuine care were clear indicators of her unprofessionalism. Sad.

Poor service. Grumpy staff member when I asked to be served. Then the paper role got stuck and she had to pull the machine apart. Then another staff member put the roll in backwards. Took 10 to 15 mins to get a receipt for one item. Staff obviously not trained well enough. Next time I will go to a place that has service, it will be quicker.

Target unfortunately has gone down the track of what I call "No Names" Just looking at their products you can see the quality is not great. I think they're definitely on the wrong track. Whoever their buyers are I wouldn't get them to buy a box of tissues. A cemetery has more traffic going through than their store. Get back to selling products that people know & have confidence in.

I shop at Target Greensborough often. This time I was extremely happy with the customer service from a great young lady, Jennifer. She not only helped with my refund, but went out of her way to find me the correct size shoe I wanted for my daughter in-law that was not on the shelf. I have not received this experience in a long time, and wanted to pass on my many thanks for this extra special service. Especially with the new self serve being put in, which is a real shame.

An old and run down store, still look like 1990s. I think it used to be Myer at that location and nothing been done to bring it up to today's standard. The store assistant was nice and helpful, but a very empty store with hardly any customers. Overall a very sad experience

I was in and out from the car park into target with my toddler and 7 month old. The toy section was overwhelming but so clean! Dealt with a staff there and he was fantastic. He directed me to where I wanted to go...I think I would have been there all day if I didn't ask. Went to pay on level 3 of target and boy did the lady who was at the register needed to think about how she spoke to me! Just because I was shocked about the price of each car and then I had to google if I could get it cheaper else but the way she asked me' do you still want it?' was quite a rude tone! There was no one in the line behind me 🤣! I just asked her if she could scan the item to double check the price 🤦

The customer service given by Angela at this store today was amazing. So friendly and helpful with helping me save money using my fly by dollars (no one has ever showed me how to do this before). Thanks Angela (review made by Hayley)

Target Greensborough, great store, with plenty of choices in all areas. Other stores I've been to in my area are limited in some stock items , and alot of target stores have closed . So I will travel to Greensborough when I need to shop for my family gifts.

Great place to shop. Excellent customer service. Ask for Zahlia. She is exceptional!

Not bad. Good range of products; arguably better than Kmart however a bit more expensive. I don't especially like that the store is over more than one level, but it's not a deal breaker.

Went here yesterday for a couple new clothing items, massive range. The quality of the clothing was excellent. However, to my surprise, they had mostly moved to self serve since my last visit, which was a while ago as I don’t live in the area. The lady at the self serve checkouts was very helpful.

A lot more expensive than target and not a lot better in quality, multiple storeys with an elevator and stepped escalators. The sections are pretty large and usually pretty stocked up

I hope there will not be checkpoints or ( a person) when customers buy something from the store. I think if we have a bag 🎒 🛄 that has a target brand or logo, it is remarkably enough that customers talk and pay for the items in front of staff before they leave the store.

I had a wonderful experience at target yesterday and was helped out by a very nice woman named Elizabeth. Elizabeth was so friendly, I highly recommend!!!!

One of the biggest Target's sound, across two levels you'll find lots of great products - particularly homewares!

Had a really great experience yesterday. We rang up to check on our click and collect order. Although it did take a little while to get through the people who picked up were so lovely and helpful. A girl picked up and transferred us to Sam in layby he told us everything we needed to know including exactly how long it was going to take before we could pick up our order! It was ready the same day we ordered! We headed down and (presumably) Sam was quick to get our order to us and had such a great attitude! Thanks Sam for helping us out!

Not bad but compared to other large budget stores such as kmart and big w. It has limited choice and is very overpriced.

Love the range of products, reasonably priced, good quality and ‘Click and Collect’ is awesome. Did you know this is the biggest Target store in Australia?

My girlfriend loves to shop for kids clothes at target. Overall better quality but not enough boys clothes to choose from.

Helpful, friendly organised staff, Good value product. Did have to wait a few minutes on the phone when making the initial inquiry about the availability of the product, possibly due to staff shortages due to Covid 19.

Your shoes hurt my feet, and now I find it hard to stomp waffles. Neat selection of books though.

I asked directions for kids accessories. One of the girls at the cashier in the middle of the store near the escalators was guessing where it could be. I told her I really didn't want to do 60 laps of Target before I find what I'm looking for so she directed me to the girl at the front of the store that welcomes people in. She was on the money, however, the kids accessories are not altogether. Some are near Layby, some are in the women's accessories section. Wouldn't it make more sense to have it in the kids section??

Didn't have what I wanted .very cheap shop .very big store .

I went on a Friday night. Very quiet. Only one person on register upstairs and one only downstairs. Slow service. Great prices..lots of specials.

Can never find a staff member, and if you spot one, chase them down quick, they're out of there so fast! But you're going to have questions, because the prices are often different on the tags vs the racks and then again when you get to the register...may the price difference be ever in your favour (but don't count on it).

The staff need training not to nudge you out of the way while trying to see something on the shelf while they're trying to replace something, pretty rude! But the shop is great itself and check out staff always great

This store I find is always well stocked. Its a shame the whole plaza seems to have just died. Regardless, we love going here.

I really hope the change to complete self checkout and no more friendly assisted staff check-out is not a permanent one. People still like the human interaction 😔 Also no bags in sight.

Great store with with a big variety of men's and women's clothing . Has a lot of parking as it is in the Greensborough shopping centre . Their self service rubbish . No help from the young people at the registers near by either . I won't be rushing back .

Haven't been to target in ages. Just doesn't look very inviting and sharp anymore. Just looked dull, bland and simply uninviting.

Target is one of my wife’s favourite retail stores. She always says it’s a step ahead in quality and price, compared to their competitors. My wife purchases a lot of professional work clothing and says that the quality of Target items is better than it’s competitors. We purchased a great portable air conditioner which we are very pleased with and we got it at a great price.
