I have decided to update my review due to all my issues being resolved. I stand by the low score in regards to the general manager Carolina Ubanksa - absolutely vile woman who in my opinion needs to find another profession. After a poor experience due to her, I have to hand it to the rest of the London Hair Clinic for trying their very best to find a solution to my problems. Fabien spoke to my partner (I was too shaken by the experience to really talk to anyone at this point). He apologised for Carolina’s behaviour and offered for me to come in and get the hair colour fixed after the previous disaster (along with the cut and a free wash and blow dry at some point). The colour was done by Sebastian who I cannot express enough how very talented and kind he is. I was happy with the colour and when leaving one of the receptionists gave me some free products as a peace offering, which was really appreciated. We also spoke to the owner of the London Hair Clinic who was very understanding and wanted to get the situation resolved asap. Yesterday I returned to get the fringe cut in - again by Sebastian - I am so very pleased with it. I want to pay particular attention to Sebastian as he seems to be the strongest employee you have in my opinion. He is very quiet but his attention to detail and precision is very impressive. He really took his time when cutting the fringe (I was quite nervous about it) and made me feel at ease throughout the process. I left yesterday the happiest I have ever been after an appointment and that is thanks to him. He deserves to be recognised for his skills and professionalism. I do appreciate the team going out of their way to fix the problems I had. This has honestly made me feel a lot better and I will return in the future to get my next piece. Just not when Carolina is around! Thank you guys.

Absolutely not recommend..wrong information and totally scammed by them..they sold me a £1400 laser cap saying if I use it for a whole year without a miss my hair will be back..and every three months there will be free consultation..it's been 9 months..I haven't missed a single day still no progress..and they never call for consultantation also first two consultation I had they said you will get report in 24 Horus..which never happened even after multiple complaints.. I crossed with three different experts after that and all of them confirmed laser won't help in my case ..it's wrongly recommended..and I spent £1400 pounds on their product..they just sell their product.. Don't buy it..it's a scam..after service is even worse..total waste of money

Defiantly deserve 7 stars. from you walk in to the building and service you receive is beyond 5 stars. All staff is very professional, friendly and cooperative. Especially Niki, she is the best hair stylist on this planet.

At last! A clinic who knew exactly what I wanted in a hair replacement unit. Colour, real hair, length and style. A big thank you Candy for the introduction to and booking my zoom consultation with Fabian. Esther who is the wig maker, absolutely delighted with results. It’s the first time I’ve had a custom made, real hair replacement wig. I’m so glad I invested in myself instead of wasting so much money on cheaper versions. That’s why I know now in the future I will return to The London Hair clinic to get them made bespoke. Thank you so much to all the team for being so caring and professional.

Life changing. Having put up with thinning hair for as long as I can remember, I took the plunge and made an appointment for a consultation. I was expecting to take time to think it through, but everything was explained to me so well that I signed up on the spot to have my first hair system. I was concerned on the day that I wouldn't like the finished result but it is incredible! I have the dream hair that I could never have grown myself. Friends and colleagues have been so supportive and people I haven't seen for ages think I've grown my own hair and I've received loads of compliments! I was given plenty of tips on how to care for my new hair including how to deal with 'lifts' that will inevitably happen. If you are 'on the fence' I would say go for a free consultation and then decide. It has done wonders for my confidence and self esteem. Go for it!

This clinic is the best for hair systems in London. Hannah is an amazing stylist and talks me through how she's styling the hair so I can have the confidence to do it at home too. Hannah has cut me several different styles to suit all seasons and I've loved every single one! The clinic is beautiful, bright and clean.

My experience at London Hair Clinic was truly fantastic. Simone patiently explained to me carefully (in Italian, in my language and this was really much more reassuring for me) all the possibilities offered by their center, looking for the best solution suited to my case. A truly great experience, Highly recommended!

Been going for over five years now and would recommend to anybody. Great quality hair. They often have discounts which comes in handy for getting the best out of the hair you want from them. Be sure to check out their “skin systems” Very friendly and welcoming place as well.

Excellent service from start to finish - extremely fast. I was undecided about going for the hair replacement system route but took the plunge ready for my graduation. From the consultation (free) through to the fitting they were very informative and made sure I was happy at every step before proceeding. Upon completion you're provided with products for taking care of your hair system which is a great help. In regards to the system itself, its hard to believe they can look so good & real. Those I've shown and told can't believe it isn't my own hair. It's helped immensely with confidence - thank you! Looking forward to going back.

I’ve been going to the London Hair Clinic for over 4 years now since I lost my hair due to radiotherapy treatment. Losing you hair is devastating and emotional but I will forever be grateful that I found the London Hair Clinic because their service, compassion, understanding and superior hair systems have made me feel like myself again.
