I
have
decided
to
update
my
review
due
to
all
my
issues
being
resolved.
I
stand
by
the
low
score
in
regards
to
the
general
manager
Carolina
Ubanksa
-
absolutely
vile
woman
who
in
my
opinion
needs
to
find
another
profession.
After
a
poor
experience
due
to
her,
I
have
to
hand
it
to
the
rest
of
the
London
Hair
Clinic
for
trying
their
very
best
to
find
a
solution
to
my
problems.
Fabien
spoke
to
my
partner
(I
was
too
shaken
by
the
experience
to
really
talk
to
anyone
at
this
point).
He
apologised
for
Carolina’s
behaviour
and
offered
for
me
to
come
in
and
get
the
hair
colour
fixed
after
the
previous
disaster
(along
with
the
cut
and
a
free
wash
and
blow
dry
at
some
point).
The
colour
was
done
by
Sebastian
who
I
cannot
express
enough
how
very
talented
and
kind
he
is.
I
was
happy
with
the
colour
and
when
leaving
one
of
the
receptionists
gave
me
some
free
products
as
a
peace
offering,
which
was
really
appreciated.
We
also
spoke
to
the
owner
of
the
London
Hair
Clinic
who
was
very
understanding
and
wanted
to
get
the
situation
resolved
asap.
Yesterday
I
returned
to
get
the
fringe
cut
in
-
again
by
Sebastian
-
I
am
so
very
pleased
with
it.
I
want
to
pay
particular
attention
to
Sebastian
as
he
seems
to
be
the
strongest
employee
you
have
in
my
opinion.
He
is
very
quiet
but
his
attention
to
detail
and
precision
is
very
impressive.
He
really
took
his
time
when
cutting
the
fringe
(I
was
quite
nervous
about
it)
and
made
me
feel
at
ease
throughout
the
process.
I
left
yesterday
the
happiest
I
have
ever
been
after
an
appointment
and
that
is
thanks
to
him.
He
deserves
to
be
recognised
for
his
skills
and
professionalism.
I
do
appreciate
the
team
going
out
of
their
way
to
fix
the
problems
I
had.
This
has
honestly
made
me
feel
a
lot
better
and
I
will
return
in
the
future
to
get
my
next
piece.
Just
not
when
Carolina
is
around!
